Teams integration: Team member is empty

Hello everyone,

I set up the Microsoft Teams integration by following the instructions here:

However, no data is displaying on the Team Member screen (SM305030).

I checked in the database, the data is exist

Do you know why the data isn't showing on the Team Member screen?
