can we generate a GI that includes all transactions with reason codes? We need to see all inventory adjustments and their associated reason codes, as well as write-offs and the reason codes used for them. Thank you!

Hi, quick questionI noticed an Project Allocation was done twice in August….. I tired to reverse 1 Allocation and it reversed in Sept……. How do i reverse a reversal to get it in same month? Is it possible to change a date when reversing an allocation?  

We have created a payment processor for cybersource secure acceptance and we implemented the classes: V2.ICCHostedPaymentFormProcessor V2.ICCTransactionGetter V2.ICCProfileCreator V2.ICCHostedPaymentFormResponseParserView original The issue we have now, is that after payment is done on cybersource, it returns back the response to the PaymentConnector.html which in turn perfom the next line window.parent.px_callback.paymentCallback('action=transactResponse&response=' + urlParams.get("ref") );this close the payment popup, but the payment it self not converted to completed, not sure why and when opening the payment details and look under card processing tab, it display “Does not exist error” (see attached)I’m not sure what I’m missing at that stage, hope anyone can advise.

We are creating ERP shipments in advance of actually shipping merchandise, and do not want the information to synchronize until shippments are confirmed.  We defined an export filter to limit the Big Commerce synchronization to only shipments that have been confirmed, however it is not working. When the filter below is active, ALL of the shipments are filtered.  Our version is 24.109.0016.   We also tried filtering on Status but with similar results.  Any thoughts what could be wrong?Thanks in advance!    

I am creating a customization on the sales order screen to collect some info on a smart panel and add it to custom fields on the line details. This is a low code project so I created the smart panel using the UI. I dropped a button on the action bar for the details grid. On the PopupPanel property of the button, I pointed it to the smartpanel by adding the ID there.  This all works great. When the button is clicked, the popup panel comes up. The only issue I am facing is that the information entered is always saved to only the first line on the details grid. It does not matter which line I have selected before clicking the button to open the popup panel. What am I missing?I am on Acumatica 2023 R2. 

On Shopify we arrange our variants in a certain order for many conversion related reasons such as cheapest first, what we want featured on collection pages (since it defaults to first variant of a product), most popular color first, putting a item line that’s mostly sold out last, etc. We always understood that Acumatica does not have its own variant priority/sort order, which is true as far as customizable, but we were fine managing that on Shopify side only. We have found however that template sync will rearrange all the variants on the product in Shopify even if there were no changes, if template is pushed, or if something else changed on the template.Things we have tried:1. Unmapping option 1,2,3 in template and stock item export mapping. This stops the variant order from being overwritten, but does not work since it doesn’t support any new variants being added or syncing a new product since it then pushes everything as an empty default with no attributes.2. I have a business event that has a subscriber that is an Import Scenario.  The GI that the Business Event uses has a few formulas in the results grid.  When designing the import scenario, all you can see for GI result grid lines that are formulas is something like “=[POReceiptLine_Formula5b2e0f32d4304e46852164172e23dab5]”.  Other than trial and error, does anyone know how to tell what the result grid line is?For example, the business event creates an inventory adjustment based on a GI that looks at PO Receipt Lines.  I have several formulas in the GI results grid.  One formula is multiplying the ReceiptQty by an attribute, and I gave it a Caption of “Ext. Cost”.  However, when I go into the business event subscriber’s import scenario to map that GI results grid line to the Adjustment’s Extended Cost field I don’t see “Ext Cost”, I just see the formula ID’s. I know I could put the formula in the Import Scenario, but if something in the formula needs to be modified I want to do it by mod

Hello all,I have been looking out for ways where I have some stock items that have the qty more than 0. I am looking to mark them as 0. The only option that comes to my mind is to create Issue trxns. Are there any other options available? The end user is fine if GL trxns are created.

My AUNotificationTemplate table size is 10GB.We do hold a number of notification templates, none of them hold a full history (none of them even hold more than 10 executions in history).Does this table handle more than just automation notifications? What areas might I use to decrease the size of this table? Thanks!

