I’m looking for some general direction.  I need to create 3 or 4 forms to be embedded on our public website where users can submit and it goes directly into Acumatica (possibly kicking off a workflow).  The form might also contain the fields to upload specific documents.  Any suggestions?

As the title says, we have 3 items that show Unassigned for the location and show negative Purchase Order Quantity, which upon drill down shows they are PO Receipts that are fully released all the way into the INTran record.  Our SysAdmin is on vacation, and I can’t find the root cause or solution.  The items are serialized.  Also worth noting, these are not for “real” purchase orders and therefore are never processed for AP Bills.Looking for insight on where to look for the root cause or how to clear this up.

Hello--I am attempting a customization and ran into an issue:I need to use OrderNbr column from a sales order to populate fields in another table. The problem is, when a sales order is created, OrderNbr is not generated until after the record is saved (RowPersisted?).This value is required in order to generate rows in another table and relate them to this specific sales order. These rows will need to be edited during the creation of the sales order, so it cannot be done after the SO is saved. What are best practices for getting around this issue in general? Is there another column I can use to reference this specific SO before it is saved? Maybe I should be working in cache? Thank you!!!

Hi All,Is there a way to add item dimensions in Acumatica besides creating attributes? I know there is a volume option on the packaging tab but I want LxWxD. Regards,Abbas

Is there a way we can closed multiple open cases at one time vs. closing each one individually?

Dear all,We want to ask about how we can link between Budget in Finance module with Project Budget in Acumatica?Thank you for your kind attentionBest Regards,Agung Edhy Triyono

Customer wants project ID to reflect the numbering sequence on the Opportunity ID without the 2 character “OP” prefix. As example, Opportunity ID is OP210026, they would want Project ID created upon conversion of Project Quote to be 210026. I didn’t think this was possible, but curious if it can be done using segmentation and OppID as first segment of Project ID Numbering Sequence. Thanks!!Claire

In our welding bays there are 2 computers across 10 welders. As they enter move transactions,  is there a way to know which user enters move transaction without them logging in and out each times?  Curious to know how others have setup shop floor users, seems difficult to get data for individual performance.

According to the Web Service Endpoints page, making an api call to Customer?%24top=100&%24skip=0&%24expand=MainContactShould return the Address data. However, the response does not contain the Address data. It contains all of the other data listed on the Web Service Endpoints page except that. I can see the customer addressed in the UI, but they aren’t coming through in the response. Has anyone else encountered this? Is there another solution to retrieving a list of customer addresses? Thanks!

There should be no Seasonality set up in Acumatica since none of the business is seasonal. However, when trying to set up the Replenishment Parameters on the Stock Items form IN202500, Seasonality is a required field. Is there a way to set up seasonality, in such a way that the business is not defaulted to being ‘seasonal.’ Thank you!

Hello Goodnight. I have the following problem. I have a “table A” with the columns: Vendor_1, Vendor_2, Vendor_3 and Vendor_4. I need to display these columns in a selector as if they were rows.In sql I solved the problem using "union all" but when I am investigating I see that acumatica does not have (or at least I have not found examples) this option. Aditional: I have work in a customization project. Can you help me please. Thanks!

We set up two Availability Calculations - one which included Qty on Production Supply (WithRO) and one which excluded Qty on Production Supply (WithoutRO). An Item Class was assigned "WithoutRO" and after a few months it was determined that "WithRO" would be better for this Item Class. The Item Class was updated to the new Availability Calculation. The "Available" quantity on the Inventory Summary doesn't update initially, however the Available Quantity on the Allocation Details is updated based on the new availability rule. Is there a delay in this update and if so how do I know how long before the change is implemented in all places?

I have created attributes on the attributes form belowAnd these values should be shown as multi-select in Sales Order Line in a user defined field, code is below for getting those values, but in the field it only shows combo box (one value selection).public class SOOrderEntry_Extension : PXGraphExtension<SOOrderEntry> { #region Event Handlers protected void SOLine_UsrAccessories_FieldSelecting(PXCache cache, PXFieldSelectingEventArgs e) { List<string> allowedValues = new List<string>(); List<string> allowedLabels = new List<string>(); foreach (CSAttributeDetail objCSAttributeDetail in PXSelect<CSAttributeDetail, Where<CSAttributeDetail.attributeID, Equal<Required<CSAttributeDetail.attributeID>>>>.Select(Base, "ACCITEMS")) { allowedValues.Add(objCSAttributeDetail.ValueID); allowedLabels.Add(objCSAttributeDetail.D

We are going to upload master data to the Sandbox and we need to maintain restore points before uploading the data.Ex. We have done Payable preference configuration and need to upload around 1000 suppliers to the system. Before doing this, we need to create a restore point. In cases where an error occurs, we need the ability to restore the system and configured data should not be erased.1) How does Acumatica support this requirement?2) Any processes that we should be aware of before migrating data to the instance?

Hi,Appologies if this question is not clear, I am still learning -- I am trying to extend the SOOrderEntry graph and need to create a SelectFrom query that uses as a parameter the OrderNbr of the Sales Order that is currently opened by the user for editing. Is there a way to access this?I have tried: public SelectFrom<WorkflowVars>.Where<WorkflowVars.refordernbr.IsEqual<Current<SOLine.orderNbr>>>.View WorkflowVars;Among other similar queries, with no luck.If it is helpful, the error I am getting with the above query is The type 'PX.Data.Current<PX.Objects.SO.SOLine.orderNbr>' cannot be used as type parameter 'TOperand' in the generic type or method 'BqlOperand<WorkflowVars.refordernbr, IBqlString>.IsEqual<TOperand>'. There is no implicit reference conversion from 'PX.Data.Current<PX.Objects.SO.SOLine.orderNbr>' to 'PX.Common.IImplement<PX.Data.BQL.IBqlEquitable>'.Which I believe is because ‘Current’ is returning Null, but just a gue

I started using user defined fields instead of creating data fields in my customization project.  I created about 20 fields and added them to the Contacts form.  I don’t want to see them on the UDF tab that gets automatically generated, so I made them all Hidden.  Then, I went into my customization and added them to a new tab I created.  Everything works so far.  I also recently started working on creating Business Events.  I want to be able to check for value changes in one of my UDFs.  But I don’t see the fields on the Trigger Conditions options.  Is there something I need to do so I can use those fields in my trigger logic?

Which AI / ML provider does Acumatica Use for Image Recognition for Expense Receipts?

Hello Community,  I’m trying to create a Generic Inquiry which would closely mirror CA303000 - Cash Account Details.  One thing I noticed is that PX.Objects.CA.CATran.OrigRefNbr is not typically a navigable field (you cannot just click it and it would bring you to the transaction).  I suspect this is because there are multipe modules which have their own unique Reference number (AP Check, AR check, etc etc). Does anyone know how to replicate the one-click navigation using a combination of Transaction type and Reference Number? Thank you,Kirill
