I’m a business event noob…. I feel like this is 99% complete and someone from this community could get this over the goal line. See screenshots below. I created a custom GI to list project records. The business event is supposed to create a new service order via import scenario when a new project has been created. The business event doesn’t process because “location can’t be found in the system”, however that location does in fact exist. Does anybody know what I’m missing or doing wrong?

Hello,         I need your help. Previously I thought it is easy, but Now I did not find out a solution.As we know, the 0 shipment line would not turns into ARTran.So we might meet a situation like Shipline                                  ARTrana                                                     bb                                                     cc                                                      d                                                          eline d and e is added by Advanced Direct Invoice Function. So they only have invoice#, no shipment#line a is shipped 0, so it did not turn into ARtran.My need is to display on the Printed out Paper invoice with all lines: although a is with 0 qty.likeabcdeI previously thought is a full join can get this done.But my problem is, if we are printing Invoice, we normally only know Ref# and Type.If I apply the Invoice ref# as the where condition,The line a will still be disappeared,  Because  a.ref is null.What should I do? Can a

We are looking for an enhancement that allows us to create customer pricing by item/Customer Location or by Item class/Customer location. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated Thanks, Bob

Hello Everyone, Just want to find out if we can specify a reprot template that can be used according to assigned role? e.g. when a Billing person runs a Sales Order report to be printed, it does not include the logo etc as they will be printing on a ‘pre-printed’ form and would only need the specific details like the item, price, tax etc. But if a Salesperson print the same Sales Order, it will printed everything including the logo etc. Thank you guys in advance. Kind regards,Mrivera69

Does anyone know where can I download AcumaticaWMS add-on?

Hello Everyone,I’m trying to use OpenAPI to connect to Acumatica.To follow below guideline to login Acumatica. I got a error message. https://help-2019r1.acumatica.com/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=0322492a-de9b-4443-b256-923c48aff31d Does anyone know how to fix it? I tried to post to http and https. Both returned same message. Error message:{    "message": "The requested resource does not support http method 'GET'."}

What are some of the best practices regarding packing of generic inquiries in customization projects? Acumatica defaults the screen ID to GI.00.XX.XX, and if you try to publish a project with conflicting screen IDs it fails. I know we can change the screen ID ourselves, but I’ve seen issues in the past where this would completely break the automatic numbering when a user tries to add a new generic inquiry to the site map.

Hello,        we have a little customization that to count each ship line’s qty according to the item’s temperature zone(which is also a customization field, but it does not matter here).        It would be almost perfect, however it is having a little issue.         If someone clear/delete all ship lines and save, the “totaldryunits” would not be set to 0.        I read the code lines, it looks like  foreach (SOShipLine line in Base.Transactions.Select())      this line would not be triggered, if all ship lines were cleared.         I am not good at coding , can anyone help me how to trigger the total reset?

I am looking to populate CRM portal URL for my new tenant - your help requestedThanks,

Hi Anyone know how to add in new posting class ? this is current what we using but i need to create new account for a new product line so we need to create a new posting class Not sure who can share with me ? thank you

Hello,     As I checked, for the back order status SO , the “complete order” button is disabled.Only the “Cancel Order” button is enabled.       If I click “cancel order”, then the order would become “cancelled” status.It would be a little confusing, because it is not a “totally” cancel, it is just a “partial cancel”.         And for this scenario, we would very much like to make the order as “completed”, even if we don’t want to ship the rest of goods.        “Completed” is better for us than “Cancelled” I can make every single “back order” to “completed” 1by 1 that I just open the order, and mark every line to completed, and then I can click the “complete order”.but It is quite time consuming.          Is there a way that I can do in batch?

Hello,    In last Christmas and new year, we’ve sent some gift to our customers. So they don’t have to pay them. These invoices are with amount/balance on them.    I know, I can write off the invoices, or I can create a credit memo to offset it.     But from Accounting Angle,  what’s the best way to do it?    The people from my company said they wish these numbers can also be counted into Cost of Good Sold.

Client has the following accounts setup –Account A is an Expense Account with a Credit BalanceAccount B is an Expense Account with a Debit Balance They would like Account A to show as a positive on the P&L even though it is a Credit BalanceThey would like Account B to show as a negative on the P&L even though it is a Debit Balance The client is on the latest version of Acumatica How can I make this work?   ThanksMike

Hi AllCurrently , we have a new product line and we wouldl like to differentiate the sales , purchase and inventory with existing product line so that can reflected in financial report for different product line.Not sure which method is good for differentiate?Differentiate by sub accountorDifferentiate by new account code , which mean we create a new account code for sales, purchase and inventory. 40000 vs 4000157300 vs  5730114720 vs 14721Which method that you suggested? what the reason that you suggest the method?

Hi SirWe would like to create a invetory code for new product line , the account code will be 14721 .We understand that the account code posting for inventory is controlled by posting class.Need to create a new posting class for this new product line.  When we create a new stock item and assign this new posting class, then system will post to these new account code. My question is what is posting class referring to?Is anyone can guide me how to do the above create the new posting class in system?Hope to hear from you soon.Thank you
