Hello dear community,I was wondering if someone knows how to fix this error.  "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" Error happens when processing Order Type SC in Sales Orders. This is just in one of our tenants.    

Good evening,Curious if there is a good report in Acumatica that would generate an AR report of aged invoices based on sales person...or would that be more of a customization request?

We have customers with multiple locations that are all setup as separate accounts.  There is a “parent” account that all invoices are sent to.  Each location has different contacts and the parent company wants bills with each locations name because they have checks with each location’s name and address.Our problem is how to apply a company wide credit limit so that when it is calculated it considers all the “child” accounts also.Thank you for any insights

I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction; I’m guessing there’s probably even some stuff in the standard help that covers this but I’m striking out.If I run one of the stock AP or AR reports (I’ll use “AP Balance by GL Account” as my example), they all have a date or period parameter.  What I’m being asked for is to run these reports as of a specific date, like running the AP Balance as of the previous month end, so that we can then tie to the appropriate GL accounts.The issue with As-Of reporting in every ERP I’ve ever worked with is that, for subledger reports like AR and AP, the transactions are always changing.  GL is easy to run “as of”, because you never close or delete a GL transaction (worst case, you create a new transaction in the same period to reverse it).  It’s very possible on an AP subledger report that I may come in on February 3 and need to post an bill with a posting date of January 31.  I may also, on the same day, pay and close a Januar

Hello everyone, Is there any way to use an assign Map to vendor bills object ?I am trying to set restricted user visibility base on who is the bill’s owner.The system set the creator as owner but I need to use more specific rules to assign owner to the bill (for exemple : the manager of the project in the transaction ‘s bill, the PO owner, etc.). There is an approval map but it doesn’t populate le owner field. Thank for your help !C.

My customer wants to require that their customer puts a down payment for items they are ordering.  The system will allow them to enter the payment when it comes in (as a prepayment).  They want to however to send an Invoice for the down payment. I am not seeing a way to do this.I found this article that implies you can do it, but it requires creating a shipment.  This is a manufacturer and they cannot create the shipment because they haven’t made the inventory yet.https://www.acumatica.com/blog/technical-tuesday-creating-installment-payments-using-payment-terms/Anybody have any ideas or am I not finding the documentation on how to do this?

Does anyone have a way to apply the depreciation cap for luxury passenger autos?  The IRS has guidelines they release each year with the annual limits for the depreciation deductions.  I do not see a provide method for this nor do I see a way to set a series of max annual deduction amounts in the method even if we created a new method.  Thank you,

Hello experts,A user gets “undefined: cannot set properties of null ( setting 'lastCompany')” error message when they try to drill down into the details of the monthly P&L. We are unable to replicate it even when you sign in as the user. They only get it when they sign into Acumatica with their profile. This happening to one user and report is a custom oneAny ideas?

Is there anyway we can put customer on Credit hold, but still process all materials to FG, but NOT ship product until credit is released?  We have very long leadtimes, and want a CREDIT HOLD FOR SHIPMENT ONLY - 

My company implemented with Acumatica in the middle of 2016.  At the time a default currency of “US” was chosen.  All of our accounts and cash accounts default to the currency id of ‘US’. I assume that since that time more currencies have been added, and the US Dollar currency is now traditional labeled ‘USD’.  Now we are trying to utilize the bank feed capabilities and I am getting errors preventing me from setting up the bank feed stating “Select a Cash Account in the USD currency”.  I don’t see a way to change any of these existing accounts from the currency of US to USD.  How do we fix this problem of US instead of USD?

Customer is wondering if there is a way to pull mileage information automatically from Google Maps from a customer address to pull onto an expense report.Acumatica Support is not aware of a way to do this but suggested I post here in case anyone created something to do this.Customer came from Concur where this was possible.

Does anyone know of a way to have the AP Bills automatically Release when collecting the final approval? Our AP currently has to take an additional step to release all documents since they all just go into the Balanced status rather than Open when all approvals are complete.

