i have many customers. i have a question if somehow i need to increase customer number more than (10digit) 1000000000 + 1. how we can modify or the customerid field to accept more than 10.
Currently acumatica with default settings accpets only 10 Digit CustomerID

In the Segmented Keys ID. Please choose BIZACCT because BIZACCT is the Parent of CUSTOMER.

I have tried to increase the size of the BizAccount but it gives me an error, says there are values in segment 1 even though I have deleted all customers and vendors, we are pre-go live. Any reason why I cannot increase it
