Question, we have a client that requires the need to bill different customers to one construction project ID? Is this possible? I don’t think so but wanted to check? Also, can change orders be imported into projects? Please let me know. If multiple customers cannot be linked to one project any suggestions?

I've just moved to a company and they have also just recently implemented Acumatica. I'd like the ability within Acumatica that when a SKU comes to the end of its life and we no longer want to re-order (or the product is no longer available to re-order from the supplier) that we can set it to only sell stock on hand and not generate backorders we are unable to fufil. I can't see an option to do this within the verison of Acumatica we have.Is it possible to do this & if so what is required? Acumatica Cloud ERP 2023 R2Build 23.213.0015 +

Hello,They would like to give their shippers rights to change the “Sched. Shipment” date on the shipping tab of the sales orders screen. But that is all. Everything else is locked. This seems like a big undertaking, and I fear they will get to the end and find some fields are unavailable for locking in the access rights by role screen. Anyone else done anything like this successfully? Setting the upper level Sales Orders screen to view only and setting this specific field as “EDIT” did not work because of the higher level setting of “View Only” on the screen itself.

Hi community! I have a customer that does a lot of customer consignment. They basically need to receive items into Acumatica and integrate with Pacejet because of the high number of inbound shipments. Acumatica told me receipt type SO shipment is not supported with Pacejet so I’m wondering if anyone out there has experienced something similar.

I would like to force AR Customer accounts to only transact in the currency for which they are set up. I.E. i have set up USD accounts for some customers and only want them to be invoiced and receipted in USD. If the customer wants to transact in another currency, we set up a separate account for them and they need to be restricted to only transact in that currency. I know that what i am asking for defeats the object of multi currency accounting, but we operate in a strange economy where hyper inflation is a common thing and allowing someone to pay off an invoice raised in local currency, with another currency, opens a risk of arbitrage from our staff which we want to remove. Hi All, I am attempting to do an import that I know I have done before, but is not working currently! I have an existing open Sales Order (Status = Open). On that order I want to populate the owner field. The keys being the order type and order number. I also added customer as I have had experiences in the past where for some reason, it throws an error is not there. Anyone have any thoughts?! Starting to go a little insane looking at it!

Hi community, The system I am creating sales orders on is having some discrepancies between the manually created sales orders and API-created sales orders. When the delivery route assigned to a customer has a trip the next day and you manually create a sales order with a Requested Date of next-day, the sales order auto-fills its Pick On date for today as expected. When doing it via API, it skips the next-day trip and auto-fills the Pick On date for the day before the next trip even if that is next month. I already set the PX-CbApiBusinessDate when creating the sales order and made sure the time zone is correct in my user profile. Is there something I can do like set the Created Date value of the sales order or adjust the date via API after the record is created? Please let me know if I need to clarify anything! Thank you.
Hi,We have a client who is using an external software for their Scale solution. Each day, they upload a file through an import scenario to upload the individual invoices through the Sales Order screen as we need to keep the same document ID when creating the invoice in Acumatica. I’ve create attributes within the SO header section to keep track of important information and we need to have those attribute to transfer over to the invoice document. During our test phase, I did create a Generic Inquiry to pull the Invoice ID and the attributes and a Business Event to do an import scenario to import the attribute values when the Sales Order have been invoiced. The business event was working without issues. Now that we have gone Live with Acumatica, the attributes are not importing in the Invoice document because the business event is giving the following error. “The last error was CustomerID cannot be blank.”. The weird part is, it will work when I execute each record individually within th
hi, I am working on a report. I have passed Parameter name “Items” which is attach with inventoryitems. When I am selecting Items in parameter and running reports its duplicating the grids two time (as shown in picture below) .In the QTY column i want user to select the QTY from parameter. that must be from 1-100. Is there any way to do that? If yes please guide me on this. I wa unable to see my tables after creating relation between customer and address so I make relation of these tables like this as shown in picture is this causing the issue? I dont want to join Inventory table with any other. but without relation it was added but not shown.
We have a few common dashboards for different groups created. We are setting them up as user home pages - however I don’t see a way to save the parameter filters to their specific Branch/project manager. Is that possible instead of having to select it everytime?
When posting our payroll entries, we are utilizing additional Account Groups for tracking between Regular and Overtime labor. Often our projects do not anticipate or budget for Overtime, and the transactions get posted creating new cost budget line items to reflect the amounts. I know about Recalculating Project Balances to get the Actual Quantities to pull forward, but doing so requires that a UOM be applied to the budget line item. Is there a way to set a default UOM for new budget line items based on Account Group or other? I’m hoping that it’s a setting in the background I’m just not familiar with as that would prevent the need for constant spot fixes and balance recalculations.
During a standard PO return. The item was selected from the Purchase Order Receipt (POR) - The vendor is clearly listed on the PO and should be in bedded within the PO. However, during the process, a new vendor name popped in and was not discovered until it was Released. The POR has the correct vendor, the PO has the correct vendor - but the Return has a different vendor. How is the even possible? Any suggestion on how that could happen, or what setting would cause it to happen. Could timing out and logging back in cause the error? Thank you for your assistance.

I updated the command line to point to the config file, I’ve downloaded the original project multiple times, but I keep hitting the same issue.Feel like I must be missing something simple.Error and Parameter shown in below screenshots.
