25R2 Upgrade: Cannot Add/Delete Customizations

Hi All. 

 

I'm unable to add/delete Acumatica Customizations on 25R2 even though my user has the permissions and the access rights for the screen look correct. Am I missing something simple?

      ​@variuxDavidE can you please check Access rights by role screen and expand one by one and find whether the access available or not?

        Hi ​@variuxDavidE 

        Make sure the user has access to the Customization Projects (SM204505) screen and is assigned the Administrator/Customization Manager role. Also verify the site is not in upgrade/safe mode, since that can disable add/delete actions even when screen rights look correct.

        ​@Manikanta Dhulipudi You correctly identified the issue. Once I removed the “Acumatica Support” role from my user, I can then add/remove customization projects.
