If you are referring to the in-built Acumatica Warehouse Operationsit can be enable in the features if it is included in your license. Go to System Management > Enable/Disable Features. Under Inventory if the license includes the feature you can enable it. If you are referring to the mobile app software download Acumatica from the Apple or Chrome store.

I enabled this feature. But I only can use pick. Same on mobile app. Do you know which access rights for pack and ship?
Same on the Warehouse Management tab in Purchase Preferences for receive and putaway. You can use the web form for testing or download the Acumatica mobile app.
