Hello! I have configured branches in my system and each branch has its own warehouse. My main branch transfer items to other branches but adding a charge. For an example, inventory cost of my main branch is 100 and when transferring we charge 30 and consider it as my income. For the destination branch item cost should be 130. No purchase order or sales order is created. Is there anyway I can set up this?Amanda

Hello all,I would like to know if I mark the below employee as Inactive & deactivate the line items under the Delegates tab, would the delegation become inactive? Also how can I add date under Expires On field?  

Is it possible to generate an invoice out of Receivables and code against a project BUT to a different customer than the project is setup to?  Right now it appears there is a hard restriction that only the customer on the project can be selected in Receivables invoice screen in order to charge to that project.Our use case as a contractor is that we occasionally do additional T&M on-site work that one of the other subcontractors request of us ( hauling off their debris in addition to ours or digging a quick trench for them) We generally like to tie any billing/revenue for this type of one-off T&M work back to the project, since its generally small and our costs for us to do the T&M work are generally lumped in within larger scope of work for the main Project/Customer.   As noted above we would generate this T&M invoice, and receive payment from the third party subcontractor and NOT the customer listed on the project.  Any suggestions on how we could do this?thanksSteve 

I am getting an error when trying to delete an On Hold AR Invoice that’s created from a pro forma invoice.  See below.  The message seems incomplete and makes no sense.  I need to recreate the proforma invoice to factor in the updated bill rate.Does anyone know why and how to resolve?BTW, is deleting and regenerating the pro forma invoice the best way to correct billing rates?   In my example, some rates have been changed and added in the rate table after the proforma invoice was processed. Thanks for your time and input in advance. 

Does someone have a import to user preferences?  specifically the default email account on the email tab?I am not sure it is possible  

I would like the “Service Orders” tab to be shown in the “Payments and Applications screen in “Receivables” as it does from the “Prepayment” tab in appointments. As you can see in both images, it says “Payments and Applications” but one screen does not have the “Service Order” tab.I would like this option when coming from the “Receivables” module so the Accounts department does not have to open an actual service order to apply a prepayment so prepayments are properly recognized from a Job and Accounting view point. Is there a solution yet for sending files attchements with a Business Event Notifcation?Cusotmer has attachments on each shipment and wishes to send email when shipment is confirmed and have the attchements included on the email.Thank youDale  

How do I enable locked fields, like we used to in Automation Steps? I’m seeing it’s under Customizations now, but I am not seeing a useful walkthrough on this. I want to unlock a date filed on the SO Header when a shipment is created. 

I have a long list of items listed in this screen but the items have already been received. Is there a way to get the items that have been received to fall off the Generate Intercompany Purchase Receipts list?

We had a Project Inventory Location GI we had created in 2022R2 we use heavily.  Now that we are upgrading to 2023R2, the GI has to be re-written because of the PMLocationStatus and PMLotSerialStatus tables having been removed in 2023R1.  I’ve been trying to get the GI modified using the table references in the Release Notes for 2023R1.  I am apparently missing something.  I would appreciate help reviewing our original GI (titled Project_Inventory_Location.xml attached here) against the version I am working to modify in our SANDBOX for our upgrade to 2023R2 titled MR_050724_Project Inventory Location.xml attached here.  The modified GI is creating duplicate rows.  I’ve reviewed the GI and am not seeing the reason for the duplicate rows being returned.  Thanks for looking and any help you might offer in advance.

Our client came across a scenario where they marked several daily field reports as complete, but didn’t un-check the “hold” box on the labor time and activities. This prevented the labor from appearing in any “mass release” workflows and, ultimately, from posting to the projects. I would anticipate that being an automatic link - when the daily field report is complete, so is the labor time and activity. But this appears not to be the case. Has anyone else come across this? If so, what workflows have you used to monitor and/or prevent it?

So, I decided to create a business event to trigger it when the order come to the open status and create the service order automatically. The business event created. Action to execute But the service order is not getting created and gives me the below warning on the business event history. Is there any information am I missing?Amanda

The IN Issue was created by Update IN a Shipment. The IN Issue status is On Hold. Can we delete it?

The refresh in Power BI on all reports running form Acumatica GI’s are being blocked after upgradeing to 2023R2 (build 23.211.0017 ).For each refresh the following error occurs:‘The field ‘BegPeriod’ already exisits in the record’This message shows up for all reports where different GI’s are used with different tables.

Standard behaviour of the selector attribute aggregates the result to show total by warehouse (siteID). Thank you!

Does anyone know how I can get the calculation in a generic inquiry for a fixed asset? Currently, the calculation is only shown in the asset depreciation history, which you must look at each individual asset. 

We use the latest 23R1 Github Lot/Serial Attributes customization.  The new table name that houses the attributes information is INItemLotSerialInfo.When we create a Production Order with a preassigned serial #, a record is created in the INItemLotSerialInfo table so that attributes can be added to the Inventory ID/Serial # record even before a Production Receipt brings the item into inventory.However, when we update the preassigned serial number (once a VIN is assigned to the vehicle, we update the serial # to the VIN), a new record is not consistently created in the INItemLotSerialInfo table.  This causes us to have to wait until the Production Receipt has been completed to enter the Serial attribute information.Any ideas for the inconsistent behavior and how to make sure a record is always created when a new preassigned serial # is assigned to a Production Order?

If Use Fixed Manufacturing Time on Inventory Planning Preferences is not checked, we expect MRP to use manufacturing time from the BOM.We are having trouble getting it to take Queue Time into account. DA-L0 and DA-L1 both have a queue time of 4 days.Created an SO for DA-L0 on 3/15. Here is the MRP Result, with the planned action dates for the production orders being 3/15.Shouldn’t the queue time of 4 days force the action date back 4 days?If I create the RO from the SO, it does back up the start date. 

Hi Everyone, Will MRP always select the default vendor when creating purchase orders? Or will MRP recommend an alternate vendor (with a shorter lead time) if the preferred vendor’s lead time will not be quick enough for a Production Order/Sales Order.  

SWK (our solutions provider) has mentioned multiple times that Acumatica has the ability to accomplish split payments on Purchase Orders. Example we receive 10 items into inventory. The total for that PO is $14,010.00We have a vendor where we make payments on that particular PO in 3rds.If we received the inventory in July and our first payment due for that order is August 10th in the amount of $4670.00. Next payment will be September 10th $4,670.00 and August $4,670.00 completing the total payment for that invoice.  How do we accomplish this?