Is there a way to setup a Flat Rate Earning code that could be added to the Employee Compensation Tab of the Employee Payroll settings ?? This Flat Rate Code would then automatically  be picked up on each Payroll run so one doesn’t need to import a Earnings file or hours file each run. I have a client that doesn’t want hours to appear on the paystub for the Salaried Employees as they are being paid a set amount whether they work 30 hours or 50 hours. This desire is to prevent any lawsuits on overtime for the Salaried positions.Thanks

Hello!I know Cases in Acumatica are support cases or tickets that help track customer requests, but can it also be used for internally? For example, when we close an opportunity, I want to be able to create a case/ticket internally from this opportunity to track next steps. And then close it once the work is completed. Can Cases do this or is there something similar that Acumatica offers? Thanks!

Hi All, I have looked at the existing topics here for GL Journal upload as well as the out of box ACU Import GL Transactions. none of these has helped me to load my data. I have uploaded the sample of data I am trying to upload. it loads the first line but fails at the second line I also have no explanation on why it does what it does. I had to move things around until it posts Debit side for my Inventory account and credit to GRNI ( po Accrual or Goods receipt not invoiced) Appreciate your help and insight on this. Thanks Ghazal 

I am working on a 12-month calendar forecast P&L.  It is not a rolling report and will always display January - December from left to right and a total. The results will display either actual or budget.  For the months up to and including the date the report is run the actual results display by month and budget will display for the months after the date selected.  For example, if I set the date to 08/2024 the report will display actual results in separate columns for January - August and budget in the columns for September - December.along with a total.  The column set has 36 columns, 12 columns to pull actual, 12 to pull the budget and 12 to add the combination of actual/budget based on the date selected.  I have it working to display either actual or budget by month using a visibility formula.  I now need the visibility formula to use in the 12 columns of totals so that only the total for the combination I have selected displays.  I have tried the formulas in other discussions, a

I have reviewed the article (https://community.acumatica.com/topic/show?tid=7266&fid=288) that identifies PXDBWeblink as the way to create a custom field with an URL link to click.  I have also reviewed the website field on the customer contact page and the tracking URL field on the packages tab of a shipment.  But, I can’t seem to get it to work.First, I created a custom field and publish the customization.Then, I add the field to the screen.Then in the data class, I changed the PXDBString(256) to PXDBWeblink.When I publish the customization, the Stock Item screen looks like this.It doesn’t have the icon to open the URL like the contact website nor is it a hyperlink like the tracking URL of the shipment.I’m working in a local 2023 R1 instance and will attach the customization package. 

I have a custom table with a basic GridView screen for entry.  When entering values for the first row and clicking Save, an error is thrown saying that one of the non-nullable fields has a null value.  After some debugging, it appears that the save is trying to save the row I entered, plus a new blank row -- thus, the complaint of the null value. In fact, if I make the field nullable, it actually saves the blank row (blank except for identity field) in the db.  Also, this only happens on the first row entered.  If I add another row and save, it doesn’t happen.  My guess is maybe a table/DAC key issue that makes it want to insert instead of update, but I’ve triple checked my key references.  Does this ring a bell to anyone as something you’ve run across?Custom Table1 and Table2 have identity keys.  Custom Table2 has a foreign key to Table1 referencing its key field.  Table1 primary key definition: public class PK : PrimaryKeyOf<CFLocationBarcode>.By<locationBarcodeID>{ pu

 My Requirement is that on every release of a purchase receipt, I need to raise fieldupdated event of each inventory id’s last cost field. I have a chain of events that is attached further with Last Cost field updated event. I tried various ways but that event isn't triggering programmatically. If values entered manually in that field, it works perfectly fine.

From my understanding, non-persisted fields are the best way to handle data that needs to be calculated using some business logic. However, since these fields aren’t saved to the database, we can’t use them in generic inquires and reports. If I instead saved this field to the database, I think I would need to make sure that it is recalculated either every time one of the values in the business logic equation changes, or if a user or anything else is interacting with it, including a report/inquiry. I’m not sure of the best way of doing that or if I’m missing something.

Happy Monday! I have been spending some time with teams-based notifications, which has some incredible potential. I would love to be able to send a message when a SO line has been changed and what has changed. The use case would be if a Customer changed the QTY or we had to remove a line, it would be nice to keep everyone involved on the same page via teams. While I can notify when a line has changed (see image), I can’t really say what has changed. Is that possible?
