I have an employee that was paid 3rd party disability and I am inquiring on how to process and pay his employer required portions of this and record it

I don’t think the Acumatica payroll module includes this functionality yet.  Best bet is to add it as a product feature suggestion on the community Product Ideas link and then ask others in the community to vote for it.
