Hi Community,I have developed a report and used (BAccount.AcctName) as a parameter to filter by customer name. However, the parameter does not appear on the screen.When I configured it as a two-part key, the parameter appeared on the screen, but the lookup control did not show. I need the lookup to function correctly to display a list of customers for selection.Could someone help

Hello All,I have been working on an import scenario, where I have some blank values in Inventory ID column for which i would like to skip those rows. How can I achieve that?The data: The import scenario: 

We recently did a major re-organization with our inventory in our warehouse.  We physically and electronically transferred thousands of parts to new bin locations.  We changed the default bin location along with processing 1-step transfers to the new bin location.  Everything is good here.What we’ve noticed though, is when we create Physical Counts on our inventory, the system pulls the “old” bin location into the count even though there isn’t a quantity in that bin location, nor is it set up as default location.  This causes a lot of extra data entry because users have to enter a count of zero in these bin locations.  Is there a way to eliminate these unnecessary bin locations from being listed on the count?  It’s seems like Acumatica is listing these old bin locations because there was a quantity stored there previously.  Thanks 

Hi,I’m trying to create a generic inquiry to extract customer payment details (Account Number, Title of Account, Particulars, Code, and Reference) from this customer payment method screen, as displayed in be below screenshot.However, the inquiry is generating duplicate records and I’m unable to extract the correct details. I’ve attached the generic inquiry for your reference. Could someone assist me with this issue?

I’m looking for any insight into how best to get the approval date for a document. I’m currently working on getting the approval date for a PO, but I would think it would be the same for an SO eventually. Approved date looks to be in the EPApproval table, and I’m not sure how to link the PO to the EPApproval table to grab the approval date for the document. There is a refNoteID field in EPApproval that contains the po type and po number in the same field, and I can’t get it to link to that field. Anyone successfully pulled approval date before and can share how? Thanks!

Is it possible to create a report of all exports (from any screen that allows exporting -- Export to Excel icon) that occur in the system during a specific period of time (e.g., weekly, monthly)?   This would be to monitor what data is being exported and by whom.  Does a report like this already exist?

We just switched our main web site to Shopify last week and we’re running into some very annoying issues with the Acumatica Shopify connector.   Customer account details on the General tab are repeatedly being overwritten when the Bidirectional customer entity is bringing customer data back from Shopify.  We’re on 23R1 and while we plan to upgrade soon, we cannot upgrade right this moment.The primary issue we’re seeing is that customer information on the general tab is being overwritten by whatever the default address is in Shopify.  This seems to usually be the address of the most recent Sales Order’s address (I don’t know if it is the billing or shipping address).  Not only does this change the address but it completely rewrites the account name. I have salespeople telling me their biggest accounts are just “gone” from Acumatica because they use the Display Name to find their orders and customers. We have encountered an issue we can’t seem to find the root cause of. SO has a Prepayment on it. Invoice is generated from ScreenId=SO3010PL (we attached to SO items to it there). Shipment is Auto Generated (Since we started from Invoice screen). Go back to the SO - it is closed but the prepayment doesn’t apply to the invoice 

Hello,  I am trying to use the primary contact email in the “To:” field in an email template based on the Request for Information Screen. Does anyone know how I indicate to use the primary contact email? I only see Relations.ContactID.Email and that keeps returning the first email in the list rather than the primary contact email.  

Setting up Process Orders screen with the goal of creating shipments 2 days prior to the request/ship date if the item is available. How do I set up the automation schedule for this scenario:Today is June 15th.SO00001 has a Request Date of June 17th.On June 15th, the shipment should get created automatically with a Shipment Date of June 17th. However, there are also scenarios where the item that is shipping is not available until the shipment date of June 17th. Hello. I am looking for general guidance at this point to understand a direction to go: We currently use SharePoint for workflows to send notifications to different departments for rejected materials / issues. Example:Step 1: Enters Rejected Material ( Item  / Date / Issue / Vendor / Comments / Etc.Step 2 - Upon submission email is routed to QC to address concern and confirm there is an issue with the material / itemStep 3: Email triggered from Step 2 to Purchasing - Purchasing will review  / comment / discuss with vendor and comment on “Vendor Action” Step 4: If needed, email will go to shipping for resolution - ship back to customer etc. Step 5 - Close out Issue Any of the above steps can be bypassed by any group if they feel they don't need involvement. I am trying to customize my dashboard widgets to only show open invoices excluding the credits, prepayments etc. I know how to go in and create filters on my reports. It would just be helpful in my collections process to have just open balances.

We deal with quite a bit of prepayments (actually milestone payments on long lead items) in our business and in testing the prepayment process I have noticed that I am unable to apply retainage to a prepayment request.  Is there a process for being able to do this?  Is there a fix or enhancement that is coming?  We are currently on 2023R2 but planning on upgrading to 2025R1 when available. Since it is related, I have also seen where it is not possible to apply retainage to a foreign currency PO/Bill.  Is there a roadmap for including this functionality?

The reconciliation is balanced and ready to complete but the Release option is disabled.  There are closed reconciliation statements for this cash account dating back to 2023 and this is the first time we have encountered this problem.  Any thoughts on how to move forward?

Hello,In sales orders I change the quantity, but the discount amount field remains $10 instead of changing value due to the appropriate sales order count, in this case it must be $100. In below screenshot you can see that the discount for total amount remains the same.The percentage-based discount works correctly, but the fixed amount discount is only applied to 1 unit. When the sales order quantity changes, the total discount amount does not update accordingly.Do you have any solutions about it? Thank you in advance for your answers.

I am trying to understand the process for Scan Labor for INDIRECT labor codes. Normally MFG employees will be scanning directly into production orders for Direct labor needs, but we want to track INDIRECT labor for activities such as SWEEPING, ORGANIZING SHELVES, etc that will not be posted to any specific work orders.I was able to use the SCAN LABOR function to enter the indirect labor code, shift, elapsed labor time, and the employee ID. I was able to release that record, but there is no financial impact of this, as the labor rate and labor amount are read only and are $0. How do we impact the Labor Rate for these Indirect Labor Codes?

I am trying to collect strings for translation. I have created a Translation Set and added some screens which I need to translate. After this, when I click “Collect”, the process shows error after running for some time “Another process has added the 'LocalizationResource' record. Your changes will be lost.”

Good afternoon,Our company currently has it set up for all sales orders entered to go on an initial “On hold” status...but once thats removed, it moves over to “awaiting payment” status for payment collection.Is it necessary to have both of these set up or does it seem redundant?We have the parameters already set up for credit holds and everything as well...so orders wouldnt move past “awaiting payment” unless manually altered.

I want to be able to create a side Panel on the Vendor Form,  In the side panel i want to view the vendor Inventory.Display this as a side panel on the above. But when i go into the customization, and try to add the vendor Inventory in the destination this view is not available in the list.What do i need to do to have the Vendor Inventory as a Side Panel on the Vendor Form?    

Does anyone else run into the issue of not being able to use non-stock kits because any component that has user-enterable lots cannot be added to a Non-stock Kit specification?If so, what was your solution? This has been a huge pain point for us.
