Hi everyone,We have a client who needs to email supporting attachments that were originally attached to the AP Bill record. These attachments contain commission detail information that brokers require for reconciliation purposes.We are currently scoping a customization that would pull bill-level attachments into an outbound email notification, and based on our design, we expect it to meet the requirement.However, the client is evaluating AP automation solutions (TrailD and Yooz), and we’re trying to determine: Do these ISVs sync original vendor attachments back to the AP Bill in Acumatica? Do they provide any native functionality for including those attachments in outbound emails (such as remittance or custom notifications)? Or would this still require a customization even when using one of these integrations? Has anyone implemented TrailD or Yooz and addressed attachment/email requirements like this?Appreciate any insight!Iqra
I have this GI that is looking at SO Lines. I am wanting to restrict which SO Line is showed based on the site ID. I heard (correct me if I am wrong) that if I can filter via the relations table, the GI can run faster (vs using the conditions tab or creating filters in the user facing GI). But I can’t seem to make it work. I’ve tried every variation I know (hence lines 2 and 3 are different in the child field. If creating this filter in the conditions tab will the direction I should go, then I don’t even need to link the SOLine and INSite tables.

Hello Community,Could you help me with code that allows me to create a discount code and then apply it to a sales order?I am creating the discount code, and it is being created correctly — all the data is saved properly in both the header and the details. However, when I try to apply it to a sales order, the discount code is not applied: the sequence ID is not generated automatically, and when I set the sequence ID manually, the type is not set. By contrast, if I create the same discount manually and apply it to a sales order, all the fields are saved correctly.
Hi everyone,I’m working on an import scenario for the Shipments screen (SO302000) to upload serial numbers on the Line Details screen.Right now, my scenario finds the shipment and uploads the serial numbers — but all serial numbers are ending up on the first shipment line, regardless of which item they belong to.What is the proper way to configure this import scenario,

Hi All,Acumatica's Production Cycle for a manufactured product consists of 2 major steps: 1) produce volume first and then 2) subsequently, pack the volume into the required SKU.In such a scenario, is there a way to ensure that there is full availability of all materials required for producing a specific volume of a product, prior to confirming a Production Order? If yes, how and where can this be implemented/checked? In other words, a Production Order should not be allowed to proceed further (any subsequent steps) if there is either no or not enough material as required to produce a specific volume of the manufactured product.The same applies to the 2nd part above i.e. to again ensure that all packaging material required is available in full quantity during a request for Packaging Materials. Since this is a separate TR request (Inter Warehouse Transfer), how to ensure that this TR request is tied to the Production Order from step 1 above? The reason being, in our case we use some comm

Hi all,I’m currently trying to receive the owner data of a shipment using the REST API.The response of GET /entity/Default/24.200.001/Shipment/<ShipmentNbr> contains the contact ID:... "OverrideFreightPrice": { "value": false }, "Owner": { "value": "56" }, "PackageCount": { "value": 4 }...However, I can’t request more information about the contact.The owner of a shipment is an employee. But the REST endpoint /entity/Default/24.200.001/Employee does not contain the ContactID.Is there any other endpoint that can be used?Thanks in advance!
Is there a way to add the date the invoice was paid in a GI with the invoice number and the date the invoice was generated? I am trying to show in the system the average date an invoice it paid in correlation to the customers terms. Are the customers paying late or on time?

Hi Team,We are experiencing an issue with the AR (Sales) Invoice Report. Whenever there is more than one tax, the total is not displayed. Please see the screenshots belowAs shown in the image below, when only GST is applied, the total is displayed correctly. However, if another tax is added, the total is not shown.Note: The taxes are coming from a sub-report.Could anyone please assist with this?

We use Acumatica for Construction Project Management, Service Scheduling, Inventory Management, AR, AP, and Payroll.When I first joined the company in 2022 I was assigned the task of overseeing the transition from Eagle Business Management Software (EBMS) to Acumatica. I had the joy of learning with the team from Aktion Associates and taking lots of classes with Acumatica University. I then developed training manuals and worked on training our different departments as we prepared to go live. We went live right around New Year of 2023.I’ve now moved into the management role in our company, but I still oversee each of the new Acumatica updates. In the past few weeks we’ve had two different users report the same issue. Of course, we can’t duplicate it.They are reporting that, when they have a sales order with lines marked for PO, and they create the purchase order using the “Create Purchase Order” option/screen, the Vendor location selected for the items is not always the default vendor location for that item. When it’s not, the system seems to randomly choose a vendor location, sometimes locations that aren’t even set as the default location for any product.Since we can’t reproduce this, I’m leaning toward user error, but I’m curious if anyone else has experienced it.
Can we change the new color-coded statuses for those with color vision deficiency or is this something that would be able to be changed at a later date?
Hello Acumatica Community! We’ve run into a not good experience, issue with the latest Shopify connector for Acumatica (25R1). I’m hoping to get some insights from others who might be experiencing the same or confirm if this is an isolated problem on our end.What we observedBackground: We rely on metafields in Shopify and map another metafield from a Stock Item attribute via the connector.Normal behavior (pre-25R1): If a value existed in Shopify for one metafield, and another metafield was mapped from a Stock Item attribute, the “unmapped” metafield retained its value while the “mapped” metafield was updated as expected. Current issue (25R1): The connector now tries to update each metafield. And if there’s no mapped attribute for a metafield, connector clears it. This results in unintended data loss across the board, not just the mapped fields. Has anyone else experienced metafield data being cleared or reset by the 25R1 Shopify connector?
