When uploading images on the mobile app, sometimes the images will not sync. There is also no option to sync the uploaded files. It looks to be a caching issue. Has anyone seen this issue before or know if I can implement a setting on the phone to resolve this?

This is a custom development screen, but as far as I know the image upload is built in.
Acumatica version: 23.106.0050

The 2023R1 was retired, you may plan for an upgrade.
The screen is custom developed screen and there are couple factors to consider such as the screen behavior in different OS versions, cache handling etc.

Have you tried refreshing the screen from the mobile app to get the latest changes?
I believe that after refreshing the screen, you will see the updated image files attached.
