Can an employee record that was deleted be recovered?  I deleted employee (0000709) because there was a duplicate.  But I actually need to use id 0000709 for an employee.  However, if I try to set an employee ID to 0000709 now it gives the following error.  I figured if I could recover the deleted record, then I can simply update the other information for that record.  What's the work around here?

I have a csv file that I am using for a GL transaction import scenario. The debit and credit amounts are in one column, debits positive number, credits negative numbers.  How can I get the import scenario to populate the debit and credit fields properly?thanks, coleen

Hi guys, I have been having an issue with an entry screen for a custom screen i developed. I have added the screen and on its own it works exactly as intended, however I have made a GI to replace it as an entry screen, I can access the screen through the GI itself. However, as soon as i tick the ‘Replace entry screen with this inquiry in the menu’ tickbox, I get the error ‘Object reference not set to an instance of an object.I have attached the code for the graph and the DACs which are used in the screen.Has this happened to anyone before/does anyone know why this could be happening? Thanks,Aleks

I need help reversing a time and material invoice which has an incorrect date.   When I go to the ProForma invoice to do a correction, it is telling me “You cannot make corrections to the pro forma invoice because it has at least one time and material line”.  All lines are time and material.  How do I reverse this invoice, is there another way?  I have looked everywhere for an answer, please help.

I’ve encountered a weird formatting issue with Report Designer. Preview looks fine, but after printing to PDF, all I’s, some lowercase L’s, and periods appear bold and strangely formatted. Sample below:   If I switch report from HTML to PDF default, the problem disappears. But, the logo looks terrible, so I need a solution that allows printing from the default HTML view. Anyone have an idea? Thanks

For an integration, we are triggering a API by the InventoryItem_RowPersisted event handler when creating a NonStock item in Acumatica. By the response JSON some essential statuses are saved and maintained in custom fields as shown in the below diagram.After creating a NonStock item and when clicking the save button these two custom fields get updated. But right after the screen refreshes or closes the screen the values get lost without saving the updated values of this custom fields. I have already inserted a explicit save, but it seems to be not functioning as expected. Here with I'm attaching essential segments of the NonStockItemMaint graph. We are setting up and testing the “Calculate Replenishment Parameters” for certain items.  Not sure if we have missed some setting(s) in the Replenishment tab as the “Calculate Replenishment Parameters” process failed with a  message “IN Error:  InternalError: Sequence’s sorting order is wrong or it’s not sorted”.Any suggestions would be really appreciated as this is our first time setup and try the Calculate Replenishment Parameters.  Please find attached the settings on the Replenishment Tab in one of the item, and also the Calculate Replenishment Parameters errors when we run the process.  Thanks...

We are running our first PI and received this warning Unfreezing stock when a PI process is not completed may cause discrepancy in cost or quantity of stock items and inability to release PI adjustments.If we proceed, will we run into issues? 

I’m in build 2024R1 testing out Manufacturing module and trying to setup work flows for my organization, and I’ve run into what I see as a bug - the replenishment in the Inventory Planning Display seems to be triggering from On Hand and not from Hard Available. This feels like a bug to me - does calculating from on hand and not hard available provide value for anyone? Here’s an example of where things can go wrong: You have 30 items on hand, but in shipping status, and so 0 hard quantity available. Your safety stock is set to 10, but it won't trigger, because you have 30 units 'on hand' even though they're in shipping status (or they might have already shipped and not yet been invoiced). So let’s say I have a process to repull inventory demand part way through the day. If I have 500 orders that are moving through shipping, and those orders have reduced my hard available inventory completely on a number of items, those items won’t show up in my inventory planning display to replenish, s

I am trying to bring over the Customer from the Sales Order through the Purchase Order Details by Inventory Item Report. I can see that the SO Demand section is pulling the Data through on the SOLineSplit3 table and I have attempted to join the tables together with the settings shown in the picture but it just prints out blank. does anyone know how I should be Joining these two tables together to get that Customer ID as a Field I can add?

Hi,A client is having an issue where purchase receipts have been created for a purchase order, and it is fully receipted, but the purchase order is not able to be closed as it is still thinking it needs to be receipted, as shown in the image below.I was thinking a way to close this purchase order would be to publish a custom sql script, and then remove this customisation after the script has run successfully. However, I am not sure how to update the status field via SQL. Where are these accounts set up for stock items?  When the item class is selected on the General tab it auto populates these GL accounts and I need to revise some of them.  

Since we installed Acumatica 2023R2, Our service techs have been complaining, especially when using the android version of the Acumatica App. Here is what happens:1. They will use the “View on Map” button to see the location of their next appointment.2. The app will open up Google Maps correctly.3. When returning to the Accumatica App after looking at the map, it is locked up. Every time they need to restart the app and log-in again.This is frustrating. Any suggestions on what we can do?

The example story goes like this, our customer sold an ice machine that came with a 1 year parts/labor warranty. Within the manufacturers warranty period, the ice machine required a service appointment that resulted in a trip charge, on-site labor and a replacement of a defective non-serialized subcomponent part.The end customer is not expecting to pay for the service charges because it’s covered under the manufacturer's warranty. However our customer the service provider would like to be reimbursed under the manufacturer's warranty program. They have no visibility for tracking the process of collecting reimbursement for the appointment expenses.Any thoughts on this?
