Solved

Hi All,I’m working on the below scenario, could anyone please help on this.I have created a new GL account category in Vendor card. In AP bill header i have a Boolean field and in Transaction line i have a amount field. Like retainage logic, once i release the Bill, it should create a corresponding line in Journal transaction with the account  and sub account ID linked to the vendor card. Regards,Ramya

Hi good night. I have a problem when i try to “load” data of a selector grid depending of a selector header. When i select the value 21-0049 in the selector, the selector in the grid is empty (Id PhaseCode). The correct operation is: when i select the 21-0049 (in the selector) the selector of the grid (IdPhaseCode) should load the data  related to this Nbr (21-0049) My IdPhaseCode DAC is: #region IdPhaseCode [PXDBInt()] [PXSelector(typeof(Search<CEEstimateEstimate.idPhaseCode , Where<CEEstimateEstimate.estimateNbr.IsEqual<CEBidPackage.estimateNbr.FromCurrent>>>), typeof(CEEstimateEstimate.id), typeof(CEEstimateEstimate.idPhaseCode), SubstituteKey = typeof(CEEstimateEstimate.description))] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Id Phase Code")] public virtual int? IdPhaseCode { get; set; } public abstract class idPhaseCode : PX.Data.BQL.BqlInt.Field<idPhaseCode> { } #endregion The CEEstimateEstimate DAC contains the selector information The CEBid

We utilize several unions with our payroll, but have one that uses a multiplier on each of its deductions and fringes (each of which are based on hours).  We have tested the deduction and benefit using regular only, regular and OT, and total earnings, which are all the options.  These all treat all hours at the same rate.  Does anyone else use multipliers for overtime and double time hours for unions?  And if so, how are you making that calculate correctly?

I currently have a customization that makes a copy of a voided quick check and opens in a new popup window for user to make changes before saving the new check.  All is working OK EXCEPT for the remit and contact information.  All of these quick checks have the address/contact overridden (they use a generic vendor).  I want to keep the same contact/remit info but behind the scenes it needs to point to new APAddress and APContact so when they edit these it’s only changing the information for the new check, not the existing.  Currently, when the window pops up, override is unchecked for both contact and address and shows default vendor.  I want the overrides to still be checked and have the values from the check being copied from but when saved I need new records and foreign keys for APAddress and APContact.  What am I doing wrong? Here is some of my code:APQuickCheckEntry graph = PXGraph.CreateInstance<APQuickCheckEntry>();CurrencyInfo info = PXCache<CurrencyInfo>.CreateCopy

Hello all:I am attempting to create a GI that allows the user to retrieve records not only by individual branch, but also by an entire Company (included any branches under it). I know this has been implemented in various built-in GIs and Reports, so I used on of those as my base - the PR-Employee Pay Rates and Earnings GI. I see this GI is using the `ARDocumentFilter.OrgBAccountID` Schema Field for its `OrgBranchID` parameter. I further noticed that this parameter is used in the Condition section: e.g. PRPayment.BranchID Is In [OrgBranchID]. I have created a GI that mimics this approach. While it works as expected when selecting an individual branch, it does function as expected when selecting a Company. Specifically, records from Branches from another Company are brought in. For example, I have a Company with ID of 1000. This Company has three Branches: 1001, 1002, and 1003.  However, if I select the 1000 Company in the GI, the Inquiry brings in not only records from branches under th

Is it possible to have more than one quote under an opportunity that we eventually convert to a project? We are a window manufacturing company and often we want to split an opportunity into several phases (eg downstairs Windows and upstairs windows) and when successful in our bid, convert both, not just the primary to separate projects. Not sure how to do this?

After clients last payroll run - where they just added one employee to have ‘Paid time off’ - when going through ‘Government Reporting’ → Federal Tax Deposit (EFTPS) → and run if with the date range that the last payroll happened → they log into Aatrix they are then greeted with this message: “Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index”. Has anybody seen this error message? I have checked the one change that was made and it matches what 3 other employees have exactly on entries and exact time entered for that line item. I have seen similar error messages on this forum and looked into those data errors causing those and that is not the problem here bringing up this error. Appreciate any feedback that you all may have! Thank you.