Our company uses LIFO accounting, which is generally only used in the United States, however it is GAAP compliant.I am just curious if there is any interest out there for a LIFO accounting module in Acumatica? We will probably write some software to calculate the LIFO reserve for our own purposes. We use dollar value LIFO. Thanks, Jonathan

Hello. I would like the below report formatted like the one below it. The last picture is an export of the aged report modified in excel which requires some effort. If we can have the original report look like it then from the get-go, then that would be a great help.Basically, all accounts are listed under one heading instead of the heading being repeated for each customer. Modified report in Excel.  

We maintain nearly all of our pricing at the customer level  (very few at Base level and none at a Customer Price Class level) and the inventory ID has all of our customer cross-references.  When we setup the sales price profile for a customer/inventory ID combination the Alternate ID does not populate if we create the line and enter using the inventory ID.  But if we enter the Alt ID in the inventory ID field, it will replace the Alt ID with the proper inventory ID and populate the Alt ID with the correct Alt ID (b/c we have the box checked to do so on the Accounts Receivable preferences tab.)  Is this a bug that the alt  ID is not populated when using the inventory ID or is the Alt ID only serve functionally to allow you to load pricing using the alt ID rather than a stock item?   Thanks for any help.  

i am trying to setup Total row in ARM, after set formula in column. How do I display the total that I have created in the row set? I was asked to create a Trial Balance with an ending balance of Debit and Credit, as a result the column uses a fairly long formula. My guess is that because of the formula, the total row set cannot display the sum. or maybe because I am using a subaccount Row Set the total row set cannot display the sum. Thank you,Jefri

Good day.I am not sure what the problem is for the Row Set (ALLACCOUNTS).  I have three accounts that are not showing on the TB and TB Roll ARM Reports.Accounts: 85425/85450/85475.  I thought if I fixed Code 00135 with the Value =@00135*-1. It fix the issue.  No luck.  Any suggests.  I would to not have to fix this when Accounting adds new accounts.   

We have a large number of refunds to write off, the refunds are coming from Shopify→ Acumatica, Is there is a Best process to handle this scenario? I have seen a below article but Looking for additional suggestions. Currently I have created a credit memo for 0.01 and applied to refund to close the document.  

Dear Acumatica Community,We’re connected to Shopify via the connector and using Shopify Payments for website CC processing. We also accept PayPal payments online. However, when we try to add our website payments to our general ledger, the Payment Method displays as “SHOPIFYCC” for all website payments, even the PayPal payments!We want the Payment Method to display as ‘PayPal’ so we can isolate those payments for reconciliation purposes. Does anyone have a fix for this if you are using Shopify Payments online?    

Hi,Is it possible to override release action in Fixed Asset Transaction screen? For now, the standard is can release if Transaction Amt >0 , but now i want to change the function so that it can release even though Transaction Amount = 0. Is it will effect others transaction?

I have query related to having multiple company calendars with varying period start and end dates.  Centralized period management is disabled, multiple calendar support feature is enabled.  It is 2024 R1. There is 1 tenant with 2 companies. Both companies use USD as their base currency and require intercompany transactions and consolidations. Company A follows Jan-Dec. 12 periods but have period type as user defined periods as start date and end dates varies. Period 1: 1/1/2024 - 2/4/2024Period 2: 2/5/2024 - 3/3/2024And so on…Period 9: 9/2/2024 - 9/29/2024 Company B follows Sep-Aug 12 periods with period type as Month. Period 1: 9/1/2024 - 9/30/2024Period 2: 10/1/2024 - 10/31/2024And so, onPeriod 9: 5/1/2025 - 5/31/2025 I setup Financial Year as Jan-Dec.  I was able to generate Company Calendar for the first company.  But with Second company, unable to change

Customer has an AP Approver role set up - ap approvers can view AP transactions. All approval maps are set with the Reason for Rejection is required.  When an AP Approver rejects the transaction the dialog box opens but the approver cannot make a comment.  How can I set the access rights so that the approver can enter a reason? thanks,Coleen
