I was able to add a deleted item back in recently, but if that does not work, try adding it back in with a different item number, then do a Change ID.

I dont think we can get a information about deleted record.

Item info can be shown in Audit history with little information.
Also if you have daily backup service please refer to old DB and retrieve the information.
