The reconciliation is balanced and ready to complete but the Release option is disabled. There are closed reconciliation statements for this cash account dating back to 2023 and this is the first time we have encountered this problem. Any thoughts on how to move forward?

Do you the correct users have the Release ability? Like Financial supervisor?
