Is there a way in Acumatica to automatically default a specific Destination Warehouse on the Sales Order screen when a certain Order Type (for example, TR) is selected?
When creating a shipment from a sales order, is there a setting or configuration that does not automatically populate/allocate the Warehouse location? We would like to leave that blank/unallocated and give the picker all the qty on hand on the pick list.Once they pick, then they choose the location before confirming.
Hello, I am required to export an excel from the Acumatica system and save it in my local folder or even in my drive. I tried to get this done using the Synchronization option on the file maintenance, but it gives me an error. Below is what I have configured.When I select Export File action, it gives me the below error. Is it possible to export files and kept save it in a folder or a drive, or this is not something can do within standard Acumatica?Thank You!

Hi All,I am wondering where can I find the field for Allocation for GI in Sales Order screen? (Please see below highlighted area in screen shot):I am trying to create a GI that show how many are allocated for an item in Sales Order. I tried using SOLineSplit (which is Line Detail in SO screen) but it gave me the amount I should allocate and not what is currently allocated. We have a project with multiple tasks from initiation to signoff. For this project, we’re creating Production Orders for multiple Finished Goods. Labor Transactions: When labor transactions are created for a production order, they generate a GL transaction that posts to the WIP (Work-in-Progress) account. Upon closing the production, the labor costs move to the Finished Goods (FG) inventory. Shipping/Issuing Finished Goods: When the finished goods are shipped or issued, the costs move to COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and update the Material account group in the project. Is this flow and my understanding correct? The main challenge I’m facing is tracking the production labor costs that have been reported back to the project, particularly when there is a budget allocated for labor costs. We have a problem in configuring work center. A work center is configured with ‘basis of capacity’ set to crew size, and three shifts are added, each with a different calendar. The calendars are configured with 8 working hours in a day, but the timings are different. When the MRP runs, the action date calculates based on the crew size and calendar in the first row of shifts but we thought it would consider all the shifts. If all the shifts are considered, the action lead time should be reduced to one-third, as the total working hours of the work center are 24 hours.We are not sure why Acumatica considers only the shift details in the first row
I’m trying to create a simple AP Bill via the Rest API, but am running into an issue where it appears Acumatica is validating the Subaccount field and producing an error even though I have valid accounts in the account and subaccount. Below in the UI screenshot when I enter line 1, the account and sub default from the vendor record. In line 2 I have manually entered the account and subaccount from the payload that are valid. In line 3 shows as I first update the account, the subaccount is showing an error just like the API payload response. I can’t use PATCH because this is the initial PUT to create the bill. I have also tried creating a non-stock item with no expense account or sub to see if that helps, but it does not.Right now, the only solution I can see is to delete the account and subaccount from the vendor so it doesn’t default into the line. One thought is to turn off the commit on the Account field in a customization, but that doesn’t feel right.Are there any other solut

Hi, I’m using the REST API to retrieve data from our Acumatica instance. So far, things worked fine, but now I have the issue that the Invoice endpoint does not return invoices with a status of “Balanced”.For example:Invoice VR00000520 has status OpenInvoice VR00000521 has status Balanced When I do the following GET request../entity/Default/24.200.001/Invoice?$filter=ReferenceNbr eq 'VR00000520'..I get a proper response with the invoice data. However, when I do the following GET request../entity/Default/24.200.001/Invoice?$filter=ReferenceNbr eq 'VR00000521'..I get an empty response. I tried to query the Invoices endpoint only by status. This works for the Open status, such as:/entity/Default/24.200.001/Invoice?$filter=Status eq 'Open'..but it does not work for the Balanced status (the response is empty), such as:/entity/Default/24.200.001/Invoice?$filter=Status eq 'Balanced' What do I need to do to access also the invoices with status “Balanced”? If I print AP Aging MC (summary or detail) as of December 31st, it does not show vendors paid on January 2nd. They are included in the final total but are somehow hidden(?) from showing up on aging. Our Implementation consultant (thru Support team) had said this was fixed with 25R1 but I still see this issue happening.Has anyone else come across this for Canadian localization? Have not tested this with AR aging but I will once I enter January cash receipts. Both reports must show documents OPEN on the “as at date” so I am not sure why they are hidden. It is very important for the auditors.Thank you!

Hello Community, When it comes to progress tracking there could be multiple purposes.If it is T&M work type project logically tracking the completed quantity of the cost budget makes sense. In T&M scenarios we either bill the cost we incur plus a fee, or we keep track of units and invoices as per the set rates. So, it makes sense to assume the production quantity and cost budget unit of measure are usually the same. For example, we spend 10 HOURS on a given Project Cost Budget that may cost us $500 but we track the 10 hours with the same unit of measure, but we invoice let say $600. This is just one scenario out of other various scenarios in practice. Now assume we have a project that at least one of its Revenue Budget lines is Unit Rate. Assume it is a land clearing project, so we are paid for this Revenue Budget line by Acre. Although this is Just one pay item entered into our Project Revenue Budget, there could be multiple Project Cost budget making up this pay item. For exa
Good morning.We are currently in the process of changing from our existing ERP to Acumatica, and have access through the web portal to create daily field reports. When we log in to the mobile applicaiton using the same log in rights, we do not appear to have access to Daily Field Reports to create new etc. Is there a permissions setting we are missing somewhere that requires special permission on the mobile application above and beyond granting access through the regular web login? Hi, I am trying to run a report that lists all PO#’s (Open, Closed, etc.) that include a specified Inventory ID. The Purchase Order Details by Inventory ID seems exactly what I am looking for but it only lists results for items that have Open POs? The Inventory Transaction History shows the PO receipt #, but you need to navigate individually through the PO receipt to get the PO# so no value. The Inventory Allocation Details only shows outstanding POs. Can’t imagine this doesn’t exist out of the box - surely the Purchase Order Details by Inventory ID can display results including both Open and Completed Orders?

When updating the Safety Stock and other settings on the INVENTORY PLANNING tab of a stock item, the new value carries over to all existing item warehouse details records for the item. Shouldn’t it only carry over to whatever the default warehouse is? It seems undesirable for it to update all warehouse detail records because each warehouse could have its own safety stock. This is on 25R1 25.101.0153.5. I understand that when multiple warehouses are available that the planning settings should be updated on the individual item warehouse details records. However, it becomes confusing for users when there may only be 2 warehouses (one ‘Main’ and a secondary back up warehouse). It’s easier to simply update the safety stock on the stock item and have that setting carry over to the warehouse detail record for the default warehouse, rather than also updating the secondary warehouse. Is this expected behavior?
