Hello Everyone,We are working on a custom screen with 2 dropdowns, to load attributes as multi-select Combo.If we try to load all attributes, able to select save as expected. When we try to load the dropdown with some filter like load attributes based on Item class selection(Other field), dropdown values are loading as expected, however, while saving the record, selected values are getting cleared. Hi All,We come across the following customization in Sales Order screen in one of our projects.We need to open the popup upon Soline InventoryID selection. This popup has a grid where we need to add the values. Grid has three coulmns in which first two columns are selectors. Second selector has to load based on first selector selected value but these values are not loading. Used AutoRefresh='true’ and CommitChanges='true’ for both the selectors in aspx.Suppose if we open Popup in button click then second selector of my grid values are loading based on first selector.. but we should have this popup opening in inventoryID selection only.Please find the screenshots for more understanding.Opening popup in button click opening popup in SoLine inventory selection. How can I get the current value of Option Title selector so that Option Values selector will be loaded in the grid.Thanks in Advance.

Unless of course, I’m missing something obvious.Issue with displaying Inventory ID in mobile app | CommunityIn my GI, I am displaying the Inventory CD. Looks great when viewing on the site.Per the link above, when the GI is displayed on the mobile app, the Description field is shown, not the inventory CD “by design”. Well, that doesn’t seem like a good design.If I follow the old link, I have to uncheck the Expose to Mobile App and basically, rewrite the entire GI as a new mobile screen. By exposing the GI to the mobile app, it is doing everything we want except for actually displaying an inventory id (cd). There HAS to be some way to modify the GI results grid to show the Inventory CD in the mobile app without recreating the ENTIRE page on the web app.Has anyone else figured a workaround for this? Hello,I wanted to add a custom column in SO3030PL that any invoice due date smaller than today’s date plus 5 days and the status of the invoice is “Open,” then it should say Past Due, otherwise it should say “Current.” Here is my IF statement that is working normally without considering the invoice status:=IIf([ARInvoice.DueDate] + Day( 5) < Today(), 'Past Due','Current') I just need help on how to add the invoice status to the statement. Also, I could not name the column.
Hello, I trying to find a good answer to the below: We want to input our maintenance items in as non-stock items (we do not track quantity, and most are made on site and we do not want to create work orders for them) However, our main site/warehouse handles almost all of the stock and ships it to our 3 other warehouses as needed. We would like to be able to do a transfer of the non-stock item (cost) to the warehouse that is receiving the part. The cost of the materials and labor are all already calculated in the cost of the Maintenace part. When I try to do a 2-step transfer, I am able to save the transfer, create a shipment, and update IN. When I try to receive at the receiving warehouse the transfer doesn’t show up, and when I check the transfer order it shows as completed. However, I am seeing no GL transaction associated with this either. Hi everyone, We recently upgraded our system to 2025 R1 a few days ago. I’ve encountered an issue when searching for invoices that have associated credit memos. The search results only display the RM (credit memo) and do not show the original invoice document. I’m not sure if this a bug or not. Can anyone try on your system and leave me a command. Im getting the error Error: Another process has added the 'GLTran' record. Your changes will be lost. when i try to release a kit. Ive traced the issue to a kit with batch number 120463 (see below). How do I delete this record, it doesnt appear in teh Kit Assembly GI?
Simple question, can you prevent deletion/cancellation of a Sales Order if it is linked to a Production Order? Can it be based on the status of the RO (released, started, completed)? I have found this is a recent feature for linked POs, but am wondering why it wasn’t implemented for ROs as well, or if I am just missing something.
Can holdiays be blacked out when putting in an order so that we do not have a ship date of a date we are not in the office?
Does anybody have any input on a workflow for creating purchase orders with “estimated” costs? Example - vendor estimates cost for services will be $1,500, PO written for $1,500. Cost may come in higher or lower. *this is assuming no Subcontracts/Projects. Here are some of my thoughts… "PO with estimated costs" - option 1create normal PO at $1,500 (no accounting transaction) create PO receipt for $2,000 (also created AP bill) PO closed Accounting on receipt: debit COGS $2,000 credit Inv. Purchase Accrual $2,000 Accounting on AP Bill: debit Inv. Purchase Accrual $2,000 credit Accts. Payable $2,000 In option 1 - PO can still go through approval, receipt approval = n/a, AP Bill approval if needed (won't be able to create approval where AP cost > PO cost)"PO with estimated costs" - option 2create normal PO at $1,500 (no accounting transaction) PO approval if needed Place back on Hold - adjust cost *will have to run through approval again
Hello, In 2020r2, we’ve had a new feature called “intercompany sales”.https://help-2020r2.acumatica.com/Wiki/(W(2))/ShowWiki.aspx?pageid=e4827607-362f-40fb-b466-303c414ee980 According to the guide, it says it can deal with “sold goods” scenario. Unfortunately, according to my understanding, it is not. Both AR invoice and AP bill has nothing to do with Inventory. For real intercompany goods sold, the inventory of company A which pretends to be the vendor should have qty deduction, while the company B which to be the customer should have qty increasing. And in most cases, we do real shipment. We ship goods from company A to company B. Company A do real shipment, company B do real receiving. The new feature did not take this into consideration. So in short, can we request for a full feature of “intercompany sales”, which we can extend the PO to a SO?
I think I am missing something. I will admit we a running 2019 R2 with 2023 R2 being launched next week. When we order stock items, we change our current cost on the PO#. When we create a PO receipt why doesn’t Acumatica change our current cost? Is their a solution for this?

Hi everyone. It seems we get a decent amount of orders where the ship-to addresses are incomplete. That causes to notify CS. Then CS digs around by either finding a previous order or reaching out to the customer.Then we'll be sure to edit the customer account in acu/bigc. Just slows the process down in general.It's been discovered these only have a street number.We think it has to do with the customer using an autofill feature (browsers unknown), but not selecting the full address choice. Maybe just hitting Enter and moving on quickly. Just a theory.Any thoughts?Thank you.

Hi everyone, Thought i would share our recent experiences in case anyone is experiencing anything similar. We have been unable to export quotes and I could not find anything on here about this turns out that there is a known issue where if the opportunity has any attributes, the error message ‘The multipart identifier ‘CROpportunity.NoteID’ could not be bound’ appears. Our VARs escalated this to Acumatica support who let us know that this is a known issue and that this is fixed going ahead in version 22.212 and above.
