I’m trying to create an import scenario to reverse some AP Bills.  I am getting this error “An error occurred during processing of the field Tax Calculation Mode value N TX Error: The Tax Calculation Mode field can have only the Tax Settings (T) value because the Net/Gross Entry Mode feature is disabled.”

The translated values in one company are using Account Ending Balances to apply the exchange rate for translation.Is it possible to apply the exchange rate to the Period Turnover amounts, rather than end balance?

How can we apply open prepayment with vendor bill? How can we adjust open prepayment created by mistake?  Appreciate your help. 

HI, guys. does anyone know how to cancel/terminate a deferral schedule? the deferral schedule linked to a wrong invoice, but has not start the recognition yet? is that possible to terminate the deferral schedule? If I just leave it and create a new deferral schedule, the old one(the wrong invoice) will not be able to link to a new schedule. thanks in advance

We are receiving the error below when trying to Release invoices on the Process Invoices/Memo screen. We’ve tried processing these invoices individually and using Process All and receive the same error.  I do not see anything that stands out on the invoices that would be preventing us from releasing these invoices. While creating the company I have followed the steps that are mentioned in F100_Financial basics 2022 R1 and I have created company without branches but while coming at the step To Create Cash Accounts in that Step 1 : Creating the Cash Register Account Here while doing this step I got an error of branch id cannot be empty.So how do I fix it? 

If invoice is for 299.98 and payment was processed for 299.99; how can we adjust 0.01 in AR?

Not sure if anyone can help to solve it or give any suggestion.For Inbound shipment - We always based on receiving date to book into system instead of invoice date .The standard entry  as below as per accumatica entry that receiving inventory into systemDR InventoryCR PO accuredDR PO accuredCR Account Payable. Currently, as our financial cut off date will be on 31 Mar 2021.Which mean we need to book in the inbound shipment as per invoice date for 31 Mar 2021 instead of receiving date . Example: Invoice date : 31 Mar 2021.  ETA factory is 3 April 2021.  Inventory qty : 1000pcs  Value : USD1000We have to enter above invoice on date 31 Mar 2021 , however the inventory is not yet arrived factory yet so we should part under “Goods in transit “ instead of “ Inventory”May i know anyone know how to do this kind of transaction ?  

Hello,   We are adding a second company on to our current working Payroll setup for our main company.  When trying to run Payroll on this new company an error is coming up stating “The Batch is out of balance, please review” for which a large/cryptic trace has a lot of info that does not seem to point in the right direction.  Anyone with Payroll experience have any clues as to where we could look to solve this issue?  The batch does not appear to be out of balance to us:  

Hello Acumatica Community,  Looking for some help building a generic inquiry that will track all customer discrepancies. Basically, I want to group a report together by customer that will list out all the customers who have a value in the discrepancy field on the Customer Details screen. As you notice, Acumatica only displays this by clicking into each customer, looking for a list of all customers with discrepancies.  Here is my issue… The Balance Discrepancy is being displayed by a “Filter” table which as far as I know cannot be used on a GI.   My second thought was to use the detail of the report to calculate the discrepancy. The Balance Discrepancy is calculated by the following formula; Balance by Document - Current Balance. The problem with this is that since I can’t use the “Filter” table to

Hi All, I have select wrong fixed asset in convert purchase to asset. How can I reverse it? I try to create FA Transaction with transaction type purchase + with negative amount, and it FA Accrual is on debit and asset is on credit (batch nbr FA000155), the asset balance is deducted but it showing error on fixed asset reconciliation tab “The current cost of the 00000026 fixed asset and its unreconciled amount must have the same sign.” and in the convert purchase to asset is not showing the journal of batch nbr FA000155).fa adjustment purchase + with negative amounterror info reconciliation

Some financial reports in Acumatica use the COA order value in the chart of account for sorting. One of this is the Trial balance summary and detail reports. Do you know where I can modify it? I have Expenses and Revenue accounts with COA Order 3 so revenue accounts print after expenses. This because having the same COA order and Expense alphabetically before Revenue.  

Hi all - does anyone consolidate entities whihc are not 100% owned and how do yu deal with non-controlling interests?

The way credit terms with a cash dicsount works in Acumatica is that if customer pays within the fixed amount of days set they get a cash discount when a payment is enetred.Is there a way that if they pay with a specific payment method (in my example CC) that the cash discount should not apply?I know i can manually override the ‘cash discount taken’ field on the item line to 0, but im looking to see if there is a way in Acumatica to have it done automatically.

I’m wondering if anyone can offer steps/advice/workarounds on some way to adjust cost and sell on each individual sales order for a generic placeholder SKU? For example I have a generic Sku for printed business cards and I can manually adjust the sell price when i create a new sales order. I’d like to be able ideally to adjust the cost on that sales order as well so that the profitability on each invoice will be accounted for correctly. It seems like a drain to go into the sku and adjust the cost before each and every sales order I issue so I’m wondering if there is a solution available to me… The sku is of course setup as a non-inventory item.Any advice would be much appreciated.

What is the difference between the SUBACCOUNT segment and a subaccount? ..and how are they used within Acumatica? Currently I have 2 segments in SUBACCOUNT (Location and Service Type). If I go to GL20300 I also see Subaccounts. Are these the same thing?What I am wanting to do is create GL subaccounts for balance sheet accounts. For example, I’d like a separate subaccount for each loan under LT Liabilities, separate asset/depreciation accounts for each asset under PPE, etc. How is that best done?

In the column sets , the formula shows company name. but i would like to display the branch instead based on the parameters the users select. Any idea is there any formula i could use to get the branch? thanks in advance 

Hello,If a PO has been entered with a certain unit cost, but I change this price when I enter the AP bill, does the status of the PO remain “Open” or will the status change to “Closed” as long as the quantities received and invoiced match? 

How can I have the disbursement matching to be 90 days before bank transaction date? Right now it will not change from 30 days therefore making it seem as if the checks are not in the system. 

Is there a way to print a report designer report to a file?  I need a straight text file, not pdf and not Excel.  I also don’t want to use Export integration but this is the only way I’ve found so far.

Currently we use an old fashioned spreadsheet to track customers balances that have been sent to collections. Does Acumatica have a better tool within its system to track these?
