Hey everyone, I am working on sending an automated order confirmation, I have the below set up:The SOOrder_ownerID returns the ID value rather than the masked value:Does anyone know of a way to display the masked value of the ID in the sent email? Thanks,Aleks

We are pretty new to Acumatica and looking for a “best practice” solution for a manufacturing process. So lets say we produce 100 metal widgets via Production Order. The order is complete/closed and the widgets will sit on a shelf for months perhaps.  Then at some time in the future some of those widgets will be bent up in a certain way as to become its next form.So is it best to call each form of our widget (flat form and bent form) two separate InvID’s with separate BOM’s? Or does Acumatica have a different way to do this?chris

How to create Sales Profitability by Customer and Item Number just likeSales profitability by Item Class and Item

Hello,After the Regen of inventory planning, this stock item is not shown as needing an action in Inventory Planning Display.  The stock item was created specifically for this exercise, so it has no inventory and is not referenced on any existing documents. The expectation is that we would see this stock item in Inventory Planning Display suggesting to order for the safety stock demand. No specific warehouse Inventory Planning settings, so should use what is in the stock item screen.

Hi everyoneI am hoping that someone here can help me answer this.We are trying to build a production with subassemblies as features. The subassemblies themselves have configurable features as well. We are hoping that there is a way to have layered configuration at the parent product level. For example, once we choose Feature A (Subassembly A), the configuration further expands, to allow us to choose feature B of Subassembly A. Is there a way to accomplish this?If this is not an option, does it mean that we have to create separate production orders for the subassemblies and configure each assembly from there?  Open to any suggestion you may have. Thanks in advance.

Hello! Is there any possibility to create intercompany sales order and purchase orders but the inventory ID’s that both the companies use is different.?

I want to update the unit price field in the detail section of the Invoices and Memos (AR301000) screen. I've tried the below method that updates the unit price for each line correctly. However, the problem is that other fields based on the unit price are not being recalculated. What should I do to update these other fields as well? PXResultset<ARTran> TransactionLines = PXSelect<ARTran,    Where<ARTran.refNbr, Equal<Required<ARTran.refNbr>>,    And<ARTran.tranType, Equal<Required<ARTran.tranType>>>>>    .Select(this.Base, currentView.RefNbr, currentView.DocType)             if (TransactionLines != null){                    foreach (ARTran TransactionLine in TransactionLines)                    {                        TransactionLine.CuryUnitPrice = 100;                    }            }this.base.persist(); Any detailed instructions, tips, or code snippets would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi. I have an import scenario (attached XML) for opportunities that is tested and working perfectly for individual records. When I go to do the full import from Excel (1171 records), it only imports the first one, even if there is no error. In other words, it will import one correctly, finish running the full import (takes like 15 minutes), then says 1170 records did not import. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Hi I need to copy the values in issues screen (Project and Project Task) to the scan and issue issue screen because they are not exposed to this screen by default. These fields also need to be exposed via mobile app end as well, how can I modify the mobile app screen to include these additional fields?Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

I’ve completed the T210 course and want to apply the learning to a real-world application by using a custom table to extend Customer with a tab item and multiple fields, rather than using the customization project to add “user” fields which will extend the Business Account table, not the Customer table, and thus add those fields to all related entities.  I know that PXDBDefault and PXParent are needed to link the custom DAC/table to the Customer table.  However, when I add the PXParent attribute to my DAC definition for the key field, it throws the “An unhandled exception has occurred for the function ‘MoveNext’.” when updating the DLL file and when attempting to publish, so the project won’t publish.  If I comment out the PXParent attribute, the project will publish without issues but of course, saving/updating doesn’t work.  How do I figure out what is wrong?  The Trace file does not give me an indication of the issue other than it seems like a DAC issue.  I thought it might be due t

Just I upgraded my local dev instance to 24.207.0011 and my site landing page (and subsequent pages too) is displayed corrupted. See the below screenshot. I have tried re-installing Acumatica, resetting browser, using different browsers but still shows corrupted. Does anyone know what is happening?

Hello! We are operating in few different companies which has different rules and regulations to be followed. All these companies are configured in one tenant and has a same Customer and Vendor base. Access of users will be restricted to the companies. When all the companies using the same customer, it is required to change Customer Tax Zone, each time at the transaction because there is no option to set up tax information company wise. Is there any option to follow or workaround for this?Amanda

Hello! I am required to remove Export to Excel option from Customers (AR3030PL) screen. Is there any possibility of doing this?Best Regards

I have a GI that when I “View Inquiry” on the production server I get the results I want, but when I export it as a report, I receive the following error message: “Response is not well-formed XML”. I verified that I’m using the correct credentials when logging in through the report designer.  How are GI altered when exporting as a report?

Since (my understanding, especially based on other posts) Acumatica doesn’t provide any warranty functionality besides the “Warranty” checkbox on service order detail, I’m curious how other service companies that ultimately need to file warranty claims with their vendors handle service order billing and inventory handling, as well as tracking claims with their vendors. We have a pretty good setup, but it’s all customization.  We added a Warranty Vendor column in FS Details (since we can have multiple vendor claims on one service order).  If filled in, logic kicks in that sets the prices (on stock and non-stock items) to based on vendor price records for those items, and then discounts it 100% with the discount offset to a warranty AR account. There is a process screen that then reviews all invoices from service orders with any warranty lines and creates a claim.  The claim is actually a PO Return Receipt, in which we “return” a nonstock item to the warranty vendor for the amount of the c

We discovered this process screen from the developer at our VAR; it wasn’t brought up during training.  I don’t have to use it too often, but if I wind up with an invoice that is out of balance it does the trick.  We currently run some other recalculate screens (like recalculate inventory) weekly--should Recalculate Customer Balances be set to run regularly as well?

I am writing a GI to show all sales order lines and any time we have created a shipment on a order that does not ship all the lines on the order the rest of the order lines are duplicated by the same number as the number of shipments we have made.   Below we have made three shipments on this sales order and the remaining line on the order shows up 3 times. We made three shipments off of the order below. one shipment for line 1 and  line two split between two shipments.  Shipments are below In the GI i am using the following tables and Relation to get the Data requested. I think it is somewhere in the shipment tables but on of the requests is to see the Shipment Status and i had to go to the SO Shipment to get Confirmed or Completed off of the shipment.

Has anyone ran into the issue where a delegate has to wait 24 hours before they can approve an expense claim? I ran into this issue with a customer on 23R2.  Haven’t heard of this with any other clients on same or different builds.

Hello,I am trying to configure the parameters on report to utilize @WeekStart+4 and @WeekStart+6 as values in a drop down but when I do this, I get a blank report.   If I clear the value table and put @WeekStart+4 in the default the report works correctly.  Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong from my screenshots below? Here is the filter I have setup in the Schema:Here are the parameters I have setup in the Schema, these do not work:However if I set the parameters to this,  the default value works correctly:

Recently, I added the Invoices screen (SO303000) to the Acumatica Mobile App. Can you please guide me on how to limit the 'Sort By' fields to specific ones, such as Type, Reference Nbr, Date, and Amount?
