Need to uncheck Override checkbox

Try =’FALSE’ in all caps, that might resolve. Otherwise send me XML and I will test.

Try Override (AMMinOrdQtyOverride) as your action name instead of Override (AMMinQtyOverride)

I tried (but was thinking that was actually the next option down) …. but still did not work for reorder override

Well, I can tell you it’s not a problem with the unchecking mechanism of the import scenario if that makes sense because I got it to work with that import scenario.

Might be a data error where it is not grabbing the correct inventory ID or correct warehouse using the provider you have? I wonder if it is updating a different warehouse and you are not seeing the change because you’re looking at the wrong warehouse?

Yeah - that is why I tried hard coding a single inventory and Warehouse - to make sure it wasn’t the lookup - but even then it would not work

For fun - I tried taking off another checkbox - the Source one - that worked!  So it must be this specific checkbox - I’ve tried both suggested - maybe I will go through the rest of the overrides -

Did you try loading the import scenario I sent?

You can see hardcoding is exactly what I did to get it to work above.

Try the process manually and see if you run into issues. I wonder if the reorder point needs to be zero before you can uncheck?

If the checkmark is disabled on the screen then the Import Scenario won’t be able change the field value (uncheck in this case) for you. Could those values be set up/maintained elsewhere?

I’ll try Process manually - but I did think maybe Reorder needed to be zero - BUT - I tried that already and didn’t work - 

AND - I tried leaving and value and unchecking manually on the screen and it is allowed

Django - I wondered on that too - however the weird thing is that I set the check up on this screen - 

just can’t seem to take it off

Just to confirm - your screenshots indicate that the scenario is trying to uncheck the Override checkbox on the Min. Order Qty field and the screenshot of the Warehouse Details screen shows that checkbox as unchecked.

(I don’t have that module activated so I can’t see those fields.)

Is the Inspect Elements screenshot for the Override field next to the Reorder Point or the Min Order Qty?
