Hello community,I have this existing formula where multiple serial#s per item are listed down, but the thing is, say I have 20 serial#s for that item, it lists down the name of the item, its price, and qty again and again (please take a look at the picture). In a separate concern, I received a formula in which I can make a condition that if the same description exists in the previous line, it won’t display again. But I don’t know if it’s possible and how should I insert it in my formula. Here’s my formula:=IIf(IsNull([SOShipLine.LotSerialNbr], [SOShipLine.TranDesc])<>’’, [SOShipLine.TranDesc] +'{br}'+ 'SN: ' + [SOShipLine.LotSerialNbr], [SOShipLine.TranDesc]) And here’s what I wanna add:IIf(Prev([SOShipLine.TranDesc])=[SOShipLine.TranDesc], '', [],[SOShipLine.TranDesc] My desired result is to list the Item Description once with its multiple SNs. Can somebody please analyze how this would work for me? Huge thanks! Paula

I have been trying to add a new report in the SO301000 screen and I’m not able to create an action for it in the workflows section. How shall I create it?Thanks in advance.

My selector returns no data when I try to restrict the results to the WorkgroupID field of the current record. If I don’t try to restrict the selector with the current Workgroup value, it returns all records in my custom table, whereas I only want it to return records from the custom table where the WorkgroupID is the same as what was selected on the grid. These are the UDF’s on the PMTimeActivity table.  They all save to the PMTimeActivity table and function correctly otherwise. This is the Selector for the UsrProductID field.         #region UsrProductID        [PXDBInt]        [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Product Code")]        [PXSelector(typeof(SearchFor<ICSProductCode.productID>.            Where<ICSProductCode.active.IsEqual<True>. And<ICSProductCode.workgroupID.IsEqual<EPTimecardDetail.workgroupID.FromCurrent>>>),                typeof(ICSProductCode.productCD),                typeof(ICSProductCode.description),                SubstituteKey = typeof(ICS

We have a client with a financial year that begins in November.  The 1099 reports in Acumatica pull data based on that Financial Year.  The 1099 DACs only track the financial year, not transaction dates that I could potentially add in Report Writer.  Has anyone run into this issue and how it might be solved?

Hello the regenerate MRP, show me next message error:   Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'BranchID', table 'AcumaticaDB.dbo.AMRPDetailFP'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails. The statement has been terminated.Could you send me any idea what is the error? Best regards

This is a dumb question, but in the report writer, what table accesses the PR history tab’s data in the Purchase Receipts? The name I am given is: POReceiptPOOriginalBut this isn’t in the report writer. Is this not accessible data or am I overlooking something obvious?

Does anybody know how to get the Project numbers is GL accounts.  In some accounts it has them and others it doesn’t.  We are a construction company so when reconciling GL accounts like retainage is very time consuming because the GL doesn’t have the project number that the retainage came from, it just puts in project X for non-project.  We spend a lot of time figuring out what transaction come from that project manually so we can reconcile the account.  There are many GL accounts that would be nice to have this.

I am trying to import a prepayment linked to a credit card payment taken online through stripe.I have an import file which is the customer, date, value, reference and preauthorisation number for the credit card payment taken online. If I manually enter the payment as a prepayment, enter the values apart from (preauthorisation number) save, then use the action “record card payment”, enter “preauthorisation number” in the “Proc. Center. Tran. Nbr.”  and save, it links the credit card payment taken online through Stripe to the acumatica transaction. When I try and import this method, it fails with “The Record Card Payment Button is disabled”could anyone have a look at the import scenario below and let me know if I’m missing anything? i am not sure if there is a timing issue between saving the record and the button being available, if so, is there a way to introduce a delay?version is 22.110.0018Thanks

Hi!When loading open AP with balances and/or retention, which screen fields are referred to in the error message as “Migrated Balance” and “Document Amount”? We were able to load cleanly with migration mode off as an initial test, but not with migration mode on as is needed. Thank you,Dave Z

Hello,I need to display the address in Shipments ([SOShipmentAddress.AddressLine1]) because I have many shipments that I’ll give different addresses under one SO (pic4). I keep getting an address that isn’t even related to the customer in the SO, then the item was redundant below (pic3). I provided my schema builder’s relationship here (pic1). (pic2) is still the address in the shipment, I haven’t made override yet so that should still be the result. Please help me get the result I want.Thank you for the help!

Hello,Please help, I’m new to making these reports.I need to display the summary of (1) Sales Agents  (I mean despite of ARCANGEL being in the list multiple times, I need only 1 entry of his name now) in the list and their own total sales, and (2) Item Category with their total of sales too. How can I do that? I appreciate your help, thanks in advance!

Hello everyone! Can anyone please help me with this? I have multiple set of column headers. Adding another set of columns in another ‘Groupheader’ results to (1st line) COLUMN1, followed with (2nd line) DETAILS1, then (3rd line) COLUMN2, followed with (4th line) DETAILS2. I want it that COLUMN1 list down all DETAILS1 before COLUMN2 and DETAILS2 follows (just like in the picture, here, I have them in separate reports). Please help me out! Thank you!

Hi all, can somebody please kindly help me?I have to make a generation of monthly sales report. But here’s what happens, the list of those SOs are incomplete, just take a look at the total net sales and it’s too far. So I checked this first SO, and yes it has three inventory items, two of which are not listed here. I have filter for “released” but yes, three of them are all shipped and invoiced. It may be in my groupings? Could someone please kindly check my report file for me. I would appreciate any help, thanks a lot! Regards,Paula
