What do you use for PM on your equipment

What part/module of Acumatica do you use to track PM’s on your company equipment?

We need to track everything about our equipment to stay in accordance with ISO regulations and right now it’s a spreadsheet and Microsoft Planner.

Hi @sarah 

If the Equipment created is ‘Target’ Equipment and being services regularly using Service order appointment, one can use ‘Target Equipment history’ from Equipment screen (FS205000)

If its Resource equipment, you have Resource Equipment history option that gives list of appointments where the Equipment was used to provide a service.

Do you have the Field Services Module or Equipment in Acumatica? 

You can keep track of equipment either place.

We don’t have the Field Service Module and if you mean Equipment under Configuration → Organization → Equipment, then yes, I have that.

Does the Equipment section track maintenance? And could we set up PM schedules?
