Hi there, Is the MS Teams integration feature available in MYOB Acumatica? If so can someone share some good use cases and how to configure it. One example I can think of…employe has an overdue task, and I want to send a Teams message/alert notifying that there need to complete the task.

All, A new opportunity defaults the Estimated Close Date to @Today. My sales team has asked me to default this to @Today + 14 (ie, two weeks). So I went here -- And created this -- I was going to change it here, but instead, Google Gemini recommended adding this C# file to a customization project: using PX.Data;using System;namespace MyCustomizationProject{ public class CROpportunityExt : PXCacheExtension<PX.Objects.CR.CROpportunity> { #region UsrMyEstimatedCloseDate [PXDBDate(BqlField = typeof(PX.Objects.CR.CROpportunity.closeDate))] // Corrected to use base field's BqlField [PXDefault(typeof(CROpportunityExt.GetDefaultCloseDate), PersistingCheck = PXPersistingCheck.Nothing)] // Use a custom method for the default value [PXMassUpdatableField] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Estimated Close Date", Visibility = PXUIVisibility.SelectorVisible)] public virtual DateTime? UsrMyEstimatedCloseDate { get; set; } public abstract class usrMy

I’m trying to create credit memos via REST API and to do that I need the invoice related to a certain refunded sales order so that I can apply the credit memo on it, I looked the docs but I can only see how to retrieve all invoices, I also looked up the interface and apparently there’s no mention on the sales order anyway on the invoice page, if anyone has had a similar issue please advise !!

Hi,In appointments, in the log tab, we have the following line statuses:In Process Paused CompletedHowever the Details tab statuses are:Not Performed Not Finished Completed CanceledOur service technicians (property management) need to have the option to log “Not Finished” for a task for reporting purposes - what is outstanding on a service request. How would we go about to make this change.  I can find not preferences for appointment logs.

Is there a way to see if an item is in stock when creating a quote? You can do it from a sales order, but not from what we have found for a quote. Was also wondering about weight. We use that to quote freight, but that too is not available from the quote. One idea was to create a 2nd quote form that is used internally. Then add available inventory as well as weight from the other tables to the quote form. Has anyone tried to do it that way?

I am attempting to help a friend get accurate information on the ACA Reporting screen. The data listed seems very unreliable. For instance, many employees are listed has having no hours from Jul-Dec of 2024. One long-term employee shows up in only one month, despite being paid weekly.I’ve scoured the web, but there seems to be next-to-no information about it.

I want to create a GI that shows the attachment/file Icon like this one on the Purchase Receipts GI. This will actually be the file source I am wanting to duplicate in my GI.

We just updated Acumatica to Build 24.203.0023. After doing that our service technicians have been complaining about the App.When entering the Appointment List, the default setting is for the complete month (Feb. 1-28). Before the update we really could see all the appointments for the month on that list. Now it only shows the first few: Feb 1-12.If we select “Today”, we can see the appointments for today only, but if we want to see the appointments for yesterday or tomorrow, we have to manually go the filter and set a smaller date range such as this week only in order to see the dates before and after today. When restarting the app, it again goes back to the default complete month which doesn’t work.Anyone else facing this? Any suggestions?

Hi All - I’m back from another epic Acumatica Summit!!I’m curious what hardware people are using to facilitate barcode scanning in support of warehouse operations (material moves, issuance, pick pack ship).  Are you using iPads, zebra products, others?  Thanks!Matt Bowman

We recently started using Fortis and are getting a “Contact Not Found” error.  The contact does exist, and has an email address?  Why is this happening and how can we correct it?

I need to subtract the sales order of today from yesterdayIn excel as shown below I can put this formula (+C7-C6) and get the difference between the numbers from yesterday and today. how can I do this in Acumaticathis is my Grid

Hello! I run a ledger report which includes all our all our Companies. However, I would like a column included on the General Ledger report which indicates which company the line was recorded to. Is this a possibility? Does any one know where I can go?

