Hi I was trying to an audit history of the person who has created a Journal Entry and the name of the person who approved the transaction. Unfortunately, I could not find any option in Acumatica. for your information, I followed the following steps,Audit History when you click on the “Audit Historyit gives only the person's name who had lastly modified the transaction BUT not the name of the person who had APPROVE the transaction.  As you can see in below-screenshot, someone has created this Journal. Another person checked the entry and did the bank reconciliation. The system indicates the same person's name as the ‘Creator’ and ‘Modifier’ which is not true.  

Good afternoon,We are using Banking -  Bank Deposits as a way to reconcile and for some reason we cannot locate the payments under certain Payment Methods...is there a dumb reason we are overlooking on settings that we need to alter?Our check payment method works fine, but we cannot seem to find ACH or CASH payments under this umbrella.Still fairly new to Acumatica, so I’m sorry if its an easy question!!!!

Hi,I’m trying to translate GLs related to intercompany transaction and post the foreign currency difference in another unrealised forex GL eg. GL1234 while the rest of the GL’s forex differences goes to the default unrealised forex GL 6789. They are the same currency conversion eg. from USD to CAD.Or the intercompany foreign currency can be posted to the same GL6789 but different subaccount to differentiate them.Can anyone advise how to set this up?

Good morning,I am curious if there is a tab or possibly a report already created that could possibly show me all my customers that have NO open orders in Acumatica but also paid via certain methods of payment (cash or check)?In short, I am looking for a shorter way to approach finding customers that I need to cut refund checks for because they paid via cash or check.I am currently just going through and Aging AR report and looking basically one by one at all the customers.  But the AR report also shows all customers but also customers that have available balances due to open orders in the system.

We have many customers set up with term cash discounts such as 1% 10 Net30.  We do not want the 1% calculation to include freight or tax.  The 1% should be on product only.  Is there anyway to accomplish this?

Hi!  We have 3 different translation IDs set up so we can translate our foreign entities (GBP, HKD, and CNY) into our main reporting currency (USD).  We occasionally run into an error when preparing the translations that is intermittent.  Anyone have any thoughts on what’s causing this, especially with it being inconsistent in occurrence? I have confirmed that we have translation loss and gain accounts and subaccounts set for USD within Currency Management > Currencies.One of my employees had this error yesterday when trying to translate our GBP branch into USD, but was able to do the translation this morning.  We’re both now receiving this error when trying to translate our HKD branch into USD.  This doesn’t happen every month when we do this and usually goes away the next day, so it’s not critical since it appears to re

Hi,I have used bonus option in for the fixed assets which needs to be fully depreciated at purchase in Tax book. Once purchased it is fully depreciated and the net book value is zero .Now I want to change the depreciation method of the tax book to the same depreciation method as actual (Accounting) book. That means the asset needs to be depreciated same as accounting depreciations. I cant remove or edit the bonus field. I did a depreciation adjustment and re-ran the depreciation, but still it depreciates fully because bonus is applicable. Is there any way that I can remove the bonus method and let the asset depreciate over it’s useful life? Thank you,Dulanjana

Hi,i’ve had a few customers ask me if there was a calculation function within acumatica to add things within the amount field.  I wasn’t sure if anyone had seen this before? Thanks!

People are voiding payments that have already been deposited to the bank and it makes for A LOT of unnecessary work when reconciling.  In my eyes, there should be no reason to void any transaction that has already been released in a deposit.  If, for whatever reason, you need to void a transaction; you would need to first void the deposit, do what you have to do and recreate the deposit after.  Once a payment is deposited, it should be locked; period. Even Quickbooks had this capability; it’s very simple because the transaction is posted to the ledger when released in a deposit.  But if this is too much to ask, we should at the very least have the ability to restrict certain users from making changes to released payments, especially if they have been deposited.   Does anybody have any thoughts or workarounds to avoid this from happening?

Hi All, I am trying to copy an arm report from one tenant to another. For some reason I am doing something wrong because I cannot see it on the tenant I imported it to.

Has anyone ever been successful importing the postal codes. I understand Acumatica has the option to upload the postal codes like it does for Journal transactions, but I would like an import scenario to upload the postal codes based on each tax zone. It takes a long time to do it the way Acumatica has it setup. Thaanks

Is there a reason why a PO Status is getting changed to closed when we still have unbilled receipts and the PO is still open? For example - we do a PO for 7 boxes, do receiving for 7 boxes but first invoice from vendor against the PO is only for 6 boxes. When we enter that first invoice, the PO status is getting changed to closed which is very confusing for both our purchasing and AP Team. We are still able to a bill for the remaining 1 item, but it is confusing since from a high level it seems the PO is fully completed and closed.   

SWK (our solutions provider) has mentioned multiple times that Acumatica has the ability to accomplish split payments on Purchase Orders. Example we receive 10 items into inventory. The total for that PO is $14,010.00We have a vendor where we make payments on that particular PO in 3rds.If we received the inventory in July and our first payment due for that order is August 10th in the amount of $4670.00. Next payment will be September 10th $4,670.00 and August $4,670.00 completing the total payment for that invoice.  How do we accomplish this?

Good day, I have a client that asked me to do a Rejection Notification using email, i have created a Business event with the Trigger New Fiel Value Expense Claim status equal Rejected: Using this template (Note, I have removed the clients email from the FROM field):Make several attempts with differnet fields like Expense Total Greatar than zero (Using Operator AND), and diferent Expense Claims emails TO fields.Be advise that the my client has a Expense Claim Approval Mapping and a Notification setup for that on the Time and Expense Preferences. Any help is highly apprecaited.

I am brand new to Acumatica. I entered in our Trial Balances as of 02/29/2024. Our go live date was 03/01/2024. I did not take into account checks written in Acumatica prior to go live. Also, there were some prior year adjustments, which affected my FY beginning balances. My question is: do I post journal entries as of 3/1/2024 or can I enter trial balances for 3/1/2024? If I enter trial balances for 3/1/2024, will this negate all transactions on 3/1/2024? 

Under Customers, after clicked on generate on demand then click on print statement, I tried to click send. But the email template not pop up, pls help:)

Hello I am reconciling my Monthly tax detail report with my GL account 2045 (Sales Tax Payable) and noticed that  5 Invoices with sales tax are not showing on Sales tax payable GL account. All others are showing up.. Any idea why? The invoices are created from appointments if that helps
