Processed future statements for 2023, before current statements

We have a client that processed statements for 12/31/2023 but needs to process 12/31/22. They tried on demand but says it did not work. Any suggestions?

Assuming you are running in the SaaS public cloud, you will probably need to start a support case with Acumatica to have them fix some records in the database.
