Hello all! I'm looking to limit viewing of commissions between our sales people. For example, I don't want john seeing Jodi's commissions and vice versa. However, I want them to see their own commissions. This is mainly on Sales Orders. Has anyone encountered this and how was it remedied? ThanksBrent

We are facing a scenario where a user needs to process a credit note while the customer's status is on Credit Hold. With EDI integration and automated warehouse processes in place, it is not feasible for the user to temporarily remove the customer from Credit Hold, process the credit note, and then place the customer back on hold.Are there any workaround for this situation?

Hi,We have a cash account that needs to be reconciled. It has been sitting on hold since 1/31. When clicking on it in Reconciliation Statements it times out and won’t load the transactions. I checked theCAReconEntry.CATranExt table and there are over 7400 unreconciled transactions. Is there a max number it can reconcile?Also, there is a clearing account tied to the cash account. Could this be causing an issue? The clearing account does not have reconciliation required checked but the cash account does. Only one of the two charges methods in the clearing account are listed in the cash account also. Could this be causing the issue?Last question, the periods are closed since the last reconciliation date was 1/31. Do we need to reopen the periods in AR to get these reconciled?  Our accounting staff want to slice and dice our financial reports by:     -department    -customer type (customer, reseller)    -line of business      -customer vertical     -business unit (sales staff are associated with one of a number of business units)We have set-up a sandbox environment which has two segment subaccount (business unit and line of business), but our account staff have articulated adding sub accounts (or whatever feature) will allow us to slice and dice financial reports by the above areas.From a “leveraging the defaults” (e.g. default posting group), we were able to set-up our sandbox so that our transactions would default for the right line of business and business unit when we had two segments.If we go to four segments, I suspect we might not be able to really leverage our set-ups to really achieve the financial slicing and dicing as required. Have you set-up more than 2 segments and

Hello - Under the Finance Module, we have Financial Statements with all of our properties Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets. Now, whenever I create a new one, it just adds it to the end of the list on the main finance module screen, instead of sorting in alphabetical order. Is there a way that I can change the order of the list?Thanks! Any new statement I create gets added to the end of this list, and I would like the ability to dictate where it gets added to the list. ​​​​​​

Hello,   Two languages are set and active in my Acumatica instance : English and French.I currently log with french localization.Several of our customers need to receive their invoice in english version.I thought that set the local field on the customer screen would provide the correct the result but no : The printed invoice is always displayed in french version.The only way I found to get the english version is that : The user who clic to print/ send the invoice is logged with english on the logging page The user set “En-US” of parameters besore executing the repport .Is there any other way to send to english customer, english version of their invoice ?

In the latest version of Acumatica does it allow for me to have multiple companies in the same tenant, each with separate GL Chart Of Accounts?For example, if I have one tenant but two companies, can each of them have their own separate GL and Chart of Accounts.  Or do they have to share the GL Chart of Accounts?Thank you,Netadmin

When scanning 3 different documents, the scanner sends each document as a separate email with its own attachment. However, only one of the emails and its attachment gets downloaded into Acumatica. The other two emails remain on the email server and are still visible in Outlook.Could you help identify why Acumatica is not processing all the emails and attachments? Are there specific email processing or configuration settings I should check to resolve this issue?

I am running a GI which shows all GL Transactions from a particular ledger. These branches belong to one of three company groups. I need to be able to show the company group for each branch on the line on the GI.Is there a way in which one can link the branch to the organisation company groups? Many of the ‘related’ tables are hidden.Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you.

Is there a way to block project insert when a customer is on credit hold status?

Can a debit adjustment not be applied to a bill before it is approved?  This seems backwards for the approval process.  I’m asking a reviewer to approve a bill that they know is wrong because a debit adjustment has been issued.  They have to approve the bill and HOPE that I correctly receive, process, and apply the debit adjustment.  It seems like the reviewer should see the bill with the applied DA.Do I have something set up incorrectly or am I missing something in my thought process?Thanks.

Hi Everyone,We are comparing data from the Account Details and the Historical Inventory Valuation Report for specific accounts, but the figures never match. In this case, the Historical Inventory Valuation Report showed a zero ending balance for the account, while the Account Details reflected a balance of 47,069.30 for the same period. Does anyone know the cause of this discrepancy and how to resolve it? 

This is the screen prior to the October, 2024 update of our Purchasing Receipt form. The TOTAL COST - was included and we used it to verify the invoice amount. They have since removed it from the Sandbox - does anyone have a fix.  There is no way to verify the amount of the entered invoice(receipt)- some our invoices have over 100 lines and not all the lines on the PO are included - backorders, etc... I understand why they might think that it was helpful to remove it - but for those of us who require it to balance the cost of goods it is a real problem. Any solution?

We have one tenant, 3 companies and 4 branches. Is there a way to create a AR invoice in one branch and have the system automatically create the AP bill in the other? Due to tax and legal constraints we cannot use due to/from general ledger accounts.

Hi Acumaticans.Looking for a check format as noted above.  Client refuses to buy new check stock and would be great to not have to reinvent the wheel.  This report design is too painful to work with when it comes to making these kinds of layout changes.

Good morning, I am curious, best practice. If I were to cut a handful of refund checks to customers and a few days later those are all cashed. What is the best process or most straight forward process Acumatica offers to reconcile those against the bank deposit?

I am implementing a client that has 12 entities covering two base currencies. I have setup company groups for use in the restrict visibility field to field in vendor profiles but the problem I am having is there are vendors that need to be available to transact in all entities regardless of the base currency of the entity. This seems like an odd requirement considering we have multi-currency available to resolve vendor currency differences against entity bast currency. When a vendor is used in all entities, ss the only solution available one that requires setting up duplicate vendors for each group?

Issue is that a handful of AP Bill transactions are appearing incorrectly in the September BAS when they should be appearing in the October BAS. Example: Transaction itself was created in the system in September 2023, dated 04/08/23 but post dated 04-2024.   GL Register Detail for this transaction confirms the From-To period as 04-2024. However, when running the report “Tax Details by GL Account by Period” this transaction is appearing and the Tax Period shows as 03-2024.My question is why is this transaction app

Good day,The accountant add a second invoice on a project in error.  They realized the issue.
