Hi There, We had just migrated to 2023 R2 and I can’t release wire batch payment. The error message is below. “Check the remittance settings of the LAMTD cash account and the WIRE payment method on the Cash Accounts (CA202000) form.” The bank setting is below. We don’t experience this error prior, the bank setting was not changed 

Acumatica is using mysql or sql how to identify in c# code. Or In Acumatica how to get the provider name in C# code to identify the SQL or MySql.

What happens if an address is NOT validated?

We are getting the following error when we go to create a shipment for an order. I checked in the order processing screen and directly on the sales order and in both cases this error occurs, in the processing window the order does not even show up as an option to process. All items are unallocated, but I tried it with the allocation box checked as well. All the different date fields on the order are set to a past date. Has anyone else run into this problem?  

The introduction of Acumatica Payments requires a new process for tracking opportunities. This process will allow us to:Manage Payments opportunities as they progress through the pipeline.   Distinguish between existing ERP customers adding Payments and new prospects purchasing an ERP solution and Payments together.When you have a Payments opportunity, please go to the Sales workspace on the Partner Portal and use the “New Acumatica Payments Opportunity” link to create the opportunity.  This will automatically notify the Payments sales team. Our company has an issue with staging shipments and location codes.We will create a shipment and produce a picklist. The system will assign locations appropriately so our shippers will gather up the SKU’s from all the storage locations and place them in a staging area. The order can often sit in the staging area for a couple of days.The issue is, the system doesnt reflect the change of location so if one of our cycle counts for our storage locations happens during that time our inventory is thrown out of whack significantly.We can correct by manually transferring material from location to location, but then we also have to adjust our shipment to reflect the changes. Its alot of manual entry and opportunities for human error.Is there an option im missing to have a pick list “sent to staging” when done and preserve the connection between the moved material and the shipment?

Does anyone else’s add-in just spin unless you close Outlook and reopen?  Not using a web browser, using the outlook app.Then you can use it once and have to close and reopen it every time you want to add something to Acumatica? At first I was  told I have to have the Display settings in Outlook set to Optimize for compatibility but it was already set to that so I changed to Optimize for best appearance (application restart required) and it would work for one use. Switched back and of course had to restart and it worked for one use again.  I now just close and reopen without changing the settings and can use it for one use.  Getting tired of closing and reopening Outlook in order to get things attached in Acumatica. 

Hi There,Does anyone know if there is a setting that just trigger the system to apply the taxes on partially shipped items?  We have orders on AR accounts, and there are scenarios where we only partially ship the items and the rest will be back order, but sometimes customers will cancel the back-order items.  However, the system will apply the taxes amount for the whole order when invoicing.  Hopefully, there is a way to set so that the invoice only includes tax amount for those shipped items.  We are using 2023 R2 version.  Thanks...

What is the best way for immediate notifications? We need to instantly noitify multiple folks (AR, Sales Rep, our Owner) when a Customer placing an order is on Credit Hold so we can get immediate approval to process the order (it is usually for will call today or next day delivery). Thank you. 

Is there a dashboard or report that shows our users time active in Acumatica?  For example, it would show the number of hours the users are in Acumatica by day, week or month. 

I am testing the integration with ShipStation and have run into an issue. When a shipment is confirmed back into Acumatica, the shipment’s box/package contents are empty. I hope I’m missing a simple setting somewhere?I don’t see anything in the documentation saying it should do this, however this is a required function in order for our Amazon > Acumatica connector to work.   

The team and I are trying to set up Acumatica Wiki pages for employees. We have been able to create a wiki page, and subpages and subfolders, but all of the subpages are put immediately into the deleted folder. Whenever we try to change the parent folder for a article to the be the main folder for that page, we get the following error: “You don't have access rights to add an article into this folder.” Does anyone know what could be causing this issue and how to solve it?

Hello All,I recently created (yesterday) a BE which was running as expected, but today it is not getting triggered. No conditions have been modified and not date conditions have been added to run the business event. What might be the reason? has anyone faced such issue on the same? I have faced this multiple times and when i created a new BE with the same parameters/filters/conditions then it got to working.

In looking at some videos for training and product information there is no closed captioning.  For instance I’m trying to watch the 2024 R1 Feature Review: Core Features video and there are no captions, I’ve also found this in some training videos.As someone who relies on closed captioning could this be made a standard for all videos?Thanks. PS I would have put this in suggestions, but business relationship manager has yet to create these credentials for me.

Hi There,We have many companies in the same tenant with different financial year ends. Just wondering if there’s a report to view the current opening period/close period for all the companies. Just wanted to double check if all the periods are closed across all the companies at month end. Thank you. 

I have an Approval Map use case for sales order that I cannot figure out.Employee is immediately notified.If the employee responds within 14 days the document is completed.If the employee does not respond within 14 days then a second employee is notified.My initial thought was to make two steps, placing a decision wait time on the first step.  However, if the first employee responds I do not want the approval to fall to the second employee.Does anyone have any ideas how this can be accomplished? TIA.Russ.
