i am trying to divide 1 the result 1 column using 2 formula for 2 row of different values

 

and this is column 

 

column c ‘% NS’ value is =Value('0030','B')/Value('0020','B')

and this is the result :

 

How do I use a different formula =Value('0030','B') / Value('0030','B') * 100  for the '% NS' column I highlighted in green?
