Hello,

I’m doing an import to create brand new Business accounts via Excel spreadsheet.  Everything is importing correctly except two attributes that are, of course, super important for us.  The attributes are COUNTY and TTM.  It errors immediately with “One or more Attributes are not valid.”  I have included the scenario and a small version of the Excel spreadsheet.  I have tried having Commit checked and unchecked for both of them.

@bigred1022 You mapping should be Like this.

Hello @bigred1022 ,

Can you show the configuration of your two Attributes in Attributes screen, along with its settings on Attributes tab of Business Account Classes screen?

Are you able to manually enter the same data from the spreadsheet directly in Business Accounts screen with no messages?

Laura

@bigred1022 You mapping should be Like this.

hi, @Manikanta Dhulipudi it does.

Instead of Attributes→ Attribute ID, Just place Attribute= “ test’

@bigred1022 Please check above mapping

Hi @Laura02 ,

Here is the County Attribute:

and here is the TTM Attribute:

here is the Business Account Classes Screen:

And yes, I can manually enter the information on the created accounts:

@Manikanta Dhulipudi I don’t have that option for the Target Object.  Our system is on

Acumatica Cloud ERP 2023 R2
Build 23.208.0026 +

@bigred1022

You mapping is missing value update to attribute.

Please use above mapping for one attribute and repeat for other attribute.

I have tested and importedthe data.

Hello @bigred1022 ,

This is what Manikanta is suggesting that you change:
