I am looking for a deprecation report to show all my assets, regardless of depreciation. My auditors like the standard report in Acumatica within FAS (“Depreciation” ) but it is only returning assets that have depreciation within the period. Therefore it does not show all my assets regardless of depreciation value.
I looked in the schema on report builder and cannot figure out why it is limiting records. Anyone have any insight on it?

Inner Join will only include assets that have records in both tables, for example:
Consider the first line above in RELATIONSHIPS screen shot:
FixedAsset table on left probably contains one line for every asset seen in Fixed Assets profile screen.
FABookHistory table on the right contains Asset History information.
When FixedAsset is joined to FABookHistory with Inner Join, only assets that are in both tables… only Assets WITH HISTORY will be included on the report.
Try making a copy of the report above, and try changing the Join Type to Left in your report copy. When FixedAsset is joined to FABookHistory with Left Join, all Assets from the table on the left are included. History will be shown for those assets that have history, and blank history will be shown for those assets with no history.
