Good day,I have setting questions; Is there a purchase order setting that will allow the user to select the item(s) they want on the purchase receipt when here are multiple line on the PO. Right now, when the user creates the purchase receipt they delete the items not received. It causes the PO to remain open but if they forget or move forward we can receive items into inventory that have not been received. I want to user to be able to select the line(s) on the PO first and then only those items will be on the PR.Any suggestions.@Evan G
Hello community. In the code below I am doing a few things, creating a sales order of the transfer type from shipments of the receipt type. I am saving the shipment number to the transfer order and the newly created sales order number to the shipment. It is doing exactly what I want minus saving the new SO # to the shipment record. I am doing this in an enclosed “using (var ts = new PXTransactionScope())” and was wondering if its possible I am not able to update multiple graph instances at once? Or is there another issue below that is not saving my SO # to the shipment record? I have the correct order number coming back into the code in my PXTrace. Any ideas? From what I can see, both BigCommerce and Shopify only support “Export” operation from ERP > Store. Let’s say in their stores, they already have a number of products. These products are exported to excel, provided to the implementer to import into Acumatica using an import scenario. Then, we set up a sync to export these products again to the stores:Wouldn’t this duplicate their product list? In relation to the above question, if it doesn’t, how does the system know a product in ERP is the same product in the store? Similarly, for customers, how to link an existing customer record in the ERP with an existing customer record in the store? this can be important to some businesses if they want to reserve the past/historical orders infor
Hi,My first time using the “purchase PO” function of the ERP. I create a purchase PO and the status is “OPEN”. I click the “ENTER PO RECEIPT” green button at the top of the Purchase Orders screen. It returns with an error message which said “The purchase order XXXX does not contains any items to be received.” I don’t know what goes wrong. Please help. Thanks!Raymond
Is it possible to have a finished good in a BOM? Would the production order process the components with the BOM? For instance, if we need to add a few components to an already defined Finished good.
I am doing an import of contacts and there are 2 custom attributes on the contacts that need to be pulled in, one of them is the Campaign name attribute and the other one is Industry type attribute. how do I go about mapping so that I can have both attributes mapped in the Import scenario? here is the screenshot of the mapping as it is now but it doesn’t pull in anything other than the Campaign attribute.
Has anyone had any success using a Business Event to attach a Sales Order to the Relationships tab on an Opportunity in 24R1? I have tried with an import scenario with no success. I get this error in the Business Event history: 0 records of 1 have been processed. The last error was 'TargetNoteID' cannot be empty. I’m not sure what is expecting the ‘TargetNoteID’. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Customer is printing large number of custom labels (5000) and finding only half will print and then stopThe print preview has all the labelsWould their be some restriction on this ?Would their be something different in 24R1 vs 23R1 ?
Just started using Acumatica 5 months ago and I am the person at my company responsible for getting it sorted out for the other employees...so I’m the pioneer that gets to take the arrows learning how to use the software...so my question is this..I want to know if there is a way to make kits (aka custom assemblies) in Acumatica?For example, Lets say we take 2 -3 stock items and want to bundle them together as one part number for a customer. In this example we would have one custom part number that includes those 2-3 parts, perhaps some labor and then all those items roll up into that custom part number with a custom price.Currently I see how to do it in the software, but it requires us to go to the “stock items” page.. make a part number.. then run over to “Kit Specification” area and build it out… then run over to the “Kit Assembly” area and type in the part number once again and “assemble” it… and then run back to the “stock items” page to see the price. At which point we can go back
We finally have been able to print our UPS shipping labels but now have ran into another issue. The report generated label itself, it is printing as a SAMPLE label and they are not including the UPS information (Tracking number, routing code, etc.)How do we get these items to print, and the label to not say “Sample” and also all the UPS information (Tracking number, routing code, etc.).Acumatica Cloud ERP 2023 R2Build 23.212.0024 +Did I miss any settings or parameters while configuring?
All Data Parses Accurately when scanning using (30) or (37) however UOM “EA” does not populate and causes error in processing transfers. Cross ref in Stock Item Screen with associated UOM States (30) and (37) are effective however do not specify UOM like (3202) LB etc

