We need customers to be in more than one Acumatica Customer Price Class for when we sync to Big Commerce.  We need one Customer Price Class for a 10% discount on Item Class A, and one Customer Price Class for a 15% discount on Item Class B.  Our issue is that when we sync to Big Commerce, we seem to be able to put a customer in only one Customer Price Class (called Customer Group in Big Commerce).  Does anyone know how to put a customer in two Customer Groups in Big Commerce?

Hi May i know what is the problem pop up the error message below when i create dashboard - Data table  

I am trying to create a Business Event that sends out an email with a report attached.  The report is using the Invoice form (AR 64.10.00).  The business event is based on a GI, and the GI passes over the Document Type and Number to the report.  Unfortunately, the report prints out over 300+ pages with empty line numbers until the very end and then the correct invoice is shown.  Does anyone know why this would be happening?

I need to create a Parent - Child relationship between APTran and ARTran tables. The artran.OrigInvoiceLineNbr field has no value (value is NULL) on the existing data. Can I populate this field with the APtran.LineNbr value for reference in the ArTran table?

Greetings All!We are concerned about order verification on our integration with Acumatica. Because we can transactionalize updates on the Acumatica side we want to be sure all the data arrived.Are you aware of any way we can generate a “hash total” of Inventory ID or something at the Header level that reflects all the associated line items.  This would be similar to doing an MD5 hash for downloads.Thanks in AdvanceJim Sproul, Polywood

How do I check for a data type in the generic inquiry screen? Like iif( ISNUMBER([FIELD]), True Path, False Path)I have an Inventory Item Attribute that USUALLY holds an integer value. I wish to do math on this value when it is an integer, but when it is a text string it crashes the report. If I could do some kind of error checking like in Excel, I can force this to work by using IIF to ignore non-integer values.

We are trying to change the description field in the timecard.  We have found that the “Summary Day for:”  is very confusing.  We would like to make the Description field be filled with a single ‘ or a , .  This makes the Summary day for: go away.  Has any one defaulted the description or know how to. My next project is to make overhead tasks not choose Billable when the employee uses them

On the Revalue AP Accounts form, I specify the settings to perform the revaluation of open AP documents. The Revalued Balance > 0.  When I release the transaction and review the Journal Transaction for the revalue AP.  I notice that the generated batch has a 0 Debit and Credit AmountNotice that on the Revalue AP Accounts screen the Revaluation Total value is not 0How do I resolve this? 

Purchasing in Acumatica for us (as a Manufacturing company) is a very painful process since we have many item across multiple vendors and it is not clear based on the item which vendor is the correct one.Purchasing Request and Requisitions looks perfect...except there is this very involved  bidding process that doesn’t seem like it can be skipped.Ideally we’d like any of our employees to be able to make a request and add any Inventory Item that exists.  Then our purchaser could ‘Create Purchase Orders’ and the default Vendor for each item would be used to create however many Purchase Orders are needed for however many different Vendors are represented.Again, the documentation sounds like Requisitions can do this!!! Does anyone know how to skip the bidding process?  We don’t have MRP and our Inventory control isn’t good enough yet to fully rely on it.As it stands our Purchaser has to look up every item, check the vendor, then create a Purchase Order for that vendor..repeat.  That seems

On the Budget Form the Stat Ledger is defaulting in the LEDGER field.  When I run the Budget Import Scenario the first branch gets imported to the budget ledger but the following branches go to the statistical ledger.  I have hard coded the ledger on the import scenario and I have tried mapping the field.I think the issue with the default ledger being incorrect is causing the incorrect import results.Has anyone else experience this?ThanksColeen

In many different areas of Acumatica one can add a note to a record using the Record Note link on the left side of each record.   Has any come up with a way to print out or export those notes with a link, even if just a reference number, to the record it is related to?   All of the inquiries and forms have export features but the exports do not export the record notes vs. just the visible columns. Thanks

All the addresses in Acumatica are 3 lines - Address line 1, address line 2 then city, state, postal code and finally country.  Our international customers require at least one more line of address.  As per example:In this example the Finance Department is an attention line and is not part of the address. I could squeeze the first 3 lines into 2 lines but it is just not correct and I would be certain it would slow down any package delivery.

Has anyone else experienced incorrect time zones being logged in the timecard from Appointment Logs? We are seeing incorrect time zones even for the same customer on the same day. I have reported this and the suggested solution is to manually change our settings on our mobile devices. Development team does not think this is an issue and is not moving forward to fix. If it is happening to others we need to get it reported.

Hi EveryoneNot sure who can advise for below question related with corporate credit card - expenses claim.As the credit card transaction involved with different currency , example: SGD , HKD and USD.Understand that when we create expenses claim under corporate credit card , only one currency that we using  (the currency depend on what currency we set in employee profile)  .If like my scenarios , there are 3 different currency, how should i create the entry under one expense claim?Hope to hear from you soon .

We use standard costing, but I would also like to know what the actual last cost of items are that we receive in. The last cost information under the Cost Statistics section of an item is the last standard cost. Is there somewhere else I can go to see what the items last actual cost is?

Hi I am trying to add the project ID selector to the Item Classes screen. Hi All, Newbie here… We set up a cross-reference on a stock item as a “Customer Part Number”.  When we we load sales orders via EDI, the process works.  Those orders come in with a customer part number and are loaded to the sales using  our internal part number.  HOWEVER, when we load forecasting data, the cross reference does not work.  Our EDI partner says it is erroring out with “Forecast.InventoryID: 'Inventory ID' cannot be found in the system”. We are starting to build a workaround and contingency plans.  Can anyone tell me if this is the way Acumatica was designed or is our setup wrong?!?!?!  It seems odd to me that the cross reference would work for orders but not for forecasts. Thanks - Shawn
