We're piloting outside processing (subcontracting) in Acumatica for manufacturing and ran into a gap while testing: Vendor Shipments don't seem to be supported in the mobile Pick, Pack & Ship / WMS scanning flow the way Sales Order shipments and PO receipts are.
This matters a lot for us because many of our items look very similar to each other, and scanning the barcode to confirm we're shipping the correct item is a critical control for us — doing it manually on the desktop screen increases the risk of picking/shipping the wrong item.
Questions for the community:
1. Has anyone built a customization to expose the Vendor Shipment screen to the mobile app framework (similar to how Shipments/SO302000 can be exposed for scanning), so it can be scanned like a regular shipment?
2. Is there a known ISV product that supports scanning/confirming Vendor Shipments for outside processing in Acumatica specifically?
3. Is this on Acumatica's product roadmap for the WMS module?
Any pointers, workarounds, or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
