I am trying to scroll down the list of record types in the recently viewed transactions and I just cannot find a way to scroll down the Record Types. I have to zoom out the browser to view the other record types. Anyone has any ideas how to scroll down to view other record types.

In printing a check, I want to add the attention field of the person receiving the check. I completed the override in the remittance tab of Checks and Payments screen and the payment tab of Vendor prolife. However the attention field does not print on the check. What am I doing wrong? Please help. Thank you. 

We are trying to create automatic invoices for customers that are on a subscription service and automatically charge them. I know there are ways in Acumatica to create recurring invoices and release them on a schedule but is there a way to automatically authorize and capture customer credit cards against those invoices in Acumatica?

In version 24R2, I am trying to figure out the menu chain to create reports showing sales taxes collected. Any help would be very much appreciated. 

We are looking for a credit card solution that integrates with Acumatica for a client in the Bahamas.  Ideas?

Hi everyone,I have a situation where I created a Purchase Order with a prepayment, but the vendor wasn't marked with "Allow AP Bill Before Receipt" at the time.As a result, all the PO lines were automatically set to "Billing Based On: Receipt" instead of "Order."I need to change the billing basis to "Order" so I can create the AP bill before receiving the goods.Is there any way to do this without undoing everything?

Hi Team,Regarding the financial reports, I noticed that not all accounts are visible on the following reports. Is it possible to ensure that all accounts listed in the chart of accounts are appropriately included in both the Profit & Loss statement and the balance sheet?  Can we make it if a new account is added it will automatically added to the reports? See highlighted reports that need to be correctedThank you

Hi Community,I have a scenario where there is a external software for invoicing and payment collection. We need to import all invoices and payments created against them in the external software. We have created import scenarios to import data for both invoices and payment receipts.Then we need to apply the invoices against the payments we created. But the issues is the numbering sequences are different in Acumatica and external system making us unable to make sure which payment is to be matched with which invoice in Acumatica. and we need to do the applying via the import scenario not doing it manually. We track the external system invoice number in Acumatica invoice and payment using a custom field. Do you see any options to import and match receipt data with the correct invoice using an import scenarios?

Hi everyone!Has anyone encountered this error when processing prepayment requests?Error Message: “Cannot save document. Withholding tax exists in prepayment request.”This typically occurs when the system detects withholding tax (WHT) settings conflicting with prepayment rules.One way to resolve this issue is by deleting the withholding tax applied to the transaction, which allows the document to be saved and released successfully. However, if withholding tax is mandatory and needs to be recognized, is there a way to bypass this error or adjust the system settings to accommodate WHT in prepayments? Alternatively, can the system automatically remove the withholding tax since it is not supported? Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!

This is using the Actions dropdown on a customer record.I’ve given the user’s role permissions to generate statements, etc, and they can get to the main generate statement menu, but they do not see the “Generate Statement on Demand” selection in Actions.I was able to find what I think is the exact permissions, but the user already has (inherited) delete rights to Receivables: Customers: Customer: Generate Statement on DemandHow do I determine which rights are needed for dropdown actions? Thanks for reading! 

Is anyone else doing a Export of Financial Reports to different subfolders on a network share in PDF form? We have done exports of GI’s to specific folders from Acumatica. (backlog, or production orders) we do on a regular basis but I have not had the request to have certain “Reports” exported.These reports and sub reports would go to different folders are some of ours are for different companies/locations on a specific day of the month for a specific accounting period.  Is this doable? I see where reports can be emailed or exported to PDF but was unsure about reports. I tried to comb through some old topics but was not finding what i was looking for.

