Permantly delete user on mobile app

Hi All,

I am looking for a way to permantly delete a user from the mobile app without disabling the user. Mainly just through UAT for now. I have hit the DELETE ALL and DISABLE ALL buttons along with forcing the user to change their password but after that, they are still able to log back into the mobile app, especially with Face ID on the iPhone. Does anyone have a suggestion?
