The IN Issue was created by Update IN a Shipment. The IN Issue status is On Hold. Can we delete it?

We have a need to be able to assign workgroups to Tasks  (which of course Acumatica supports). We need to be able to send email notifications to all members of the workgroup that have been assigned to the task.Does anyone have any ideas on the strategy using Business Events/Notifications? I have tried with a generic inquiry to create a record in the GI for each member of the group - but the Notification never gets triggered. ThanksBob

Hello, I want to know that How to integrate Acumatica with Dynamics 365. Please help.

We are in the process of upgrading our Acumatica instance but from 2022R2 to 2023R1 and R2 we have issue when trying to create a Sales Order (SO301000). Everything from Order type and customer works, you can type the Inventory ID in the document but when you move to the next part of the line, we get an error. The error ‘Account’ cannot be found in the system. Please verify whether you have proper access rights to the object.I have admin rights. Something we have not seen is the fact that the inventory ID changed to an account nr and it adds the account nr to the warehouse as well. Please see screenshots. The account is in the system. Also, when I click on the magnifying glass on Inventory ID and then select the stock item, enter the qty, I can then save the Sales Order.

We began using project quotes a year ago, and we have since realized that there seems to be no way to cancel a quote.Is there a way to have Project Quotes canceled or automatically expired so we can easily create default views of current and unexpired/uncancled quotes?It’s been suggested to me that this is a feature of the CRM module, which is not something that we have, but also seems an equally strange thing to do. Everywhere else we can open, complete, or even cancel items without the need for an extra module we won’t really get much use out of.

When I hover over a field value on a dashboard, the full value that pops up does not always appear in a visible location. I’m not sure why they move around and do not always appear right next to the mouse cursor of the field that I am hovering over. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a way to fix this? Please see attached pictures for example.

Hey Acumatica Community!I’m running into a very perplexing situation - some system screens (Expense Claims, Expense Receipts) are shown in the site map, I have full access rights to them, but they’re not showing up anywhere in the UI. Has anyone run into this before? Hello - We are a hotel company that both owns and manages our assets. One of the assets that we manage has an ownership that is international. Our internal IT stated that they would be more comfortable giving them access to their Acumatica instance if we had 2FA enabled for them. My questions is, is it possible to enable 2FA just for specific users? Thanks!

Hi,I'm trying to add a Business Event to add a SO Line when a Payment Method is CC (Credit Card).I have tried reading all online documentation, including a (to me) substandard video on the Acumatica learning portal itself, and other online video tutorials, but am not getting that info that I need to do this.  I would appreciate if someone could walk through the steps, and give an example.  I feel I am close, but can't get it to add the line.  In history it shows it running, but nothing is ever added.   I am sure I am missing something basic - like missing 1 step somewhere.   I wish the documentation was better.  It is pretty bare bones.I code, and do customization, but have never used the Business Events feature and trying to learn. Appreciate any feedback.I can post what I have done but I was really looking for a guide.  If there is a link that would be great but I have not found any li

I keep getting a 503 Error when I attempt to access the partner portal.

When the client exports a PDF for Purchase Orders and SO Invoices, they do not get the order number in the file. When I do it on my computer, I get the order numbers. How can this be fixed for them?My export: Client’s export:  We are exporting the same way and in the same browsers.

The email should have all the items listed together - as opposed to sending out multiple emails. I currently have this business event set up:Business Event Fields to TrackEmail SubscriptionAs of now, if more than one row is inserted, it only adds one out of the two items to the email subscription. Hi Team, One of our customer has below requirement. They have 5 branches with one head office. At every branch level, they raise a purchase requests. Based on that​ head office will raise a purchase order and get the items. However, the GRN will also be happening by the head office. Then based on the purchase requests items has to be issued to the branches. How can we track this process. Thanks! 

EDIT:  Solved, reset to default fixed it. Hello,We have a dashboard for our sales team with a bunch of widgets that are working fine.  We have added a new widget and all members of the sales team can see it but 1 single person.  There is no lock, the widget is just not there.  Even the entire layout is showing an old layout.  This has been tested on multiple computers with this user’s account.  Is there something I can do to get him to see the current layout with all widgets? We have also checked all roles with another sales person and they match.  Though if it was a role issue, there would be a lock icon.  Not the widget missing entirely and the layout being completely wrong.

A client of mine recently purchased the database backup subscription, which should allow us to access their backups. But I’m unsure where I go to access them. Haven’t found any instructions. Anyone know? 

Hi,Our client has reported an issue where the system suggests the correct spelling for misspelled words. However, when the correct spelling is clicked, it does not update at the transaction level  I've observed that when the same action is performed in a note, the system automatically corrects the spelling error.  Does anyone know how we can resolve this issue so that the spelling is corrected at the transaction level as well?

I wanted to create an email template for credit notes. I already created an email template for sales invoice as well. when creating both email templates, I selected the screen ID as AR.30.10.PL. When I try to email credit note, email template is as same as the template I created for sales invoices. What can I do for this.

Anyone know if there is anything on the Roadmap for 2024 to have the app notify the customer when a tech is on the way to a job and show ETA with map location?

Question for people familiar with Cases….My understanding is that a new case coming in is assigned to a customer based on the sender email address. The business account/customer must have that email address in their record under Account Email (see below). This is of course assuming that the “Attach to Business Account...” setting is turned on in the system email account. My question is… what if there are multiple customers who share that email address? I tested this and it will assign the first instance of the email address, which may not be the correct customer. We are using Cases to create service orders, so we receive dispatch emails from vendor management systems that several of our customers use. So, the sender email is the same, but the customer might not be. Does anybody know how the system can figure out the right customer to assign the case to in this circumstance?   

Is there a way for end users to copy/paste an Activity in the standard software, 2021 R1?  The clipboard icon is not available on screen CR306010.  Has anyone come up with a clever workaround, or are we missing something obvious?Thanks,Laura

Acumatica 2020 R1; Build 20.101.0032; Screen: IN208900 We’d like to be able to create Physical Inventory Types by Manufacturer (attribute on Stock Items), or Vendor if that’s not possible. I see that we can create a Full Inventory Count, or filter by Item class, ABC code, Inventory, etc.. For example: we’d like to do a Physical Inventory of all of our Chevy Trucks one month and all of our Ford Trucks the next month.Does anyone know if we can get this granular?

Hi:Acumatica partners have access to the Product Idea section. Outsiders not. I understand that the product idea section is a sensitive area but, enable somehow a section in the community portal where outsiders can submit product ideas and discuss. Thanks