I have a client with multiple companies in one tenant.  While you can pull an ARM report for Company A while you are in Company B, the header information displayed is still for Company B.  What is the correct formula to display the selected Company Id instead of the current Company you are in?  The default formula is:=Report.GetDefUI('RowCompanyBAccount.AcctName') 

I followed the instructions from this Acumatica help page: Access to Budget Nodes: Implementation Activity A client of ours uses their subaccounts for their departments and I’ve configured a budget node for each subaccount. Each node contains leaves for each Account-Subaccount combination they budget for. I then created a restriction group (Group Type A) for each subaccount and added the respective budget node to each restriction group. I then added the 2 users for the 1000 subaccount/budget node to the restriction group. When I sign in as other users, I’m still able to view the 1000 subaccount/budget node and edit it. It was my understanding that adding users on the GL Budget Access screen would make it so that only those users would be able to view that budget n

Hello,I am working on my first sales tax report and i can’t get the report the way I need it. We are on 2022R2 with fast track implementation.We are setup to have zones that pay multiple rates.  Base MN 6.875 plus county of .25%.  On the report the tax amount due is correct, but the taxable amount is doubled up and broke into multiple groups..  I need to report the taxable amount for each group.  8k to state @6.87% and 8k@.25% to the counties. and the state website calculates the tax amount due (which it should match) I have tried multiple settings and groups, but can’t get the settings quite right.  Thanks,Jeremy

When I import the data, the first row value is inserted into the ARInvoice and Tran tables. other values 2 twos not inserted. but processed status success 

Scenario: Occasionally there are invoices that contain confidential matters e.g. legal invoices. There is  read only security set for department type security roles on the Bills screen so users have visibility to the invoice details.  But this also gives them access to view attachments.Is there a way to keep invoice attachments on AP bills and restrict access to the attachments?

Please add the “Department” field to the Dispose Assets window as s column. The Department field is a required field on a fixed asset and it would be very helpful to be able to search and select multiple assets for a mass disposal based on the department.

I had a prospect ask this question about percentage complete. Any thoughts anyone if this is achievable? “In one of our recent meetings, we discussed being able to have a “percentage of completion” shown for our projects in the software and you said you would look into it. Is this something that we are going to be able to do? I’m creating processes and accounts in preparation for beginning the software implementation process and I keep coming back to needing some easy way to see percentage of completion. I’ll need it to do the reclasses for WIP materials to COGS to align with where we are in the contract but I’ll also need it to compare our revenue billed with what we’ve completed to make sure we haven’t over/underbilled. When I’m reclassing the WIP materials to COGS at EOM, it will essentially be an estimate. But if there is some sort of field for the PMs to be able to include their estimation of progress, that would greatly help me since I’m not the one out on site.”

In the Chart of Accounts, the account does not have a specific currency assigned, but transactions are being posted to it in different currencies. I would like to display these different currencies on the account — is there a solution for that?

I have a generic inquiry “Bills and Adjustments.” I would like to add the GL code that was used during the input of that bill. My end goal is to be able to export the B&A report and sort by vendor and gl code.

Analytical reports already have automatic page breaks with repeating header. But how can I make it insert the break so that sections remain whole. By “section”, I’m referring to Assets, Liabilities, and the subsections within such as Fixed Assets or Long Term Liabilities. Our sections are represented simply with a row inserted using line type “caption”. Then there is “total” row at the bottom of each section.I know a precise break location can be set but that’s not what I want. We have multiple branches. Some are very active with lots of subaccounts, while others are nearly dormant and use almost no subaccounts. I don’t want to see the same page break location for all of them. Those dormant branches won’t need a page break at all. I’m hoping there’s a way to make Acumatica dynamically insert a page break based on the row type. If all rows between “caption” rows can’t be displayed, then it would insert a break and begin page 2 on the next caption row.   

has anyone been able to use the decision wait time on approval maps?What happens when the decision wait time expires what happens to the pending transaction?I set my wait time for 10 minutes and nothing happened, I was still able to approve it after the ten minutes.Do i need to set something else up?

Hi Everyone,I am having problems when trying to do a Funds Transfer. My Journal transaction for the Cash In Transit Offset is coming with the wrong subaccount (20-000) instead of using the branch the user is currently on (10-000). It is using the default preference from the Cash Management Preferences, because it is currently a required field, however I would like it to just pick the correct subaccount based on the branch. Would someone be able to help?  Regards,Clauber