Hey folks,I have a Shopify order which had Item A. Item A does not exist in Acumatica and we tried to sync the order and it failed as expected. We changed the item to Item B which does exist, and removed item A from the order and restocked in shopify. The order still refuses to sync in ACU claiming that ITEM A does not exist in ACU: The XXXXXX item in the XXXX store does not match any item's inventory ID or alternate ID in the ERP system. Make sure an item with "XXXXXX" as an inventory ID or alternate ID exists in the ERP system, and process the record again.It appears to still be in The JSON file as well...any thoughts here?

Hi,I’m encountering an issue when trying to import the sales price using an import scenario. The error message I'm receiving is: 'Expiration Date' cannot be empty. Hello,I’m trying to edit the default Landed Cost GI (PO3030PL) to also include just two more columns on the results grid – the Purchase Receipt Nbr and the Purchase Order Nbr. This will help our accounting and logistics teams more easily match landed cost to invoices and reconsiliations since the invoices are always by PO or PR. I found the correct tables to add and can grab the field on the results grid, but the column(s) can’t pull data since it’s flagging the relations tab not joining the tables correctly. However, I’ve tried adding the new table as both inner, right, and left join but none of those work. Can someone let me know what the ‘relations’ tab should look like in order to make this work? (Add X as a left join… etc) Screencap below is what relations tab looks like without me adding anything.

Hi community members! I am looking to build a GI that lists all Vendors and the Date the Last PO was placed with them. It would be nice if the last PO number also was returned. I have left joined the Vendors to the PO’s and have the dates and fields mentioned above but, of course, the vendor repeats with each different date. I tried to use a Max formula on the PODate field to get the most recent but, no luck. I also tried grouping but the date returned is not always the Last PO Date in the system. Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

We have a few of our generic inquires that have disappeared on our favorites screen and we are now unable to even search for them. We now have to go to generic inquires, type in the inquiry title, and view the inquiry to get the needed information pulled up. Any advise on how to fix this or how this may have happen to begin with?
Hi, We are trying to create a process similar to the Dunning Letter process for a client as it is unavailable in their current license level, and they understandably don’t want to upgrade just for a single feature. I have created a generic inquiry that finds all the customers with overdue invoices, and then created a business event that sends out reminder emails based on the records in the Generic Inquiry. The client would like this to function like processing screens such as Print Statements where they see a list of the customers who are overdue, tick a box next to the onces they would like to email, and then trigger the Send Email action. The closest I have gotten to this is shown in the images below. The first image shows how I have set up the Entry point of the Generic Inquiry to be the Invoices and Memos screen, and ticked the 'Enable Mass Actions’ checkbox. As a new user to Acumatica I am trying to figure out how the software works and there is one thing that I just can’t figure out. I was wondering if there was a way to run a sales report. Specifically is there a way to see what the sales are by day/month/year?Basically a report that shows the date, and how much was sold that day/month or year? After looking all over the place on the Acumatica software I can’t find it anywhere. If it isn’t possible then I will save a ton of time looking for something that isn’t there. Thank you very much.
We recently upgraded to 24R1, Build 24.109.0016. We have a cloud installation.We are trying to copy Live information into our “Test” tenant.Normally we would export the snapshot, and then delete a few of the big files (like audit and emails), then upload the zip file. This time however, we could not edit the zip file. So we extracted it, removed the two xml files, and then zipped it again. We couldn’t upload the zip file.This has never been a problem before, and we have tested this problem on two PC’s.Any idea on why this problem is occurring now and not in previous releases? Also, a local copy of 24R1 doesn’t cause this problem, it’s when we are uploading it to cloud that we have an issue.
