can somebody please let me know why I can’t open a report in my report designer. the name is correct. Thanks!

Hi @paula012! This seems like an issue with the version of Report Designer being used. Am I understanding correctly that the login window pops up and you enter your credentials and the error is seen when the report is trying to be brought up?

It could be that the report is from prior build or your Report Designer version needs to be updated.

Can you verify which version of RD is installed? (locate the Acumatica folder in Program Files and right click on the report designer exe to find it)
