Does anyone use factoring for their invoices? I have a client that uses a factoring company and would like a standardized process in Acumatica. Possibly an integration, otherwise ideas how to record this other than JE’s.

Hello, Is their an easy way to automatically calculate a 20% surcharge on the sales order / invoices in Acumatica.  We do not want to update our all prices if Trump reduces the Tariffs soon.Currently we created a item called SURCHARGE and manually calculate the 20% tariff surcharge. Thanks!

Hello Acumatica Community,We are paying vendors using the ACH NACHA file process.  The bank itself posts the total of the file to our checking account.  Acumatica is posting each vendor amount separately in banking.  Have any of you found a solution for this so that it posts as the total amount in banking?Thanks!Kay

Hi everybody,our customer rents out heavy machinery and it regularly happens that he receives a sales order from a daughter company of a big client. Our client then creates the shipping order and ships out the item to the daughter company.At the end of the billing period, our client has to create the invoice NOT for the daughter company, but to a specified leasing/financial company (also owned by the big client).One way would be to just change the billing address, but that is not what our client wants (for various reasons).Is there any possibility to do that in Acumatica without a customization?Thank you for your help!

hello all,i have been trying to make an adjustment for the month of Dec-24 for a Fixed Asset but when I try to create a transaction it throws the following error: The period is active in all the modules, still receiving the error, Whereas Acumatica generate a depreciation transaction for Jan-2025.

Hello all,I am finding ways to display the cash at the beginning of the period in Acumatica ARM report - Cash flow statement?  

We have a walk in retail location and use Acumatica to record these transactions. We have a clearing account set up so that cash and check transactions enter the clearing account and at the end of the day a worker creates a bank deposit based on the transactions.But as most retailers have it, sometimes we have a variance between what we expect to have and what we do have.What is the best way in Acumatica to record this variance? The workers are creating individual bank deposit slips at the end of the day (saving but not releasing) and then our AP person will do a bank run 1-2 times a week. At the time of the deposit the AP person will release the bank deposits created by the workers.Thank you!

We have recently upgraded our client to Acumatica 2023R1. Since the upgrade we have noted that the transactions posted in the GL related to Projects is not accurately reflected with the exchange rates defined in the GL transaction. A transaciton is created and released in the GL to reclass project costs from one project to another, and a specific exchange rate is updated in the transaction. GL Transaction in MYR with the exchange rate override 1MYR = 27.3973 JPYGL transaction in JPY (base currency) at JPY445,590 However, in the Project Transactions, the exchange rate used is the current rate based on the transaction date and post period: 

Hi,I just realized that we can edit the Debit/Credit amounts when reversing a Journal Transaction. So we can reverse the transaction for a different amount than the original. Does that make sense?What is the best way to disable that ability? Thanks.

Hello Everyone!When you create a BL Sales Order, the details will automatically get the sales account and the sales subaccount from the products,.There is no way to change this from the Order types screen.How can I set the account and the sales account values automatically from the Customer in a BL Sales Order? Thanks in advance. 

A user is getting the error below when clicking Export on a batch payment. When I log in as an administrator, I do not get the error. Thoughts anyone?  

Hi,We have just switched to Acumatica from Sage and my first bank rec was a disaster!I have 2 different banks to reconcile in 1 company. I was reconciling Bank A, but I used Bank B closing balance for this current bank reconciliation starting balance. Because it was the first month-end we hade to make some out-of-the-norm adjustments which is why I didn’t really understand or notice what I had done until closing the current period.I want to know how to reverse October 2024 bank rec, so the starting balance on November 2024 bank rec is correct. I hope this makes sense.  Thank you!

A previous discussion identified the Cash Account Balance on the Reconciliation Statement Report as the “Cash Account Balance on bank Statement date”.  I would expect that to tie to the ending balance per the Trial Balance, but it does not.  Do I have an error somewhere, or just a misunderstanding?Thanks 

Can anyone tell me what the formula $AdditionsInPeriod or $DisposalInPeriod in a FA report means? I assume it means the total additions or disposals for the period but I am not familiar with the prefix $.The report I am working on seems fine but the totals do not balance. I am trying to understand the field content so I can correct the totals.Many thanks in advance. 

Hello all,I’m trying to find a way to import multiple corporate cards at once. My company has a lot of employees and each of them have a card that needs to be in the system. I see where you can enter each individual card, but I can’t find a way to mass-import all of these. Any help on this would be appreciated.Thank you.

We are currently exploring options to streamline the process of converting business accounts (BAs) to customers in Acumatica, ensuring efficiency and maintaining control over the conversions. Our client relations team receives calls from customers who wish to place orders over the phone and pay with a credit card. In order to proceed, the client relations team adds these customers as new Business Accounts (BAs). The BAs are then converted to customers to conduct business, but only our accounts receivable team has the ability to convert BAs.Is there a way to create an exception in Acumatica where our customer service team can ONLY convert BAs to a specific customer class, such as "Credit Card Customer," which automatically assigns them credit card terms? This would enable our customer service team to securely utilize Acumatica payments for credit card purchases. We are seeking advice on how to implement this exception effectively to ensure our customer service team can manage

Within the Payables section I’d like to be able to produce a report that shows only the Vendor Name and Payment Method.  Is this at all possible?I do not want to see anything else. Such as addresses or GL codes.

We sometimes have customers with billing issues that should not trigger credit holds. Is there a way to exclude a specific document (invoice) from the credit hold process?I don’t want to extend the credit days past due or make any other change that would affect more transactions than just one specific invoice. Is there functionality to do this?

I have a client that wants to email several reports at month-end.  They have a schedule setup and have added the reports to the schedule.How do you indicate you need the parameters to change each month.  For instance, several have a financial period parameter.  I don’t see in the schedule where you can mark these as “Relative” like you can in other automation schedules.

Hello all,I am looking for ways to reverse the sign for some of the row sets in ARM. For eg: in cash flow statement the AR A/c displays the correct figure but in negative manner. Thats not smooth for the end user whenever they see this negative figure. So how can I reverse it to positive figure? What shall I follow in Row Set or Column set?

Hello all,I am wondering aside from the lengthy guid kind of value that is assigned to ExpenseRefNbr when an Expense Receipt is created though the Bank Feed, does Acumatica keeps any other reference to other tables to differentiate Expense Receipts created manually from those through the Bank Feed?
