Adding New Action in Workflow

I have been trying to add a new report in the SO301000 screen and I’m not able to create an action for it in the workflows section. How shall I create it?

Hi @Harshita  Please find the steps below to add the Actions.

  1. After adding the existing customization screen, click on the workflows
  2. Then you need to extend the workflow based on the workflow steps whether it is SO/Default/etc based on your requirement.
  3. Then a new extended workflow will be generated, then here system will allow us to modify/add workflows.
