I want to use the Unit Rate to allocate billable expenses to a COGS account but the Unit Rate does not get pushed to the Project Transaction. I can’t find a “Known Issue”.  Is this standard Acumatica?  

When you export reports from Acumatica to excel, the headers of the report are repeated at every screen break.  How do you stop these headers from repeating in excel?  There are no page breaks in the column sets or row sets.  This is something that annoys many clients, as they have to manually remove the headers from the excel file every time they export a report.

Hello all,I am wondering how we can configure the system Purchase Order/Receiving/AP Bills to conditionally calculate tax or make exception based on the Company/Branch buying from a vendor? Vendors profiles are shared between all companies but some of our companies have tax exemptions, and some don’t. So, when we purchase stock/nonstock items using PO to AP or direct AP Bill, depending on what company/branch is the buyer, taxes should be added to the items or be exempted. How can we do this?

Hi All,This may be something I am just missing or having a moment, but when I am trying to show an Account on a Balance Sheet and I put just Description, it is still giving me the Code. Does anyone have a way to get the code off the reporting, I want to show only the description? 

I think I’m not understanding the logic of the Process Invoices and Memos screen (SO505000) First - From the wiki, the only prerequisites mentioned for using this screen are:Email Invoice: Sends the selected invoices via email. The document selected for processing will be emailed only if the following conditions are met: This document has not been emailed before (the Emailed check box is cleared on the Invoices form). The customer account has the Send Invoices by Email check box selected. The Credit Hold check box is not selected for this document.  However - we are seeing that only invoices in a Balance

I think I need to create a new column set but don’t know how to set up the formula so that in one single report I can view an actual vs budget. Also, not sure if I am able to do this in the ARM reports?

Hello,We are trying to set up a process in Acumatica to send our customers a Courtesy Reminder 7 days before the due date. Initially, we considered creating a Dunning Level with a negative Due Date value, such as “-7,” but it defaults to 30 days, and it seems that the Dunning Level feature does not work with less than 1 day.We understand that another approach could be creating generic inquiries and using business events, but we want to confirm whether the Dunning Letter feature is intended only for overdue documents and not for those approaching the due date.I would appreciate any insights you can provide regarding this procedure.Thank you! 

Our clients use segments for a variety of things, customers, projects, product etc,When they add a new value to the segment they have to go into the segment value screen and make the entry.This is dangerous as all segments are available and they could make accidental changes.Moreover there is a great efficiency to be had by declaring that at segment refers to say projects or a customer class or a product code for example, and then have the system insert the segment whenever a new project./  customer class / product is created.Thanks 

Hello,My client needs to upload a lot of disposed Fixed Asset in Acumatica.When I did the upload of arraund 5,000 FA I didn’t have problems with the fixed Assets with Active and Fully Depreciate Status, but when I try to import disposed FA the sisten generates active status for disposed FA. Please can you help me with the step by step of the upload of Dispose Fixed Asset by Import Scenarios?Thank youKarolina Ramírez.

Hello, We’ve recently moved to Shopify for POS and ecommerce. We’ve created discounts in Shopify which gets discounted at the line level.   However, we have the connection set to Order level discounts when syncing into Acumatica because the Line Level discounts do not link back to the Inventory ID’s when discounting at the GL level.   The issue now is when we have an order come through with a discount AND an item that is taxable. Acumatica order discounts don’t reduce the taxable amount of the item fully, but in Shopify the taxable item was discounted correctly so the taxable amount was less. 

Hi All,Is there a way to add AlternateID column to the  "Add PO Receipt Lines" Dialog in AP Bills? The screen looks like a GI, but probably not.  I am a beginner with customizations.  I located the screen and dialog box in customization and it looks like AlternateID is not one of the fields available.  It appears that a view is being used to populate this.  We are a SaaS customer, so I do not have direct access to it.  Any ideas on how to proceed?Thanks in advance. 

Hello all,I have been working on process bank trxn and bank transaction rules and have been trying to create a rule.I have 2 transaction descriptions:ABC TestABC 123So now I have created a rule for ABC Test description and when I clicked on apply to all, the rule is getting applies to ABC 123. Now when I try to create a new rule for ABC 123 then also the rule created for ABC Test is getting applied.How can I resolve this?

Every month expenses are accumulated in an account/subaccount combination that identify an expense account and cost center in which equipment repairs have been performed. At the end of each month these equipment repairs are to be reallocated, to a fixed set of 5 account/subaccount combinations. The allocation percentages will depend on the source cost center and will be on a different percentage basis, depending on the percentage of time spent working on the equipment for respective departments. The desire is to build a history of allocation rules, ideally by using a statistical ledger with the different allocation percentages.I can't figure out how to have a different set of percentages apply to the allocation from each source unique cost center when the destination accounts/subaccounts are constant without building a different allocation for each source/cost center;  that could number in the dozens or more VERY quickly 

Our company uses the RR order type for RMA’s. We create the Receipt line item and the Issue line item.Sometimes the issue line is sent before receiving. This makes it unknown if the repair is covered under warranty until after we receive the equipment back. There should always be an option to create an invoice after the evaluation is complete. However, when its covered under warranty, no invoice is needed.The question is that all shipments are left open and waiting for the next step of prepare invoice. How do I select that no invoice is needed and close the RR order? 

Hi All,Is there any way we can update or change the salesperson of a released invoice without cancelling that invoice and re-issuing a new one?

Client is doing testing from 22R2 to 23R2 and came across the warning “The selected project is billed using pro forma invoices. Manually created AR document will not be tracked in the project budget on the Projects (PM301000) form and will not be shown in the project-related reports.”We see the data on the budget lines of the project so we are wondering what this warning means. After doing some research in the community and release notes I don’t see what they are talking about. Could someone enlighten me? 

Looking for report ideas or recommendations to get to close rates by customer (Percentage of opportunities are being won by customer in quantity and dollars).  Thoughts?

I forgot to lock the period for AP and there were some transactions posted AFTER the cash reconciliation was completed.Is there a report that can be run to see what entries were made after the cash recon was completed?
