We need our techs in the field to be able to see the pictures we have attached to our stock items so they can confirm they are choosing the correct part when adding parts to an appointment in the Acumatica app.  Currently we do not see that as an option.  Should images be visible in the app?  How do you find them?

when I try to create shipment on this order, I have the problem “Order RR RR26000144 does not contain any items planned for shipment on '12-Jun-2026 12:00:00 AM'.” It causes the problem only order RR.

I'm trying to set up an external application using Microsoft graph authentication in order to authenticate a shared mailbox in Microsoft.  In the external applications, there's an option to select Microsoft Graph, but in the email authentication drop-down when setting up a new email account the only options are OAuth.  Can anyone advise on this?

I have a few GI’s that need to be locked down so users cannot reorder the columns or hide columns.  I also would like to prevent them from making filters.  Is it possible to lock them down for certain users so they cannot do these things, yet have the parameter fields still be available to use?

Have anyone can provide the Datawedge configuration to parse GS1 barcodes to Acumatica?

Does anyone have a list of the financial institutions in Canada that are currently integrated with Acumatica for bank feeds? Thanks in advance,Kevin

How to deleted Attribute setup in ItemClass Attibutes tab?

Hi all, could not find any related topic and being confused by MYOB support in the past have a silly question.  Our setup has a lot of published customisations 10+ for example.  If I need to re-publish one of them or update the one of the existing custimisation is that possible or do all customisation need to un-published and republished again?

Hi All, have another stupid question and if this is covered already, please direct me to it.  But we have a custom built ‘Import Scenario’ which take a CSV file and creates customers/supplier/invoices/payments etc.  For a certain import type, I want to change a logic of certain data so how it ends up in MYOB eventually?  Is this possible to do by my own, without MYOB support?  If I try Customisation button it says to ‘Select Project’ or ‘Edit Project’ and then I am prompted to enter the project name which I do not know.  So thought to check here for help.

Hi,I’m facing the below error when trying to release a Prepayment on a PO;“GL Error: Line #1 has an unexpected CurrencyInfoID or the wrong CuryID of the linked CurrencyInfo entry and cannot be saved. Please report this situation to your Acumatica support provider.”This is a USD transaction paid by AUDPrepayment;PO; AP Bill;Payment;

I’m trying to add a new tab to the purchase order screen and add a placeholder fieldset that spans the entire width of the tab that someone can add user defined fields too. Before I can begin to explore the typescript and html side of things I can’t even upload files from my computer to the customization after extending the Purchase Order screen. (The Files or Modern UI files I don’t see an upload widget)I see the typescript and html from the purchase order screen am I supposed to edit that or upload my own?The other forum threads I’ve seen show typescript samples but no instructions on how they got that far.

I have some issue, automation schedule for calculate replenishment had some error like the photo. anyone know why is it ? and how to solve this thank you

Hi all, I have subreport in the header area that I can’t get to render. The subreport runs fine when I add it to the site menu and run it separately. I have an almost identical subreport running fine in a detail section (see below).I even tried putting the second subreport in a detail section. Lastly, if I add a field to the subreport header or footer, those fields show up. Any thoughts?

Hi Acumatica Community,Is there a way to restrict the release of a Move transaction if there is no related Material Transaction? The requirement is to ensure that, upon releasing the Move transaction, the system recognizes the materials used in the production. We would like to prevent the Move transaction from being released if no Material Transaction has been created or released for the production. We would appreciate any suggestions or recommendations on how to achieve this requirement in Acumatica.Thank you!

Anyone else having an issue when in Edge under the Finance - Inquiries - Account Details screen? When I try to change Funds or enter a period or account number it glitches and reverts back? I have also tried using the magnify glass to select but does not work. My Edge is up-to-date and in Chrome browser it works. All other screens are working. Thanks!

Hello, I am trying to figure out a way inside of JAMIS to track several employee benefits that are associated with specific dollar values. For example, new hires that need to relocate to start get a relocation benefit, which is a specific dollar value that would be the same for all employees.  Is there a way in JAMIS to set this up and track it? We would like to easily track how much each employee has used and ensure that they do not get reimbursed for more than what the budgeted amount was. I’ve tried looking into accruals, but that seems to be more based off of pay rates, and we do not want this going into any GLs.  I have also considered writing generic inquiries that track this, but that does not help with preventing reimbursements over the amount from going through.

