Hi All,I have manufactured parts that are already in stock and ready to be sold.  I am sending them out for a finishing process so I’m not going to be running them thru production as I don’t need to have “extra inventory.”  Does anyone know a way to get this outside processing cost onto the cost of the part without doing a landed cost?

The void and delete buttons are disabled. How can I enable them and trigger the action?Thank you in advance

Hi, I’m trying to do a PNL report with actual vs budget with variance amt and % columns. I have set the formula in the column set like this: However, the result doesn’t seem to be consistent. Like this highlighted value: The result doesn’t seem to match with the formula I have set. In fact, I’m confused about how it arrived at that amount. But the one in the 3rd row is correct. There seems to be inconsistency. Does anybody knows about this?

We are utilizing Expense Receipts under Time and Expenses, to track outside expenses. We can add the amounts, dates posted, and claim to release internally just fine. I am wondering if there is a way to add a negative balance when we get refunds and we already released the expense. Any ideas on what we can do in these scenarios to add negative balances (Refunds)?

Is there a way to partially bill a customer from contract management? For example, the contract is setup as a monthly contract that bills the 1st of each month. Sometimes, the contract may be started mid-month and there is a need to bill the first month at a prorated amount. I can’t seem to find an option for this. 

Hello, I have a released AR invoice that had the incorrect date entered. I have tried to correct the invoice date, which moved from July into June period, and when trying to release the corrected invoice I get an error;“Inserting 'Applications' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. Unable to apply the document because the application period precedes the financial period of the document.”So it appears it is due to crossing to a prior period. How can I correct this AR invoice and get it in the correct financial period? 

Need to know how to correct Fixed Assets Accounts on the GL Accounts section that is greyed out.  The accounts should have been 14380 - Vehicles - Automobiles instead of 14385 - Vehicles - Other and Accumulated Depreciation Account should have been 14525 - A/D - Vehicles - Automobiles.  I tried changing the Asset Class on the General tab and it said it would update GL accounts but did not update those above.  Vehicle was placed in service on 11/3/23 and has been depreciated for two months. 

 On the Print Invoices and Memos screen in Acumatica, is there a way to create individual PDFs for each invoice during bulk printing?

Balance left open on AR aging.   I have the below payments still showing available to apply to open invoices.  But when I click on the payment is has already been applied.  How do I clear this out in ACU   

is it possible to add the Project # to the Finance > Account Details > screen? I see that this is not a GI, so I am not quite sure how to edit this inquiry.  This matter is rather urgent, so any and all responses will be greatly appreciated? 

We have not been able to get our Acumatica bills to pull in the purchase orders.  There are open purchase orders, but when we click on the button to load them, nothing comes up.  We have tried checking and unchecking various boxes in the settings and can’t seem to get it to work.  Does anyone know what the settings have to be to have this functionality?  

Hi guys, do you know if there’s any way to set up a black list of creditors so that once we are in a conflict, the invoices to them will be suspended in any way? Thanks!

When a fixed asset is set up the asset class controls the depreciation method, once you have run a few depreciations can the method be changed to another calculation method for this asset? 

We are implementing the ACH (we are in Canadian localization). To do this we created an export scenario with CPA005.Everything has been tested and is functional with our bank.The export file always has the same name (required from our bank) for the same Originator ID.Let's say for example that we have 2 distinct batches, for the same Originator ID, #15 and #16. We export them with the "Export" action button in order.We have just noticed that when we export #16, and when we reopen #15, it is overwritten or at least seems to point to the file exported at #16. Is this normal?We believe that each batch should have its own file attached. And they shouldn't have any connection between the two?!

Hi,I have a payment missing in bank transaction history area and also did not come up in process bank transactions area so I could not match with payment. I checked payment area and all look ok. (payment gone through correct amount and correct date). Can anyone please help ? Thanks.

Hi all!For some reason, we have a warning on the timesheet for certain employees :Do you know where this warning comes from? I would like to correct it, it’s not needed in this caseThe employees use a labor item which is “Labor Item” type in Labor Rate Form PM209900, and aren’t set as “Employee” type in Labor Rate Form(So no hour quantity in the column “Regular hour by week”. The “Regular hour validation” is set to “Warning” in Employee form EP203000, but i dont understand where it takes the 57.5h?   Thanks  

Is there a way to easily CORRECT the Vendor Reference Number (ie. invoice #) of a Bill after it has been released and before it has been paid?  Currently the only way I see how to do this is to reverse the whole Bill.  This seems extremely unnecessary when what is needed is just an invoice # CORRECTION.  This is no different than changing the Due Date which, correctly so, is allowed.
