Dear Community, As we continue improving dashboards in Modern UI, we are evaluating the current dashboard personalization mechanism and would love to hear your feedback. Currently, when a user personalizes a dashboard, the system creates a completely independent copy. This means:• Any changes made to the master dashboard by an admin do not propagate to user copies.• Users cannot selectively pull updates from the master dashboard — only fully reset to it. We want to understand how this works for you in real-world scenarios:• Do you use dashboard personalization in its current form?• How do you manage updates when the master dashboard changes?• Would you find it useful to have a way to selectively pull updates while keeping personal changes?• Are there any specific improvements you’d like to see in how personalization works? We are a construction and field service company. We are currently running our own compliance software that we had custom built for us many years ago. We have basically outgrown it, and the cost and time to maintain it has become burdensome. We are looking for suggestions on something that will tie into acumatica’s field service and construction projects for doing hazard assessment, circle checks, inspections, etc. so we don’t have to maintain 2 systems like we are now (prevent duplicate entries and human error). Being able to do it through mobile is a must.I have gone through the marketplace and there is nothing specific to this. The only integrations that were close were some forms software, but they didn’t look like they talked nice to field service out of the box.I appreciate your help.Andrew
Hi,Does anyone use the Progression Live software with Acumatica? Our Service Manager mentioned that an API was developed and is working well on both sides to import and export data with Acumatica. On the refreshable excel reports who can update them?me i’m able to update the excel(admin)But a user which can access to the GI cannot update the excel exported for a unknown reason.Thanks
I have a client that has to create zero net pays once in while and they can’t release the transaction. It shows open and nothing hits the general ledger. Is there a special way you have to release a paycheck that has zero net pay? I have tried releasing it from paychecks and adjustments (inquiry), releasing through the paycheck transaction, and through process payroll documents. It is stuck in a open status and the only options you get are calculate. Since it did not hit the ledger then how do you continue with the transaction? Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks

I have a custom screen (XC030000 - Recurring Task Maintenance) that I'm trying to open from a graph extension action. Hello everyone, so i want to proses bank transaction in acumatica between Bank Statement and Transactions in Acumatica. While i try to match on transaction in Bank Statement, there is not match Payment, Invoice, nor create payment for Cash Advance Transaction.When i check to Check & Payment with type of Prepayment, the transaction already completed and the journal also already created with status OPEN because there is still not settlement for the cash advance.Is it because the status still open in Check & Payment (for type Prepayment) so Acumatica while try to Process Bank Transactions not read it the transaction of Cash Advance. So it makes my Bank Reconciliation not work. Please help me to explain about this, i really appreciated your answer. Here i attached of the detail bellow:

My emails are being sent correctly; however, they are not populating the related entity on the All Emails screen.Could you please assist if there is a setting I am missing that would display the information in the related entity column on the All Emails screen? Hi, we currently save emails to MS Outlook and would like to save them in MYOB acumatica/payables/suppliers. when i try to drag an email into the supplier “files” in payables, i get this error. Any ideas on how we can drag emails into MYOB to save them there?
I need to advise the sales team regarding the availability of materials in the multilevel BOMs (Capable to Promise (CTP) multi-level BoM), which may include both Manufacturing and purchasing items at various levels. Any ideas on how to create a GI or even generate a report showing the INSiteStatus.QtyAvail using AMMultiLevelBomData?

We are working on moving our B2B shop to Shopify. My question for anyone using Shopify B2B, how are you handling Terms customers payments? Currently our B2B site is with Woocommerce, and Terms orders just come in unpaid, and we send an invoice. But with Shopify, customers can pay on the B2B site. Since Acumatica doesnt natively sync those payments at this time, are you disabling the ability for Terms customers to pay past orders in Shopify? Or are there customizations that can be built to handle the payments. Conversely, if a Customer pays an open Shopify invoice in Acumatica, can the open Shopify order be marked paid? (I do see some discussions in here regarding this, please let me know if you have had success with this)Thank you
User Is set to View ONLY Access for Several Workspaces but still is able to Perform Actions on a ItemUse Case: Set ROLE Access for a Screen/Form to ‘View Only’ Ex: Purchases Orders from ‘Access Right by Role” It is assumed that for Purchase Orders this ROLE/USER can only VIEW PO’s but not Edit them.By default all FIELDS and ACTIONs within the FORM are set to INHERITED. However, the ACTIONs on the PO are still Available and can be utilized: for example, an open PO can Receipted or be Put on HOLD. Since this is VIEW ONLY access shouldn’t ACTIONS also be VIEW ONLY? And this inadvertently gives ACTIONABLE / EDIT access to user that should be VIEW ONLY. This is a security Flaw and Has been caught in client Compliance AUDITs The only way I’ve been able to counter this is at the FORM Access Level is to REVOKE the ACTION ITEMS Is there any way around this? Shouldn’t VIEW ONLY apply to ACTIONs as view only also? IS this a BUG? Shouldn't this be fixed? NOTE: This applies to ALL FORMS
After a series of unexplained PO deletion I am trying to disable the delete button from the PO Header. I am in the Access by Screen and trying to change Delete from “Inherited” to “Revoke” but it keeps resetting to inherited. Is there somewhere else I should be changing this?

We create a lot of BL orders and would like to email our client the full order so they know when to expect their product to be shipped to them. When we attempt to email that order. I get the following error. Is there something we are missing in our process to be able to send the whole BL order? This is just the initial BL. The ST send fine as they order is created. Also, if we want to change the options within each line, can that be changed via the options up top or will a new line have to be created with the new information?Thank You!Brent
I had a client today ask me directly what the requirements are for a system email account. They had initially setup a group email list, not a true mailbox and I knew that was likely not acceptable. There are several tiers for the actual mailbox with differing prices. There is an email kiosk account that is most affordable, and limits the inbox size to 2GB. Is the size of that mailbox any sort of Acumatica requirement, or is this just dependent on how much email the users expect to have coming through? The costs involved are relatively minor but I wanted to be prepared when I follow up.
When I try to create a sales order, I would encounter a warning Updating item 'APJAM08 0' in warehouse 'WHOLESALE ' quantity available will go negative. Because of this warning, I’m unable to create a Shipment. Can anyone tell me how I could resolve it.
In the Project record, we have added dropdown fields for Project Administrator and Project Coordinator based on position. The existing Project Manager field is also a dropdown based on position. We want to restrict access so that these users can only view projects assigned to them and not see other projects. What would be the best way to achieve this? Thanks
