What steps or mappings are required to successfully import and associate Control Type Text Attributes with the items? Good afternoon,What has been the best approach you have found to add a finance charge to certain invoices or customers accounts based on age of invoice?If I was looking to add finance charges to invoices older than a year or a customer that severely past due...what approach do you use?

Hi - we currently have a customer who is billed at regular rates for time and materials but then receives a 5% discount on the invoice total (we want it to reflect that way and not set up a billing rule where we bill for 95% of standard rates). We have tried to set up discounts but they don’t seem to work on T&M invoices. We also tried to adjust the credit terms to give a 5% discount after 0 days but that also did not work. Is there any other way we can set up a discount for this customer?

Hi: The dashboard Production Manager 2024R2 has a Work Center Queue widget showing the Quantity to Produce. The Quantity to Produce column is the quantity to produce for production orders planned, released,  and in process. I expected it to be (quantity to produce – quantity completed – quantity in process = remaining quantity to produce). However there is no such column in the GI.The solution could be to have CoPilot that answers my question “ How can I see the remaining quantity in the GI?”See more details in the attached document.Thanks for your helpToon SixToonSIx@intercs.com

I am trying to CC multiple people on an email template for a business event. I want our customer service department to be able to easily who is copied on these emails. so i added a checkbox to the customer (Contact table) screen. I then created a sql view that concats all the email addresses into one string. The business event always fails and says “Invalid Mail Address”. Below are screenshots. I tried changing the dac of the sql view to have that field be [PXDBEmail] and also string but i cant seem to make it work. Is what im doing possible? I did verify in one of the email fields that i can put multiple with “;” inbetween and it will send it to both, but i dont want our customer service to have to fill it out in that field everytime.

Hello! I found a few posting but they’re 1+ year old posting and wondered if anyone has experience this issue recently. In my scenario, I have 3 active directory users with different number of roles.  I used the “Import Users w Role” scenario to import their roles. What happens is the first user will have all the roles imported, the 2nd user have some imported and the 3rd user have nothing imported.Below is my screen shots: Roles are imported successfully. The first user has all the roles imported but only some of the 2nd user and none for the 3 user.

I would like to be able to keep track of quantities that were produced during Overtime Hours.My initial thought was to have a GI for move transaction history with a checkbox that would check if it was made during these overtime hours. This has proven to be quite the task and I just can’t get the correct transactions checked.  I then thought I could create a Work Calendar and pull it in as a Data Source to compare with the times that the transactions occurred at. For this I had to create a GI that pulled the time information from the work calendar which made it display as a formula when it was used as a data source. However, I get an error when viewing the inquiry that these items “can’t be bound”  (whatever that means).  My new thought would be to create a business event that would trigger when a move transaction happened during Overtime Hours and it would automatically update an Attribute within the produced item displaying OT.  This way I could f

How can I use Customer Invoice to pay for a Vendor Bill?I saw the option to "Extend as Vendor"  on customer screen and "Extend as Customer" on vendor screen but I didn't find how do I apply a vendor bill to a customer invoice...I would appreciate any suggestion.Thanks

Hey,Does anyone know how to remove a BOM as a default BOM for a stock item. For example, I have a BOM for an item that we used to make, but the item changed and needed a new BOM revision, and when that new revision is set to the default BOM, I assumed it would remove the default from the old BOM.   Instead, now I have two BOMs for the same stock item, that are both the “default’ BOM.  

I am trying to retrieve the tax ID number from the vendor table. I see the field I need, but it comes up blank. All I need is the vendor and tax ID to show up in this query, and all I can get is the Vendor ID and name to show. I tried linking the location table, but I get the following error: conversion failed when converting the nvarchar value ‘Main” to data type integer. I feel like this should be a simple query, but I am obviously missing something.

We are testing using the STEPS tab on the Bill of Material and having this show up for operators in the Production Order Details as Work Instructions with pictures and we can’t get the Step detail that is added to a Bill of Material to show up on the Production Order.  We want to keep this digital and not print a production ticket report which we could build a custom report to have it show up.   Has anyone used steps and can provide some advice?  I haven’t found any reference at all to STEPS in the HELP nor on Community so I’m at a loss.   ​@ChrisOkamuro52 - You showed step detail in the Shop Floor Kiosk demo at Summit this year.  Was pulling the Step detail into a production order new functionality and not something available today?  

I am trying to create a report with a blank column to divide out actual vs budget columns.  When I run the report there are zeros on some rows but not others.  I can’t figure out why it is pulling the zeros.  Everything else looks correct for the actual columns.

Hello all,I have been trying to create an export scenario of CSV file but it is not filling in the schema fields if I only define the column names. But if i enter any data under the column names then acumatica displays me the schema fields. Since this is an export scenario, we cant fill in dummy data under those columns.Attaching the xml of data provider. 

When I am posting the SO and Statue is  Awaiting payment so, I don't know how to change it as open. If I can change it I have normal flow process. Thanks for your support and helping

I am running into an issue when attempting to publish a new report I have created from scratch to my Acumatica instance. This is occurring after our upgrade to 24R2Unlike the other related article, How to resolve the 'Root element is missing' error on opening a report in Acumatica Report Designer | Community, this error is happening in Acumatica and not the report designer itself. I know my report designer is working correctly because I can edit and save-to-server existing reports without issue.The issue only happens when I try to use a new site mapping. Hello all,How can I print the page numbers in a correct way? I now there’s an option under the properties section - Print on Every Page but I’m unable to find that option in report designer.   FYI, there are no joins/tables being used in here as it is just a simple form.

I have a customer who has been anxiously waiting for the ability to complete a 2-step transfer on the mobile app. I see now that you can actually select Transfer Receipt as on option under Purchase Receipts:However, all I seem to be able to do is create the record. I can’t find anywhere to enter the Transfer Order to receive. Help?Thanks!

I try to Receive these 50 into my warehouse, and I get this error. Error: IN Document has been created but failed to release with the following error: 'Error: Inserting  'Sales Order Line Split' record raised at least one error. How do we use the two-factor authentication on the mobile app? The box opens to enter a two-factor authentication code on the mobile, but no way to request the code.
