Hello,

I am trying to create order with payment details, but I am getting error “Inserting 'AR Payment' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors.\nCashAccountID: 'Cash Account' cannot be empty” even I am sending payment method to my payload. 

In my acumatica, I have two branches- BLASTLINE and STANIOS. For blasline, I didnt get any error when I am passing payment details. But when I am changing the branch with Stanios, it start giving me above error. 

Please help me in that.

    Seeing a similar issue when using the native Shopify connection when importing orders. Error is ‘Inserting 'Customer Payment Method' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. CashAccountID: 'Cash Account' cannot be empty.’ 

     

    We implemented changes to our payment flow from Shopify to Acumatica a few days ago by putting a processing center in place to bring in Shopify Payments to support the importing of fees on POS order. Now we are seeing this issue that is affecting both POS and online orders that are aborting import using the connector. 

     

    Providing additional perspective that this issue is not isolated.

    ​@Nilkanth Dipak It turned out to be associated to the Shopify credit card processing center being assigned to default payment method on the default customer profile which was causing the import failure. Changed the default to something else and imports worked again.

    ​@Nilkanth Dipak Yes I checked that link and my payload is working fine for other branch i.e BLASTLINE of acumatica. But I am getting error while using STANIOS branch. ​@ntrapani As suggested may be it set to default for both the bramch. Can you suggest me the setting where I can change it?
