A client implementing Acumatica Construction Edition uses Procore and will implement the Acumatica/Procore integration. They’re also implementing Acumatica CRM.  They sometimes encounter opportunities that originate from their clients’ Procore and wonder if there’s a way to connect the two.  The details for such a connection have not yet been defined, I’m not yet able to articulate the integration requirements.  But wondering if others have encountered this scenario.

We have employees that use the numbering of the lines on a sales order to help ensure accuracy when entering a large SO.Our employee Lisa entered SO 102812.The line numbering was not sequential  (I guess the line numbers "skipped" from like 11 to 20 something)But I look at it today and its varied with line #s missing throughout.I then looked at the audit history, to see if lines had been deleted or something.  But honestly I can’t really make a lot of sense out of the audit history detail. Would you be able to identify why lines would not remain sequential?Not only with this specific sales order, but in general, what would cause this? 

As per the subject, if I create a custom data provider in a .cs file, can I ask support to place it in App_Code in the hosted environment?  If not, how can I include it within a customization project so that it becomes available for use?

Hi, we’ve just recently upgraded a client to 2021R1 - Build 21.102.0070They use the warehouse management function in the mobile app through both IOS and Andriod devices. when using “Storage Lookup” they scan the warehouse, scan the location and nothing comes through. if they click “Review” they get an error “The view doesn’t exist”this also occurs when using “Pick Pack and Ship” if they click on any of the command buttons during the process - review/reset/scan/set qty anyone else come across this yet or can suggest a solution? have tried as “admin” and tried creating new user, checked the licence still remains, tried in separate company and tenant. have logged a support ticket also

Has anyone seen issues with prices going to $0 and no longer syncing in build 116 of the Big Commerce connector?  After reverting back to 115 we were able to get prices to sync again.Thanks,Kurt Bauer

The BOM Summary Form has been incorrect in ALL Manufacturing Versions for the Sub-Report Extended Cost Fields, Column Alignment, Missing Sub Totals and Missing Grand Totals in the Main Report.  Has anyone seen a correct version anywhere?

Hello Everyone, One of our clients is going to be integrating with ShipStation and in my testing on our test tenant I am having problems with the shipping costs to show up on shipments. On the ShipStation Info tab on shipments, after an order has been confirmed and has gone through the ShipStation process I am getting info for the Carrier, the tracking number, and dates. I am not getting Service or Shipping Cost. I would also assume that if things were running correctly, the packages tab would change to the package selected from Shipstation? Could this problem be from having a test developer account with ShipStation?  These are my configuration settings.Thanks

The mission with this generic inquiry is to show the payment amount value with the decimal stripped out. I’ve tried a few formulas but Acumatica seems to want to add 2 trailing 0s when I do that. Example:  The goal is, instead of showing $8321.05, to show:  832105In SQL I’d want to return a substring, or trim 2 characters from the right side of the string. Here are a few examples of what I’ve tried: Try to get the field to display as a schema field ‘payment amount’ Try to get the field to display as schema field ‘doc description’ Try to return from the right side of the string, -2 positions: =Right(CStr( Replace(  [APPayment.CuryOrigDocAmt], '.' , '' ) ), -2) Try to cast the field as a decimal =Replace(  CDec([APPayment.CuryOrigDocAmt]), '.' , '' ) Try to cast the field as a string  =Replace(  CStr([APPayment.CuryOrigDocAmt]), '.' , '' ) Any suggestions on this? Acumatica really seems to want to add those zeroes!

OK. I have a bit of a unique situation I am looking for the answer for.  I have a time clock that I use to generate a clock entry into a Production Order This works great. However, I have Team leads that approve their team's time. I need a way to have Joe the team lead log in and approve and only see Joe's team. Whereas Joe's supervisor John can see and approve Joe's time and all of his team's times. Setting the employee reports to on the employee records doesn't seem to cut it. The approval screen is kind of an all or nothing scenario it seems. Thoughts? 

The grid portion of the screen is coming from APTran so I tried adding Branch to the grid. However, the column remains invisible. I tried forcing Visible to True but that didn’t make it appear.Is there additional logic that’s hiding out somewhere preventing the Branch column from appearing?

I’m looking for feedback/ideas/solutions on if it is possible in Acumatica to send out a sample order from an Opportunity without having to create a customer or business account.The goal is to not create accounts aimlessly that are not TRUE purchasing customers. 

