Good day I want to know how best can I add a flag or watermark that indicates that a specific report is a re-print for instance a sales invoice or a Payment to a supplier report?

When searching for Customers in the Sales Order screen it would be helpful to add the displayName column next to AcctName. For a company the primary contact name is often more helpful to search for than the company name.  Is there a way to add the displayName or fullName as a column next to the acctName that exists already? Thanks for any advice, Phil

I have currently been using the historical inventory valuation for reporting month inventory values. This report needs to tie to the the balance in my inventory account. To accomplish this, I am having to the use a start period that is the beginning of time to the current period. The report size gets larger and larger every month due to an additional months data being added. Are there any reports that can be run that do not include each months transaction details? Ideally, I would only need 4 columns:Inventory ID, Description, Quantity on Hand & Value for any given historical period. Any input would be appreciated!

Hey everyone!  We just got started using Acumatica.  Love it so far, even with its many quirks.  My question is simple, and I would think the answer would be obvious but I cannot find it anywhere!  We have thousands of stock inventory items.  Most of them are in “Kits,” with many of them in many many kits.  I need to find a place I can enter an inventory item ID and be presented with a list of all kits that it belongs to.Many thanks and a bottle of bourbon to the person who can help me with this!

This is the Example ERROR: Export of the Stock Item record cannot be completed. The Stock Item with the same field or fields (<<item description>>) already exists. The first item has been exported to BigCommerce but others with the same description field didn’t. How can I export all items even if they have the same description field?

hi,Is there a way to import metafields from BigCommerce  to Acumatica?

Hello,I am aware that Acumatica has a dedicated account for keeping track of the YTD Net Income balance and with every income or expense transaction, this account is updated. Furthermore, as documented in Acumatica’s Help material (see below), Acumatica automatically updates the Retained Earnings account for the next financial years that are defined. The system updates this account for every transaction posted to an income or expense account. When the system updates the balance of the YTD Net Income account, it also updates the beginning balance of the Retained Earnings account in the next financial years for which the financial periods are defined. For a new financial year, the system resets the balance of YTD Net Income to zero for a new financial year. However, for auditing purposes, when a user looks at the Account Summary and Trial Balances for the retained earnings account, the Ending Balance of the last period of one year would not match with the Beginning Balance of the first p

I have added some code to the SOShipmentEntry to automatically put the unpaid balance into the COD field when adding a new Package if the payment method ID is COD.Each time a new package is added I need this amount to be split across the total number of packages. Likewise if one is removed it should update all to match.I have code that will produce a list of the lines and am outputting to the Trace so I can see it’s getting the records correctly.  This is in SOPackageDetailEx_COD_FieldDefaulting:protected void SOPackageDetailEx_COD_FieldDefaulting(PXCache cache, PXFieldDefaultingEventArgs e, PXFieldDefaulting InvokeBaseHandler) { if (InvokeBaseHandler != null) InvokeBaseHandler(cache, e); var row = (SOPackageDetailEx)e.Row; if (row == null) return;SOShipLine item = Base.Transactions.Select().FirstOrDefault();// Find how many packages have been added.// First get all the package records from PackageDetailEx matching this ShipmentNbrList<SOPackageDetailEx&gt

Hello,I have a test/development Acumatica instance running - Build 21.116.0049 . My Acumatica Configuration Wizard is version 21.108.0032. When I try and perform Application Maintenance, it says that work with that instance, I need to use a newer version of the configuration wizard. However, I cannot seem to figure out how to update the Configuration Wizard. I downloaded the latest installer from Acumatica, did a repair (since there was no option to update) with no success? How does one update the Configuration Wizard with interfering with the Instance Itself?

When Auto creating linked orders what are the factors that the process looks at to know which item to generate as a new Production Order?

how to track PM’s on your company equipment ? is there a way it will send PM reminders at all ?

Acumatica has a costing method "Average Cost Period = Month".That is, at the end of the month, sum up all costs including (Materials, depreciation of the fixed assets, electricity bills, water bills, ...), divided by the total inventory of finished goods for the period.Unit Cost =  The total cost of production of that item/Quantity of finished goods

Hi, I always used such POST request for releasing Purchase Receipts in AcumaticaURL : https://testacumatica.com/entity/Endpoint/18.200.001/PurchaseReceipt/ReleasePurchaseReceiptBody : {  "entity": {    "VendorId": {      "value": "0000000170"    },      "Type": {      "value": "Receipt"    },    "PostPeriod": {      "value": "12-2021"    },    "VendorRef": {      "value": "1139273"    },    "ReceiptNbr": {      "value": "000402"    }  },  "parameters": {}}But know I get 202 response AcceptedAnd purchase receipt remains in balanced status instead of being releasedWhat can cause such problem ?

Hello,   Sorry, fields, not filed. typo.I meet a weired case. We have 2 enrionments, production with license, demo without. Both are actually on a same server and with same version 21.208.0032.     A same customization.Within the same customizaiton, we defined a customization field called “RowNumber” on shiplinesplit screen. now calling line details. It is designed to show the line# actually.  We put the function to set the RowNumber in SOshiplinesplit_Rowselected eventIt works fine on production envrionment, see pic 1however it shows empty on demo, see below Too strange, how is this? please help.

Hello,      We have a need to conditionally disable/enable line level fields. Simply like below:If SOline.CWI= True, enable “Price per LB”， disable “Unit Price”While SOline.CWI= false, Disable “Price per LB”, enable “unit price.”  Actually, this can be achieved before, by putting codes in SOline_rowselected like:  protected void SOLine_RowSelected(PXCache cache, PXRowSelectedEventArgs e) { SOLine soLine = (SOLine)e.Row; if (soLine != null) { SOLineExt soLineExt = PXCache<SOLine>.GetExtension<SOLineExt>(soLine); if (soLineExt.CWI == true) { PXUIFieldAttribute.SetEnabled<SOLine.curyUnitPrice>(cache, soLine, false); PXUIFieldAttribute.SetEnabled<SOLineExt.usrPricePerLB>(cache, soLine, true);..... } else { PXUIFieldAttribute.SetEnabled<SO

Hi,In the invoices form (SO3030PL) always system picks the sales account which is mentioned in the stock Item if a stock item is available in the invoice. Even though we change to pick the ledger account from posting class or warehouse by posting class, it always pick the account from the stock item.Is it possible to change this to pick the sales account from warehouse or posting class ? Thanks

What part/module of Acumatica do you use to track PM’s on your company equipment? We need to track everything about our equipment to stay in accordance with ISO regulations and right now it’s a spreadsheet and Microsoft Planner.

When I create a PO, the line type is always Service and the Item is a Non Stock ItemI am not able to change itAny idea?

Edit to Add: out of curiosity, I selected ‘Mark for Production’ and then deselected it and saved SO64 on Line 1. Line 1 now pulls to the shipment. This item has never been ‘mark for production’. Any idea why it would suddenly change? Inventory ID WS881830 shows as 16 available for shipping. SO64 has open quantity 16 and SO76 has open quantity 35. We are trying to ship SO64 but it is not pulling WS881830 onto the shipment even though it is showing as available. Allocation Details attached as well as a screenshot of SO64. Any ideas why this is happening? My only guess is that it has something to do with the allocation type but don’t know what drives those fields.

We have a new implementation of Acumatica and are finding our way around.  We have noticed that it is possible to receipt a higher qty of items than was on the original PO, it seems like at least double or more.  How can we prevent or limit this?  On the vendor the max% is set to 100.  Surely it should not allow more than 100%?