Hi All, I am new in Acumatica and try to understand: when creating Entry Types should I ask the client about their cash transactions (what kind they use)? What is the best practice? Thank you

Good day,I have created a new custom field named transport on the opportunities, sales quote, sales order and invoices and memo’s screen.I would like the value entered in the custom field to carry over to the sales quote, sales order and invoices and memo screen when a new one is created.Currently the value already carries over to sales quotes, since it uses the same DAC as opportunities.Any help on how to be able to achieve this would be great.

How can I deactivate tenants?

We cannot attach a picture to a Purchase Receipt via the mobile app and this is critical because more than 50% of our receipts are done on the job sites and we need to attach the packing slip to the receipt

When you have an inquiry, you can copy-paste the data from the fields in that inquiry into a screen.I use Purchase data to build Sales Orders and I need to copy-paste a date. If EVERY digit is filled in, this works like a dream. If not, this goes very poorly. Can we force zero’s on dates so that copy-paste works as intended and doesn’t just give out bad data? Example of a BAD date: 1/3/2022Example of a GOOD date: 01/03/2022 Here is the issue: SOURCE INQUIRY (copying ETA field) DESTINATION FIELD Due Date, after copy-paste (without exiting the field): If you click or tab out of the field: So now instead of copying the correct date, it slapped in the day of “today”, but on the proper month, but then also applied the wrong year. Obviously, people who are constantly copy-pasting are going to miss this, and it creates a large burden of work on our end. Can we get dates to work like they should please? Hopefully, I’m just missing a setting somewhere :D

GOOD Morning, our current inventory id, some of them are long:  more than 10 characters.. it looks like Acumatica can only accept 10. is there a way we can set it up to meet our need when go live?Thank youZoey

I've setup a generic inquiry linking requests, employees & user tables.  The GI has 5 output fields (Request Order Number, Request Employee ID, Request Department ID, Employee AcctName & User Email).  I have verified that the GI generates all the proper output.I then linked that GI to a business event with a Record Insert trigger.  I want this to trigger every time a new purchase request is submitted.  I have verified that the BE triggers properly when a new purchase request is submitted.I then setup the BE to kick off an import scenario.  When I go to setup the import scenario, I only see 2 fields available as source fields (order number & description).  I have verified that the screen ID for my GI is the same screen ID as the provider for the import scenario. The part I completely don't understand is that my GI doesn't include the description field.  The initial GI I created only had those 2 fields, but I added additional fields.  It is almost as if it has latched onto the

I have a scenario where I need to Ship and Invoice a Sales Order via an import scenario. Occasionally I will need Qty Shipped to be different than the Qty on the Sales Order and I also will need to update the unit price on the invoice that is created. This will take 2 import scenarios because the unit price is not available on the shipment form. I have figured out how to get the shipment import scenario working.  However the import scenario I have built for SO303000 is adding a new line to the invoice, not updating the existing one that matches the item. Any ideas what could be causing that?

I don’t see anything in the Help for implementation checklists for 2021 R2. Have or will they be updated for 2021 R2?

I’m having difficulty controlling access to particular form elements. The behavior I’m observing runs contrary to the guidance provided by the Acumatica wiki and training manuals. Currently using Acumatica Cloud ERP 2020 R1, Build 20.114.0020. The wiki says that:“By default, a role’s access rights to the form elements and actions are inherited from the role’s access level to the container of form elements to which elements and actions belong.” This is echoed in the security training manual: But it seems that form elements (tier 5) actually inherit their rights from the Form (tier 3), rather than the Container (tier 4). This breaks the “hierarchy of nesting” outlined above, and makes controlling access to particular form elements much more difficult. Is this a bug, is the documentation wrong, or am I misinterpreting something? Example:Form: [Receivables -> Customer Locations] node is set to "View Only". Form Container: [Receivables -> Customer Locations -> Location] node is set

Does anyone know a way to update user profiles without using the Login as User option?  I have tired to create an import to do this and found I have a rights issue.  I’m not sure if I’m missing something with access rights but thought I would put it out to the community in case anyone has had success with this.  The use case I have is to change the Default Branch Location and Service Order types for employees. Thanks, Greg

Hi All, @Naveen B,I want to update the “Lot” and “Expiry” on the Sales Order from a file upload in an Import Scenario.  As you remember I did something similar for updating the Shipment but cant quite get this one to work.  Here is the Import Scenario so far.  I get an error:-”The system failed to commit the splits row.”
