Our IT wants to know which server port is used for file synchronization with shared folder method. Does anyone know?

As far as I know, this would be a shared folder in the same local network, mostly for on-prem installs. In that context, if the folder is on the server, I don’t think there would be a port involved. If it is a folder shared from another intranet device, standard Windows SMB is TCP 445.

Thanks Daryl. Wish the documentation said that. Just wasn’t expecting that limitation since Acumatica is primarily SaaS. Makes sense from a technology perspective I guess. I’m more accountant than IT 😄