We have a requirement to scan multiple vendor lot nbr for scan lot nbr.we have design screen like thiswe have used scan material and we are able to successfully scan on the master grid and we are not able to scan data on the child grid. what is the best possible way to achieve this??

I am attempting to override Acumatica’s default Primary Item Validation logic. The base logic is done through an attribute, specifically the PrimaryItemRestrictorAttribute, which is subscribed to by the LocationAvailAttribute. So to override this, I made my own UsrPrimaryItemRestrictorAttribute and UsrLocationAvailAttributes, and figured I’d use the standard PXMergeAttributes attribute in the cache attached event in the graphs I would like to manipulate, effectively replacing the original attribute with my new ones on these screens. Below is an example of this in the INAdjustmentEntry graph. Remember the UsrLocationAvailAttributes subscribes to UsrPrimaryItemRestrictorAttribute. I installed Acumatica framework v: 20.2/20.210.0044, but there are not pages with project, payables, etcIs it possible to add these pages to the solution?  If yes, can anybody help me - how I can do it? May be it is available for another version of framework.. 

Could someone know how to add new field? I need to put extra info here. thank you  

What built-in internal role or combination of rights on a custom role is required to Save a Template from the field service Appointments screen?  The error message when clicking on the clipboard and then “Save as Template” is: you have insufficient rights to access the object (AUTemplateController).  The function works properly for users with the Administrator role.Thanks, Laura 

Hi,We are trying to customize a screen but would like to have different versions of same screen depending on user access.  But there is no command to copy a Screen as we can only select a screen to modify.Is there a way to copy a screen and save it as a different screen name? Thanks Mark

I’m a brand new user to Acumatica - have only been working live for about 2 months in Acumatica 2020 R2.We’re using Acumatica’s partner 1Retail to process retail sales thru our registers. After running “process retail transactions” in Acumatica, I have one error I just can’t figure out how to resolve.Retail transaction rang thru the register is:   37.10 pounds of boulders @ $ 0.45 per pound = $ 16.70$ 16.70 + 7.25% sales tax $ 1.21 = $ 17.91 total sale and cash collected from customer. Error Message says:  OP Error: ARInvoice Total out of balance. CuryLineTotal: 16.6900, CuryOrigDocAmt: 17.9000, CuryTaxTotal: 1.2100, CuryFreightTotal: 0.0000 Am I supposed to override the top boxes {Base Currency Totals} or {Transaction Currency Totals} ?  Change something in the line item details in bottom of the retail transaction log screen? If anyone knows of a “how to” manual regarding these errors I’d love to get my hands on one:)  

Hello all, thanks for taking the time to read my post.I am trying to import an email address into the Customers / Mailing Settings / Mailing ID - Email account field using an import scenario.I have developed an export scenario to try and find the relevant field and have had no luck finding it.And finally here is my Import Scenario - which I would like to put the new email address into.Can anybody help out with how I populate the Email above as it does not seem to have this field on the selection.Any suggestions would be very welcome - so thanks in advance !CheersJohn

Hello，     We have a need to sort on shipment screen in the following way:1, fristly, sort by temperature zone, which is a customized field stands for the stocking area, like frozen area, fresh area, or dry area.2, Then in each temp zone, sorting by Order Qty, from largest to smallest. currently, as I checked, if I firstly sort by temp zone, then secondly it would sort by line nbr. ascending, like by default implicitly.Is there a way to customize on it? Thanks.

A client implementing Acumatica Construction Edition is awarded contracts involving multiple similar projects which they manage collectively as a program.  For example, a national retailer may award them a contract to perform the same work at multiple stores (sites) across the country.  This is conceptually similar to projects and subprojects.  Have others encountered similar use cases?  How have you implemented them?Implementing the program as an Acumatica construction project isn’t ideal because each site has its own project address, project manager, subcontractors, schedule, etc.  On the other hand, Acumatica appears to not have a way out-of-the-box to group projects into a program.

documentation says you should be able to delete a general ledger transaction that is in a balanced status. I do not see that option. Does anyone know if this can be done and what settings and/or permissions are needed. thanks in advance.

Hello,      We are selling food, and we have several similar items, like: Chicken1, chicken2, chicken3, chicken4….   currently, these chicken items are handled in different individual item ids.       These items are similar only with the Brand difference.       So now the management have a need to see the inventory(Qty on hand) of “Chicken” together at once. we previously did this by manually adding different chicken qty together.       I know Acumatica having item class/item sub class,  item/sub item, matrix item, a lot of ways to define a group. But in my case, which is the best way. Can anyone give me some advice?