I have a customer who wants to be able to print out inventory item labels directly from the PO Receipt screen. They have developed a report (label) as a stand-alone screen where they can select the receipt number and it creates a label for each line on the PO receipt with the total line qty. They aren’t concerned at this point with have an individual label for each item received, though I’ve seen a number of suggestions on ways to do that on the community. However, I haven’t seen anything on how to incorporate this on the PO Receipt screen.I have tried doing this myself with an Action in a customization but the parameters don’t allow you to select the inventory item on the detail line to pass to the report (label):Am I missing something?

Any idea as to what transaction this warning is referring to? or is there a scenario where the unfreezing won’t work?

After upgrading to 2026 R1, we're getting an error when running the Print/Email AR Documents screen (AR508000) against invoices to flag them as "Do Not Email." The error returned is:"Object reference not set to an instance of an object."We traced this to the invoice's Status field. Running the process on an invoice in Balanced status fails with this error. Running the exact same process on an invoice in Open status completes successfully. We checked the Known Issues list for 2026 R1 on the Acumatica Portal and didn't find this documented anywhere.Steps to Reproduce:Open the Print/Email AR Documents screen (AR508000). Select an invoice in Balanced status. Run the process (e.g., to flag the invoice as Do Not Email). Error is thrown (see screenshot below). Repeat the same steps on an invoice in Open status - the process completes with no errorJust wanted to flag this for the Acumatica team - looks like a bug that came in with the upgrade.

I am currently looking for the installer for Acumatica Version 20.208.0031 and was wondering if there is any person might still have a copy saved. If you do, would you mind sharing it with me when you have a moment?I would really appreciate your help.

I have seen this come up in the Modern UI Issues thread. We are not live on 26R1 yet, but pop-up windows not reliably remembering their size has been an ongoing frustration during testing.I found a workaround, but no documentation for it. Does anyone know how this actually works, or where it is documented? I would rather set it properly than rely on a browser-side hack.26R1 (possibly earlier) appears to store pop-up window dimensions in the browser's local storage, keyed by screen ID. Adding or editing key/value pairs changes the size the pop-up opens at.Example: from Sales Orders (SO301000), clicking the Customer ID link opens Customers (AR303000) in a pop-up window. By default it opens too small, and resizing it does not reliably persist. Adding or editing these keys in local storage makes it open at a consistent size:AR303000_oheightAR303000_owidthThere are also iheight and iwidth keys. I do not know what distinguishes the "o" set from the "i" set. (Outer vs. inner frame, maybe?)  W

Hi everyone,We are currently working on a historical data migration into Acumatica and would appreciate some guidance on the best approach. Our requirement is to migrate several years of historical sales data, including: Sales Orders Shipments AR Invoices For the historical AR invoices, we would like to use AR Migration Mode, as these invoices are being migrated for historical/reference purposes and must not generate any new GL entries. However, at the same time, we would like to preserve as much as possible the standard Acumatica document relationship and navigation:Sales Order → Shipment → AR InvoiceInstead of generating the invoice through the normal Prepare Invoice process from the shipment, our idea would be to: Import the historical Sales Order. Import/create the corresponding historical Shipment and maintain its relationship with the Sales Order. Enable AR Migration Mode. Import the historical AR Invoice directly. Populate the standard SO/Shipment references on ARTran

I want to update a field in the File Maintenance Screen. I have tried building an import scenario to do this, but it seems to have a hard time calling upon an already existing File so that we can update the Import File Reg. Exp.We are creating this import so that we can schedule a daily import that updates the Reg Exp to the next day. Then we can pull a file with the right date from an external source automatically.

Is there a way to limit who is able to add cost codes to the job? Like admin rights for cost codes?I am trying to customize this so no one in the company can invoice to a cost code that wasn't used within the job.

Hi all,We're piloting outside processing (subcontracting) in Acumatica for manufacturing and ran into a gap while testing: Vendor Shipments don't seem to be supported in the mobile Pick, Pack & Ship / WMS scanning flow the way Sales Order shipments and PO receipts are. This matters a lot for us because many of our items look very similar to each other, and scanning the barcode to confirm we're shipping the correct item is a critical control for us — doing it manually on the desktop screen increases the risk of picking/shipping the wrong item.Questions for the community:1. Has anyone built a customization to expose the Vendor Shipment screen to the mobile app framework (similar to how Shipments/SO302000 can be exposed for scanning), so it can be scanned like a regular shipment?2. Is there a known ISV product that supports scanning/confirming Vendor Shipments for outside processing in Acumatica specifically?3. Is this on Acumatica's product roadmap for the WMS module?Any pointers, wor
