First of all, I would like to thank you in advance for your support. I am currently experiencing an issue where I am unable to use the Reopen and Unlock Period functions.

Could you please kindly advise on how to resolve this?

Please ensure that you have the appropriate access rights to perform those actions.

Also, verify whether the "Restrict Access to Closed Periods" checkbox is enabled/disabled on the General Ledger Preferences (GL102000) screen.

I believe the only native role in Acumatica that has this enabled is Financial Supervisor.  That role must be added to your profile and then you will be able to REOPEN.  That role is the magic key!!