Is it possible to disable or hide “Recently Viewed” list in Acumatica interface screen (2023 R2)?“Recently Viewed” list button

Hi All,Does anyone know how to retain Generic Inquiry (GI) filter shared setup values after adding a new column to the same GI?Issue:After adding a new column to the existing GI, all the previously saved filter values are reset to default. This is causing dissatisfaction as the customer has to recreate all previous filters manually. The Screen ID remains unchanged, only a column was added.Request:Is there a way to preserve the filter values when modifying a GI? Any suggestions or best practices to prevent filter loss after GI updates? Thanks in advance for your insights!Regards,Lalith.

In my acumatica customisation project . I want to add a new button in Vendor edit screen . I added the below code in graph .namespace TestcustomPlugin{    public class VendorMaint_Extension : PXGraphExtension<VendorMaint>    {        public static bool IsActive() => true;        public PXAction<Vendor> TestBtnCheck;        [PXButton]        [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Test Check")]        protected virtual IEnumerable testBtnCheck(PXAdapter adapter)        {            return adapter.Get();        }        public delegate void PersistDelegate();        [PXOverride]        public void Persist(PersistDelegate baseMethod)        {            baseMethod();           throw new PXException("Saved!".ToString());        }    }}but after publish the button is not visible there . But when i added the button same way to customer screen it came there and worked . Why ?

I have a question regarding the capabilities of the Manufacturing version of Acumatica. Specifically, I am interested in knowing if it is possible to create progress invoicing from Sales order and Job costing within this module. In my search, I often find guidance pointing towards the Construction module for these features.Thank you in advance for your assistance!

HI All,I want the system to automatically create Purchase Receipt type Transfer Receipt for Sales Orders type Transfer when the Shipment was updated IN (Status = Completed). So I have setup as below:Create a Generic Inquiry  which list down all the info needed from SO, SH as attached file AU-216-01. In this GI, I only list the SH transaction has Status = Completed. Create a Business Event trigger by Schedule. 2.1. Create Subscriber Import Scenarios as attached AU-216-03. This Import Scenarios will help to add the Transfer Order. Every order will be a Purchase Receipt transaction. After adding the Transfer Order, will need to be update the Location on DetailsIssue in this step: for an item have more than 2 Lot Nbr, cant import Location       2.2 Create Schedule. In schedule I have a condition if Receipt Nbr is Empty, which means the Business Event will import for all the SO in Generic Inquiry havent had Purchase Receipt Nbr yetDo you have any idea on mapping to import Location working in

Please see the screenshot below. My understanding is that a LBS = 16 OZ, so when the FROM unit is LBS, it should be divided 16 to OZ, which is “To unit”. But why Acumatica shows “LBS Multiply 16 to OZ”, this is very confusing

My version is 24r2 207 so i am not sure what causing this issue. I logged in as an admin too.

We are a professional services company and we have a unique billing rule that we have to set-up, but I am not sure how to do this. We are still in the implementation phase of Acumatica. The rule that I have to set-up is the following:If the employee works 5 hours or more a day, then we would bill a fixed rate of $5,000. If they worked less than 5 hours a day then we would bill their time at their “normal” billing rate.Anyone have an idea on how to set this up?Thank you.

I work as a Client Relations Specialist at my company, which is new to Acumatica. Our Operations Manager suggested that we begin learning the system before it goes live. My job is taking orders mostly from POs and answering clients questions. I was curious about which learning path I should start with, especially from those who have already gone through the process and were in a similar position.Thakn you.

I would like to send emails with links that open up the ACU mobile app to a screen and record. The only way I have found to do this is with a Push Notification, however this is not an option for me.A use case for this is when a reminder is sent out to a field employee the link takes them to the web app, when the mobile app would be much more functional and appropriate.I think the technique is called deep linking. I am not sure if this requires development to work with the mobile app or is even a feature. Please advise if this is possible, and if not lets please add it to the feature request list.
